Abstract

The calculation of the utilities cost of rental office in an office building that is still processed manually and conventionally is certainly troublesome for the building manager. Data processing by using office applications such as spreadsheets becomes ineffective when the number of tenants is increasing and transaction data coming in continues to grow. It causes stakeholders to often experience delays in obtaining the required reports. The research aims to build an application which can be used easily and able to provide information quickly and accurately in the process of calculating the utilities cost of rental office, which consists of the usage costs of electricity, water and gas. The application is developed by using MySQL database and PHP, HTML, CSS, Jquery as programming languages. It also applies the concept of MVC (Model-View-Controller) to the CodeIgniter framework and using agile method in developing the system. The research resulted in a web-based application of the utilities cost information system that is useful for building managers in the process of recording and calculating utilities cost automatically, so it can produce reports quickly and accurately. The advantage of the web-based application is that it allows stakeholders to obtain the required reports because they can be accessed directly online, so that the use of electricity, water and gas at rental offices can be well controlled.

Abstract

The concept of "Learning Style Inventory" offered David Kolb is a concept for the assessment in detecting a person's learning style. The learning process is based on the experience of having 5 cycles. 5 of them can be used as a reference for the assessment. David Kolb has created 12 questions that can already be used as a reference in making this assessment. Question by David Kolb create an outline already refers to the cycle of learning from experience. After getting answers to 12 questions before, and then we do the calculation based on a formula created by David Kolb. The formula are consists of 4 score. The first score is CE (Concentrate Experience), then the second score is AE (Active Experimentation), then the third score is RO (Reflective Observation), and the final score is AC (Abstract conceptualization). The assessment process will do is add any weighting of each question and divided based on each option. Then we add up to 12 about the nominal weighting. Having obtained in total, we then perform the detection process of learning styles based on the concept of learning styles with the reference calculation by analysis David Kolb's learning style. The concept offered David Kolb has many implemented with a variety of versions, this time the writer will try to implement this concept to the programming language PHP along with supporters other programming language. Abstract

Saat ini pengolahan data siswa, pengolahan data guru, pengolahan data kelas, pengolahan informasi nilai(raport), pengolahan jadwal mengajar, dan pengolahan data mata pelajaran di SMK Kesehatan Via Medika sebagian besar belum berjalan secara cepat dan tepat, seperti pencarian data siswa, data guru, data kelas, data nilai masih harus membuka lembaran-lembaran arsip di bagian kesiswaan maupun kurikulum, kertas pengumuman seperti jadwal mengajar dan hal penting lainnya telah memenuhi papan pengumuman sekolah, serta penghitungan nilai masih memakan waktu yang lama, dan belum ada aplikasi pendukung yang tepat, sehingga siswa siswi kurang mendapatkan informasi terbaru dari sekolah. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi akademik berbasis website diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas serta kuantitas dalam bidang akademik maupun non akademik, karena dengan keberadaan sistem informasi berbasis website ini hampir semua informasi dapat diketahui masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sejauh mana website backpaker jakarta dapat bermanfaat dan diterima oleh pengguna, oleh sebab itu perlu diadakan suatu pengukuran kualitas website tersebut agar dapat mengetahui apakah diterima dengan baik bagi pengguna website backpaker jakarta. Kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna merupakan hal yang penting untuk dijadikan umpan balik terhadap pihak penyedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode webqual yaitu dengan dimensi kegunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas interaksi (interaction quality). Proses analisis digunakan tahapan penarikan sampel responden yang ada di wilayah komunitas backpaker jakarta. Tahapan berikutnya analisis data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan penilaian dengan skala likert. Dalam penilaian menggunakan skala likert digunakan 5 interval penilaian, yaitu Sangat Setuju, Setuju, Ragu-Ragu, Tidak Setuju, Sangat Tidak Setuju. Terdapat pengaruh Kegunaan dan Informasi secara simultan terhadap Interaksi adalah sebesar 0,015 < 0,05 dan nilai f hitung 23.978 > t tabel 3,59, sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa H3 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh Kegunaan dan Informasi terhadap Interaksi.

Abstract

Kepuasan pengguna merupakan hal terpenting yang menjadi tolak ukurbagi perusahaan. Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika khususnya unit sistem informasidivisi informasi publik ingin meningkatkan kualitas pengelola website PMB-BSIGroup yang sudah ada agar pengguna lebih puas dan banyak melakukan kegiatanpengelolaan data melalui website pmb.bsi.ac.id / pmb-adm, namun selama ini merekabelum mengetahui kekurangan dari website pmb.bsi.ac.id/pmb-adm, sehingga perludilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kualitas website dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan kepuasan pengguna dengandimensi Webqual 4.0. Kualitas website secara keseluruhan pmb.bsi.ac.id/pmb-admberdasarkan nilai R2 (Adjusted R Square) memberikan kontribusi 47,4% terhadapkepuasan pengguna. Kualitas interaksi dan kualitas informasi memberikan kontribusiyang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 0,250 dan 0,126 berdasarkantabel koefisien regresi keluaran. Kualitas kegunaan memberikan pengaruh tetapi tidaksignifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 0,041 berdasarkan tabel koefisienregresi keluaran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Gereja Kristen Indonesia Gunung Sahari (GKI Gunung Sahari) memiliki koleksi buku yang sangat banyak. Buku-buku tersebut seringkali dipinjam oleh jemaat ataupun oleh masyarakat umum untuk berbagai kegiatan dan keperluan. Saat ini pencatatan mengenai peminjaman masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum ada aplikasi yang dipergunakan untuk memantau siapa yang meminjam dan kapan dikembalikannya buku yang dipinjam tersebut. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah ketika buku yang dipinjam tersebut hendak dipergunakan untuk suatu acara atau dipinjam kembali oleh jemaat atau pembaca yang lainnya. Dan tanpa adanya manajemen buku, juga memperbesar kemungkinan hilangnya koleksi pustaka yang dimiliki oleh GKI Gunung Sahari Jakarta. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi perpustakaan untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dan metode perancangan UML dengan aplikasi program VB.NET. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menyediakan solusi terhadap permasalahan dan peningkatan minat menbaca di lingkungan GKI Gunung Sahari Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan manajemen perpustakaan. The books were often borrowed by the church or by the general public for various activities and purposes. Currently recording on lending is still done manually and there are no applications that are used to monitor who is borrowed and when the return books borrowed. This poses a problem when books borrowed was to be used for an event or borrowed back by the church or other readers. And there is no management of books, also increases the possibility of the loss of library collections owned by GKI Gunung Sahari Jakarta. This research design and build the library information system to address the above problems. This study uses Waterfall and UML design method with applications VB program (VB.NET). The design of this information system provides a solution to the problems and an increased interest in environmental menbaca GKI Gunung Sahari Jakarta. Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of cultures. One of them is the typical culture of Central Java found on the island of Java. The culture of Central Java itself is very rich and diverse. But along with the times, many people today, especially the citizens of Central Java themselves, are less familiar with their culture. This study aims to create interactive animation as an interesting alternative media based on Android to introduce the cultural diversity of Central Java. The application is created using Adobe Animate CC and Adobe Photoshop. The author uses a descriptive method to describe the object of research, whose data is processed and made into a generally accepted formulation. As for software development, the author uses the waterfall method which has several stages, namely software requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The result of the research is an Android-based interactive animation game that can increase people's understanding of the variety of cultures found in Central Java. Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen data terintegrasi merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk memfasilitasi manajemen data dan meningkatkan kinerja. Biasanya manajemen data terintegrasi terdiri dari lingkungan modular yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola data aplikasi perusahaan, dan mengoptimalkan aplikasi berbasis data selama masa pakainya. Saat ini manajemen data yang ada masih kurang konsisten dalam melakukan capaian target tingkat pengelolaan, beberapa operasi masih perlu di otomatiskan dan di sederhanakan, diperlukannya dukungan manajemen data untuk pertumbuhan, dibutuhkannya fasilitas penyelarasan serta konsistensi tata kelola data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen data terintegrasi berbasis website untuk membantu staff dalam mengelola data penerimaan mahasiswa baru ubsi secara terintegrasi. Pembangunan Sistem berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, dengan menerapkan konsep Model View Controller (MVC) dalam teknik pemrogramannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen data terintegrasi berbasis web, yang mengintegrasikan data terhadap aplikasi lainnya agar siklus hidup aplikasi menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan arahan yang jelas tentang bagaimana sebaiknya membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan baik, sehingga tidak menyulitkan pemrogram web saat harus memperbaiki atau mengembangkan sistem di kemudian hari. Kata kunci: Data terintegrasi, Konsep model view controller, Sistem manajemen. Abstract: Integrated data management is an approach to facilitate data management and improve performance. Typically integrated data management consists of an integrated modular environment for managing enterprise application data, and optimizing data-driven applications over their lifetime. Currently, existing data management is still inconsistent in achieving management level targets, several operations still need to be automated and simplified, data management support is needed for growth, alignment facilities and consistency of data governance are needed. The purpose of this research is to build an integrated data management information system based on a website to assist staff in managing the data of new student admissions in an integrated way. This web-based system development uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database, by applying the Model View Controller (MVC) concept in its programming techniques. This research produces a web-based integrated data management information system application, which integrates data with other applications so that the application life cycle becomes more practical and efficient. This study provides clear directions on how best to build a web-based information system properly, so that it doesn't make it difficult for web programmers to repair or develop the system at a later date. Abstract

Abstrak: Perpustakaan pada umumnya merupakan tempat yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pusat sumber belajar dan sumber informasi bagi para pemakainya. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang staf perpustakaan, mereka biasanya memiliki berbagai masalah yang dihadapi seperti proses pengolahan data yang manual ataupun menginformasikan kepada anggota perpustakaan untuk mengembalikan buku yang telah melewati batas waktu peminjaman. Masalah inilah yang kini ada di perpustakaan sekolah. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang ada maka perlunya dibuat sebuah aplikasi perpustakaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan dipadukan layanan internet dan email. Maka dari itu penulis mencoba membuat Penelitian mengenai sistem informasi perpustakaan dengan metode waterfall model serta berbasis website yang dilengkapi sistem email reminder. Sistem ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik guna mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perpustakaan sekolah, sehingga proses pengolahan data akan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, tepat dan akurat. Selain itu, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet dan email lebih memudahkan petugas perpustakaan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai batas waktu peminjaman buku. Sistem ini membuat proses menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Kata kunci: aplikasi, pengingat email, perpustakaan, website Abstract: Libraries in general are a place that has a function as a learning resource center and a source of information for its users. In carrying out their duties as library staff, they usually have various problems, such as manual processing of data or informing library members to return books that have passed the borrowed time limit. This problem is now in the library of school. To solve the existing problems, it is necessary to make a library application by utilizing information technology combined with internet and email services. Therefore, the author tries to make research on library information systems with the waterfall model method and website-based program equipped with an email reminder system. This system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in the school library, so that the data processing will be easier, faster, more precise and accurate. In addition, utilizing internet and email technology makes it easier for librarians to provide information about the deadline for borrowing books. Abstract

Until now the stock data of traditional medicines is still not computerized and requires an information system that supports and assists the data processing in this store. The distribution of traditional medicines still uses a manual work system, making it possible during the process there were errors in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in traditional medicine distributors, as well as with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities at traditional medicine distributors so that the procurement system can be more conducive than the conventional medicine system.
