Abstract

Multi Depot  Vehicle Routing Problem  (MDVRP) merupakan permasalahan optimasi yang memiliki peranan penting dalam manajemen sistem distribusi dengan tujuan meminimalkan  waktu  yang diperlukan, dimana penentuan  waktu  berkaitan dengan jarak dari rute yang ditempuh oleh armada distribusi. Penelitian ini memberikan sebuah formulasi dari kasus  Multi Depot  Vehicle  Routing  Problem  (MDVRP) yang diselesaikan dengan metode algoritma  Particle Swarm Optimization  (PSO).  Terdapat dua tahapan untuk menyelesaikan MDVRP yaitu  clustering  dan  assignment. Dalam  clustering  digunakan metode  simplified parallel assignment, sedangkan untuk  assignment digunakan metode  particle swarm optimization.  PSO merupakan salah satu teknik komputasi.  Algoritma  Particle Swarm Optimization  dapat menghasilkan waktu tempuh yang minimum

Abstract

Pembangkitan daya listrik yang optimal menjadi penting seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan daya dan biaya bahan bakar. Dynamic economic dispatch diharapkan mendapatkan pembangkitan daya yang ekonomis dan tetap melayani kebutuhan daya secara andal pada sistem pembangkitan daya listrik. Beberapa karakteristik non-linier dan batasan praktis pada unit generator seperti  valve-point effect, batasan ramp-rate dan batasan operasi, serta rugi-rugi transmisi pada jaringan listrik dipertimbangkan dalam perhitungan. Penelitian ini menyajikan implementasi algoritma Artificial Bee Colony, algoritma meta-heuristik yang terinspirasi dari tingkah laku kawanan lebah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dynamic economic dispatch. Untuk menunjukkan kelayakan dan efektifitas dari hasil optimasi, dua sistem berbeda dengan 5 unit dan 15 unit pembangkit dilakukan pengujian dengan parameter algoritma yang berbeda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Artificial Bee Colony mampu memberikan solusi dispatch yang baik dengan waktu komputasi yang cepat

Abstract

Kinerja gardu induk (substation) akan mengalami penurunan kondisi setelah beroperasi dalam jangka waktu tertentu sehingga berdampak pada kerugian operasional maupun non-operasional. Gardu Induk memiliki peranan penting dalam proses transmisi listrik dan proteksi sistem kelistrikan terhadap gangguan. Pada penelitian ini, dibangun perangkat lunak dengan pemrograman PHP dan MySQL yang berisikan informasi berupa database dan modelbase meliputi fungsi, kegagalan fungsi, bentuk kegagalan, efek kegagalan, konsekuensi kegagalan, data kerusakan dan teknis dari tiap peralatan serta komponen pada gardu induk untuk kegiatan perawatan dengan metode reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode RCM merekomendasikan sebanyak 75 proposed task untuk diterapkan pada gardu induk. Perangkat lunak yang dibuat dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam menentukan kegiatan perawatan gardu induk serta dapat diperbaharui dan diakses pada cakupan area tertentu.

Abstract

Motor DC, sebagai salah satu mesin listrik yang banyak digunakan di industri, penggunaannya banyak digantikan dengan Brushless DC Motor (BLDC). Penggunaan motor jenis ini hampir tidak menimbulkan polusi di jalan karena energi yang dipergunakan adalah energi listrik, sehingga selain kenyamanan karena nyaris tidak menimbulkan kebisingan motor ini juga ramah lingkungan. Di dalam tugas akhir ini, kita merancang sebuah sistem yang memberikan pembebanan pada motor BLDC menggunakan rem magnetik agar sistem menjadi tidak linear. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan kontroler Fuzzy PID Gain Scheduling untuk mengatur kecapatan motor BLDC. Dipilih kontroler PID karena pada kenyataannya kontrol yang paling sering dipakai adalah PID, dan Fuzzy digunakan sebagai pengatur nilai Kp, Ki, dan Kd. Setelah dilakukan implementasi pada kontroler didapatkan bahwa nilai rise time rata-rata respon motor sebesar 2,6 detik dan nilai settling time rata-rata sebesar 3,6 detik. Selain itu terdapat juga overshoot yang relatif kecil sekitar 1 persen. Hasil tugas akhir ini berupa motor BLDC dapat digunakan sebagai penelitian lebih lanjut untuk adik-adik kelas di jurusan Elektro maupun jurusan lain.

Abstract

Kualitas air minum tergantung dari kekeruhan dan pH. Proses koagulasi merupakan proses utama penjernihan air yang bertujuan untuk mengikat partikel-partikel dalam air menggunakan koagulan. Hubungan kualitas air dan dosis membentuk kurva U sehingga dosis optimum merupakan titik minimum dari kurva. Ketika pemberian dosis tidak tepat maka bisa merusak kualitas air itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari dosis minimum adalah Algoritma Genetika dengan tahapan meliputi normalisasi data, stratifikasi, inialisasi populasi, evaluasi individu, seleksi turnamen, pindah silang, mutasi, dan elitisme. Persamaan least square error dan kesalahan sesaat digunakan sebagai persamaan fitness. Pencarian persamaan optimum dibagi menjadi dua musim, yaitu musim kemarau dan penghujan. Musim kemarau, persamaan optimum didapat dengan mengelompokkan data menjadi tiga kelompok waktu menggunakan persamaan kesalahan sesaat. Sedangkan pada musim penghujan, persamaan optimum didapatkan melalui pengelompokan data menjadi tiga golongan terhadap kekeruhan menggunakan persamaan kesalahan sesaat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan jika data estimasi dosis mampu mengikuti data dosis tawas perusahaan.

Abstract

Open and integrated online learning is learning that promotes the use of learning content from colleges that have more resources for other universities in Indonesia. Subjects – “Sistem Pengendalian Otomatis” (SPO) 4 credits, one of subject in Engineering Physics Department, has been tested for blended learning with partner universities, between ITS with ITN Malang, ITT Bandung. Currently e-learning use by Sriwijaya University, UNSRAT-Menado and MUSAMUS-Merauke. Learning object designed in 8 Sub Achievement Learning - SCP, in cognitive, psychomotor and affective, in the activities: independent study, groups study in guided by lecturer, synchronous and asynchronous learning. Affective abilities measured by activity chats, forums, management capabilities to upload time of task, and the ability of communicate in writing. Psychomotor ability is measured by skill in the design of control in the mini plant or object and skill in programming. The skill have recorded by video camera and uploaded in the share.its.ac.id. Student followers of SPO course showed cognitive abilities, and 92% of them have met the achievement standards that have been set.

Abstract

Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) is an unmanned ship that is controlled through a remote control system (manual) or automatic control system (autopilot), move due to the thrust force from thruster machine and can turning due to the deflection angle of rudder. The USV path planning system becomes an important task so that the ship can make the global trajectory with the minimum travel distance according to the desired navigation while at the same able to avoid various obstacles from local dangerous situations that have the potential for collisions. To be able to do dynamic USV path planning, the Genetic Algorithm method with a sliding curve guidance system and PID MRAC controller is used. The use of this method gives smooth ship track performance with shortest distance in a 400x400 square meter map with static and dynamic obstacles. In a dynamic environment, the path replanning process that takes place in 0,98 seconds is able to find a new path that does not collide the obstacles. For the purposes of algorithm validation, the simulation is performed using MATLAB software with real ship parameters of 6 meters length USV.Keywords: dynamic and static obstacle, genetic algorithm, guidance system, path planning, PID MRAC, sliding curve, USV.

Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem is an issue in item delivery from depot to its customers using several vehicles which have limited capacity with a purpose to minimize transportation cost. The packing constraints exist because the vehicles which are usually used in item delivery have rectangular-box shaped container. Also, the items are commonly in shape of rectangular-box. Therefore, packing or loading method is needed so that containers could load all of the items without causing damage and could ease unloading process. The purpose of this final project is to develop a model and algorithm using metaheuristics method, especially genetics algorithm in order to minimize total delivery distance. A hybrid genetics algorithm and bottom-left fill algorithm also take place to solve the packing process. This algorithm delivered average solution 0.08% worse than ant colony optimization, but had 2.93% better solution than tabu search. Keywords: Routing, Optimization, Genetics Algorithm, Packing, Bottom-Left Fill

Abstract

Scheduling in aircraft refueling has an important role in aviation. Scheduling of aircraft refueling is called Airport Ground Service Scheduling (AGSS) that can be formulated as Vehicle Routing Problem with Tight time windows, Short travel time and Re-used Vehicles (VRPTSR) This research is focusing in scheduling design for aircraft refueling with refueller truck in Juanda Airport, Surabaya, so minimum amount of truck will be used using Ant Colony optimization. Abstract

Hierarchical Healthcare Referral System (HHRS) is implemented by National Insurance Providing Agency (BPJS) as part of the healthcare insurance policies. Patients who want to get health insurance in a hospital should get a referral from the community health center in which they are registered. Congestion of patients happens in certain hospital as there is no policy implemented to govern the referral system. In this paper, HHRS is modeled as a network of queuing system and is analyzed for its queue performances. Analysis of queuing network performances shows the influence patient preferences to buildup congestion of patients in hospitals. Referral is then controlled by means of dynamic routing with considering patient preferences. Estimation of arrival rate is done with hypercube queuing theory which concerns user preference. Simulation shows that patient preferences affect the arrival rate at each hospital, the application of dynamic routing can reduce the maximum utility and reduce the average waiting time, prioritization of patients improve dynamic routing performance on systems with a high workload.Keywords: dynamic routing; hierarchical healthcare referral system; patient priority; queueing networks;
