Abstract

This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and conducted interviews, observations, and documentation review to obtain primary data and secondary data. The data obtained from the research stages will be analyzed using the fishbone method to obtain the root of the problem by looking at the causes and effects of these problems. After all stages of the analysis are carried out, it will be recommended applications that can help business companies engaged in internet services minimize losses due to excess stock. The recommended application is designed using information system design tools or methods that describe the system flow, data structure, and related relationships to facilitate the application and development of applications. From the results of the analysis of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the inventory design is needed so that an inventory application is designed according to the needs of the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekowisata yang ada di danau laut tadu kabupaten nagan raya, upaya optimalisasi tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah danau laut tadu Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode  yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan obeservasi langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Dari hasil pengumpulan data tersebut diketahui bahwa danau laut tadu mampu meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah  di kabupaten nagan raya dengan pesona danau laut tadu yang masih alami dan adanya fasilitas yang telah disediakan maka akan mampu mendorong tingkat wisawatan dari luar kabupaten Nagan raya untuk berwisata di laut tadu, sehingga dengan meningkatnya wisatawan dapat mendorong perekonomian masyarakat yang ada di daerah kabupaten nagan raya serta menambah pendapatan asli daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to the Brunei Eletronik store amidst the weakening condition of the Indonesian economy due to the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study was carried out with a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the Brunei Eletronik store with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that a number of new facts related to the strategy implemented by the Brunei Eletronik store during the Covid-19 pandemic, sales decreased at the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially the West Aceh region due to reduced community activities outside the home, but with the use of technology in business strategies to increase sales, income gradually improves and increases. From the results of data analysis and literature review, to improve marketing strategies, Brunei Eletronik stores can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Work discipline is an attitude that is indispensable and gets attention in every job done by everyone in an effort to improve performance in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on improving employee performance at CV. KP Rizki Perkasa in Babah Krueng Village, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency. This research was conducted on CV. KP Rizki Perkasa with the object of research regarding the effect of work discipline on improving employee performance, while the subject of this research is all employees in CV. KP Rizki Perkasa, with a total sample of 82 employees based on the Slovin formula. The results of the study based on simple linear regression showed that work discipline had a significant effect on improving employee performance, with a t-value of 5.892 with a significance level of of 0.000. To further improve employee performance, the application of work discipline should also be balanced with clear sanctions, so that employees actually apply work discipline in accordance with the rules set by the company.

Abstract

This study was conducted to measure and compare the values ​​of accuracy, precision, and recall, from the rapid miner and weka data mining applications by comparing the value of the confusion matrix, the application of the confusion matrix method was carried out by testing the training data obtained from the performance data of company employees engaged in the Internet. Service Providers. Testing the data is carried out to predict the quality of employee performance with the C4.5 algorithm. The approach taken in this research is carried out with a qualitative approach and uses library research research techniques, the results of which are analyzed using the analytical method of comparing the results of the confusion matrix value. From the results of the comparative analysis that has been carried out, the results of the rapid miner application are superior in terms of Accuracy of 94.12% and Recall of 95.6%, while the Weka application is better only in terms of Recall by 95.6%. The test was carried out using the rapid miner data mining application version 7.6.0.0.1 and the Weka application version 3.8.1.
