Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan dan mengukuhkan berlakunya teori inovasi dan variabel antesedennyang yang relevan pada karyawan wanita di industri manufaktur yang masih relatif langka dalam dunia penelitian kontemporer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berupaya mengukur pengaruh dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan dan modal psikologis terhadap perilaku inovatif individu pada karyawan wanita pada industri manufaktur di Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini modal psikologis merupakan variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 87 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap modal psikologis, dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan dan modal psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif individu, modal psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan dan perilaku inovatif individu. Modal psikologis berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan model pengelolaan perilaku inovatif individu pada karyawan wanita di industri manufaktur di Tangerang melalui pengembangan dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan dengan modal psikologis sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Kata kunci: Dukungan otonomi kepemimpinan; modal psikologis; perilaku inovatif individu; revolusi industry 4.0.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki apakah peningkatan perhatian yang diberikan pada praktik managerial coaching mempengaruhi motivasi intrinsic dan kinerja individual karyawan. Demikian juga, apakah variabel motivasi intrinsic mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh managerial coaching terhadap kinerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 105 karyawan industri UMKM di Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa managerial coaching memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi variabel motivasi intrinsic. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan manajerial SDM tentang proses praktik coaching di lingkungan karyawan industri UMKM di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Coaching, kinerja, motivasi.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), it certainly has a big impact on very significant changes in various fields. Hospitals are health service institutions that provide complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. emergency. Until now, the registration system for Coronavirus patients at the Tangerang Regency Hospital has not been maximized and has not displayed inpatient rooms for Coronavirus patients. The problem that occurs in the Coronavirus patient registration system at the Tangerang Regency Hospital is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the Coronavirus patient registration process is still using the Microsoft Excel application, patient data processing is still conventional and the list of Coronavirus patients has not been detailed, patients who have already registered, it turns out that there are no inpatient rooms available so that many Coronavirus patients are slow to be helped. The aim of the research is to build a fast and accurate Coronavirus patient registration system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based Coronavirus patient registration system that can display detailed information on Coronavirus patient registration and Hospital location maps.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a significant effect as mediator between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. This new research proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership with intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

This study aimed to measure the effect of dimensions of transformational leadership (i.e. idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) on organizational commitment of the the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of lecturers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded: first, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, except inspirational motivation. Second, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration have not significant effect on organizational commitment, except intellectual stimulation. Third, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation, but inspirational motivation have not significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation. This study proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership with job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of ustadz/ustadzah from a Pesantren in Banten. The results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the climate of psychological security and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct influence on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also finds evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of a psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of career development, organizational citizenship behavior, and leadership to the Head of elementary school performance. This research method is quantitative with data processing tools using SPSS software. Data was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 212 elementary school teachers in Tangerang who were selected using the simple random sampling method. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that career development has a positive effect on teacher performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance and career development, organizational citizenship behavior and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Marketing in this century has developed quite rapidly and is in demand by business actors because it has promising opportunities, including in big cities such as Tangerang. Property developer is a property developer engaged in housing. Until now, the marketing system for property developers is how to sell as much housing as possible in one month. The problem that occurs in the marketing system at property developers is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the home marketing process is still using the technique of distributing brochures and data processing so far it is still conventional and the list of booking lists and pricelists of house unit prices are not yet detailed. The purpose of the research is to build a housing unit marketing system using conceptual analysis and to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors are on property developers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based housing marketing system that can display detailed housing information including housing building specifications, price lists, housing locations, stock units, location maps and payment details

Abstract

One of the things that makes a quality written work is related to the element of plagiarism which often occurs as a result of not using a reference manager in citations. In managing references sourced from books or journals, it can be done with the help of several available software/applications, such as Mendeley. Existence software such as Mendeley which can be used to assist with citation writing, allows writers to process their reference documents. Based on the results the implementation of the activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the participants related to the Mendeley Application before and after the training. However, in terms of the ability to install applications on laptops and Ms. Word as well as using the Application Mendeley to make a bibliography some participants have not been able to master maximum (100%), so it must still be assisted and directed even though the training has been completed implemented. The problem-solving method used is based on the approach management in increasing production and sales results in 3 (three) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation.
