Abstract

Abstrak : PT Karya Zirang Utama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif. PT Karya Zirang menggunakan sistem komputer untuk menunjang kegiatan perusahaan. Masalah yang berhubungan dengan teknologi informasi di tangani oleh bagian IT. Proses pengelolaan permasalahaan yang masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual memiliki kendala antara staf yang satu dengan staf yang lainnya. Dengan metode manual penyajian laporan tidak bisa dilakukan secara cepat. Sehingga untuk mempermudah bagian IT dalam mengelola permasalahan yang masuk, maka dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat menangani kebutuhan IT. Sistem informasi berbasis web dapat diakses menggunakan web browser dari berbagai sistem operasi. Dengan sistem berbasis web aplikasi juga dapat diakses dari kantor cabang.  Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah SDLC (Sistem Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi  helpdesk service software dan hardware berbasis web yang digunakan dan bermanfaat bagi karyawan PT karya Zirang Utama terutama bagian Staff IT dalam mengelola.Kata Kunci: Helpdesk,Sistem Informasi,berbasis web Abstract : PT Karya Zirang Utama is a automotive Comppany. Abstract

Vario matic motorcycle riders do not know the constraints Vario matic motor damage and tend to leave the constraints of damage to the mechanical motor matic Vario without knowing that the actual damage is a simple damage, but if the rider had knowledge of treatment damages the motor matic Vario Vario matic handling damage can be done solely by the rider so that handling damage can be handled immediately without having to wait for a motorcycle repaired in the workshop. This study aims to produce rules as a knowledge base for damage matic based on the symptoms of damage and produce an expert system for diagnosis of the motor and electrical damage in the motor vehicle Vario matic. Methods in the design of this expert system uses an expert system dengen stages 6 stages, namely the identification, conceptualization, formalization, implementation, evaluation and development system. Diagnosis expert system Vario matic damage to the motor can be used to solve the problem of damage to motor matic vario diagnosis because it can give a diagnosis of any type of damage to the value of the probability of occurrence of each type of damage.

Abstract

Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) solves multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) by ranking the alternatives. When the attributes are not deterministic, a Fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied. The traditional fuzzy TOPSIS depends on decision makers to determine alternative’s value which considered subjective. A new method named data-based fuzzy TOPSIS proposed to diminish the dependency to decision maker. The proposed algorithm use data to determine alternative’s values objectively. Subtractive Clustering (SC) and Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) selected to transform crisp value data to fuzzy value data. Some modification applied to SC and FCM to obtain fuzzy triangular value needed by fuzzy TOPSIS.  Keyword : Index Terms—Decision support systems,  fuzzy TOPSIS, fuzzy C-mean, subtractive clustering

Abstract

Content marketing is a modern marketing strategy where producers can plan, create and distribute specific content to advertise products. Content that can attract the right target audience, so as to attract potential buyers to become customers. However, the content marketing strategy needs to be understood more deeply first to be able to apply it by utilizing information technology, this is a problem for UKM. UKM still have minimal knowledge regarding content marketing strategies and social media applications for business. This training can provide an understanding to participants who are all UKM actors to be able to design marketing strategies by taking advantage of certain events and also utilizing information technology. Product packaging aesthetics can be made more attractive and can take advantage of social media as a marketing medium that can be reached by the wider community as potential buyers. Training is carried out directly by providing materials and training directly at the Lab of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology. Increased understanding of the material was measured from a questionnaire given before and after the training.

Abstract

Every student has their own learning style. Some students may prefer to read the learning material while some other students may prefer to discuss with their colleagues to help them understanding the information more effectively. One of the learning materials is Unified Modeling Language or UML. UML is an industry standard language to specify, visualize, construct, and document the artifacts of software systems. Today, many UML online learning sites are designed to give added information to students other than face-to-face interaction in the classroom. However, most of UML materials provided by the online learning resources are limited to text-based material which is suitable only for students with verbal learning styles. This research aims to identify and analyze the needs before developing a prototype of an adaptive online module. The research is also driven by the need to develop a prototype of adaptive online module that is based on the student's learning style categories in order to help students understand UML better. The result of this research is a prototype of adaptive online module which will identify students' learning styles and lead the students to learning environment that suits their learning style.

Abstract

The concept of learning anywhere and anytime is unable to be fully implemented because user need to find comfortable place, which is required, to follow the study. User is unable to access learning material in a way that practical, easy to use and easy to access. Based on that fact, system or application for mobile device such as hand phone, PDA or smart phone is needed.The m-learning application is developed by Computer-Based System Engineering Method based on the principal of software engineering using development steps of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC consists of the following steps, analysis, design, implementation, testing and evaluation. Trials as alpha-test, carried out to determine operability of m-learning system on handheld devices. Trial is taken by creating trial class followed by 25 students to receive feedback about the m-learning system. Feedback result shows almost 90% of respondents consider the m-learning system is easy to use.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI - Jadwal mata kuliah adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam suksesnya pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di perguruan tinggi, karena semua kegiatan dosen dan mahasiswa bergantung pada jadwal yang ada, sehingga jadwal harus disusun dengan benar pada awal semester. Penyusunan jadwal mata kuliah dengan cara manual menggunakan aplikasi spreadsheet, seperti yang dilakukan di STMIK ProVisi, membutuhkan ketelitian yang tinggi, karena harus memperhatikan kendala-kendala dalam penjadwalan (ruangan, dosen, kelompok mahasiswa, hari, dan waktu) agar tidak saling bertumbukan. Permasalahan dalam penyusunan jadwal dapat diselesaikan menggunakan aplikasi penjadwalan mata kuliah yang mampu membangkitkan jadwal secara otomatis menggunakan algoritma genetik serta menggunakan metode pengeditan jadwal tarik-lepas (drag and drop) melalui GUI (Graphical User Interface). Aplikasi penjadwalan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian telah berhasil diuji coba untuk menjadwalkan mata kuliah pada program studi Teknik Informatika dan Sistem Informasi STMIK ProVisi Semarang. Kata Kunci: Algoritma Genetik, Drag and Drop, Penjadwalan Mata Kuliah.   ABSTRACT - Schedule of courses is one important component in the successful implementation of teaching and learning in higher education, because all the activities of lecturers and students rely on the existing schedule, so the schedule should be drawn up correctly at the start of the semester. Course scheduling by hand using a spreadsheet application, such as is done in STMIK ProVisi, requiring high accuracy, because it must consider the scheduling constraints (room, lecturer, student groups, day, and time) in order not to collide with each other. Problems in scheduling can be solved using the course scheduling application that is able to automatically generate schedules using genetic algorithms and editing schedule using drag and drop  method through the GUI (Graphical User Interface). The resulting scheduling applications in the study had been successfully tested to schedule courses in the department of Informatics Engineering and Information Systems STMIK ProVisi Semarang. Abstract

Abstrak - Permasalahan menyusun jadwal kegiatan belajar mengajar merupakan masalah kompleks yang sering dihadapi lembaga pendidikan, khususnya lembaga bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation Semarang. Proses pembuatan jadwal menggunakan software berbasis desktop masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu tidak mudahnya penyampaian informasi laporan jadwal kepada pengajar dan siswa. Laporan jadwal untuk setiap pengajar dicetak dan dibagikan kepada para pengajar satu persatu, Sedangkan siswa yang ingin mengetahui jadwal pelajaran di kelasnya dengan cara menghubungi ke customer service melalui telepon atau melihat jadwal yang ditempel di mading tempat siswa belajar, sehingga untuk memudahkan bagian akademik dalam penyusunan jadwal dan penyampaian informasi jadwal ke pengajar serta siswa, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi penjadwalan berbasis web. Sistem informasi berbasis web memiliki keunggulan dimana sistem ini dapat diakses oleh pengguna menggunakan web browser yang terdapat di seluruh sistem operasi komputer desktop dan smartphone. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap implementasi  dan tahap pemeliharaan, tetapi tahap pemeliharaan tidak diikutsertakan pada  pengembangan sistem ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjadwalan kegiatan belajar mengajar berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat membantu bagian akademik Yayasan Ganesha Operation Semarang dalam mengolah data jadwal secara lebih akurat sebagai pedoman  atau panduan pengajar dan siswa. Kata kunci : sistem informasi, penjadwalan, berbasis web   Abstract - Teaching schedule arrangement is a complex problem often faced by educational institution of education, especially Ganesha Operation Learning Institution Semarang. Scheduling process using desktop-based software still has weaknesses such as difficulty to deliver the schedule information report to both teachers and students. The schedule reports are usually printed and given to every teacher. Mean while, Students who want to knowing about the learning schedule of their class can call customer service or by look into the schedule board where the students learn. To facilitate the academic division in arranging and delivering schedule information to teachers and students, it is necessary to have web-based scheduling information system. The web-based information system has an advantage it can be accessed by users using web browser that can be found in all both desktop dan smartphone operating system. The method of developing system is SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) that consists of several phases, including planning phase, analysis phase, desain phase, implementation phase, dan maintenance phase. However, the maintenance phase is not include in developing this system. The result of this research is that the web-based information system of teaching schedule can help the academic staff Ganesha Operation Semarang Institution to process data more accurately as a guide line for teachers and students.
