Abstract

Background, The Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease-2019) pandemic has spread to almost all parts of the world since the end of 2019. The Indonesian government has provided various strategies to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, which comprehensively affects all levels of Indonesian society. One of the Indonesian government policies that has a wide impact is government regulation in the field of education, both in the professional area and in the field of administration and the environment. With the pandemic, the implementation of educational activities has changed in various forms of learning activities, both theoretical and practical learning, all of which must run online. Purpose, This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning lab skills using Online Learning Video Media on the Skill Lab Practicum Module for fourth-semester students of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program, Insan Husada Polytechnic Surakarta. Methods, Lab skill practicum is called a control group. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a post-test only control design, the samples were selected and grouped into the experimental group, and the control group, the group that was treated with the provision of online learning videos, was called the experimental group, while the group that was not given online learning videos and only received the module. The experimental group was 47 students, and the control group was 46 students. Result, (1) There is a difference in the test scores of respondents who learn using the video skill lab media with those who use the skill lab practicum module media. (2) The average value of respondents who received learning using video media was 86.02, higher than respondents who received learning using the practicum module, which was 81.38 Conclusion, The skill lab learning model using video is more effective than using the practicum module for practicum learning on nursing actions for physiological reflex examinations

Abstract

The morbidity rate of DHF cases in 2017, 68,407 cases, death rate 393 people, IR rate 26.12/100 population. The incidence of DHF is influenced by many factors, one of which is community behavior due to lack of knowledge and community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. It is important that efforts to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of the community regarding the prevention of DHF disease with better knowledge will lead to the attitudes and behavior of the community to prevent DHF. To determine the effect of the level of knowledge, motivation, attitude towards community participation in the prevention of DHF. The research used is descriptive correlational. The sample is 30 respondents. The instrument uses a questionnaire, the analysis uses SPSS.17.0. The results of the simultaneous regression test obtained the value of sig. 0.002 < 0.05, then the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The value of Fcount = 6.486 and Ftable = 2.95 means that F(6.486) > Ftable (2.95), there is a combined effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The contribution of Knowledge, Motivation, and Attitude variables is 0.758. or 75.8% while the rest (24.2%) is influenced by other variables outside the study. There is a significant influence between the level of knowledge, motivation and attitudes towards community participation in the prevention of DHF cases. To increase the active participation of the community in the prevention of DHF, health education and active motivation are needed by health workers to the community.

Abstract

Pendahuluan. Anak merupakan individu yang berusia 0-18 tahun secara bertahap anak akan mengalami tumbuh kembang yang dimulai dari bayi sampai remaja. Tindakan pemasangan infus pada anak adalah pemberian sejumlah cairan ke dalam tubuh, melalui sebuah jarum, ke dalam pembuluh vena (pembuluh balik) untuk menggantikan kehilangan cairan atau zat-zat makanan dari tubuh. Tindakan yang dilakukan perawat di IGD membuat anak menjadi tidak nyaman dan menimbulkan kecemasan pada anak. Cemas adalah perasaan tidak nyaman atau ketakutan yang tidak jelas dan gelisah disertai respon otonom (sumber terkadang tidak spesifik atau tidak diketahui oleh individu). Prosedur pemasangan infus juga dapat menimbulkan rasa nyeri pada anak sehingga menyebakan terjadinya trauma dan kecemasan pada anak. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan saat pemasangan infus pada anak di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Karanganyar Metode. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan malalui pengamatan (observasi) baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk menggambarkan tentang suatu keadaan objek. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah pasien anak yang sedang dilakukan tindakan pemasangan infus di IGD RSUD Karanganyar berjumlah 10 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 2 Maret-10 Maret 2020. Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan data responden berdasarkan usia terbanyak yaitu usia ≤5 tahun sebanyak 5 responden (50%). Berdasarkan tingkat kecemasan paling banyak adalah kecemasan sedang 5 responden (50%), kecemasan ringan 2 responden (20%), kecemasan berat 2 responden (20%), dan panik sebanyak 1 responden (10%). Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kecemasan pemasangan infus pada anak di IGD RSUD Karanganyar rata-rata mengalami kecemasan kategori sedang. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan durasi penggunaan gadget dengan ketajaman mata pada anak usia sekolah di SD Al-Islam 2 Jamsaren Surakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 anak dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menggunakan gadget dengan durasi lebih dari 2 jam/hari sebanyak 28 anak (70%). Hasil pemeriksaan dengan snellen chart menunjukkan sebagian besar reponden dalam kondisi ketajaman mata kategori normal sebanyak 25 anak (62,5%). Hasil analisa data menuunjukkan tidak ada hubungan durasi penggunaan gadget dengan ketajaman mata dengan nilai (p = 0,081).

Abstract

Dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 merubah situasi pembelajaran anak disekolah dari tatap muka secara langsung menjadi daring dengan media gadget. Penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan pada anak, dikhawatirkan akan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan ketajaman mata dan beresiko terjadi miopi pada jangka panjang. Hasil survey menunjukkan banyak orang tua yang khawatir pada kondisi mata anak akibat penggunaan gadget. Meningkatnya angka kejadian miopi pada anak usia sekolah selama pandemi COVID-19 menjadi perhatian kusus bagi pemerintah, pendidik dan orang tua, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan terjadinya miopi pada anak. Pemeriksaan mata secara dini dan pemberian intervensi terapi senam mata pada anak perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah kesehatan mata. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi senam mata dalam mencegah terjadinya resiko miopi anak usia sekolah dasar akibat pemakaian gadget yang berlangsung selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasy experiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre test and post test without control. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sejumlah 27 anak. Analisa data menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil uji analisis paired t-test pada data pre dan post terapi senam mata menunjukkan nilai p value 0.000 (<0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh terapi senam mata terhadap upaya pencegahan miopi pada anak usia sekolah. Kesimpulannya adalah anak usia sekolah membutuhkan terapi senam mata untuk menjaga kesehatan mata anak tetap optimal di masa pandemi COVID-19. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning situation of children at school from face-to-face to online with gadget media. Excessive use of gadgets in children is feared to cause a decrease in eye acuity and the risk of myopia in the long term. The survey show that many parents are worried about the condition of their children's eyes due to the use of gadgets. The increasing incidence of myopia in school-age children during the COVID-19 pandemic is a special concern for the government, educators and parents, so it is necessary to make efforts to prevent the occurrence of myopia in children. Early eye examinations and the provision of eye exercise therapy interventions in children need to be done to prevent eye health problems. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of eye exercise therapy in preventing the risk of myopia in elementary school age children due to the use of gadgets that took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test without control research design. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling of 27 children. Data analysis used paired t-test. The results of paired sample t-test analysis on the pre and post eye exercise therapy data showed p value of 0,000 (<0,05), this means that there was an effect of eye exercise therapy on efforts to prevent myopia in school-age children. The conclusion was the school-age children need eye exercise therapy to maintain optimal eye health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pemerintah saat ini telah menetapkan peraturan social distancing seiring dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Peraturan tersebut termasuk untuk seluruh Perguruan Tinggi agar menerapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi Perguruan tinggi Kesehatan dengan pembelajaran yang mengharuskan adanya interaksi langsung antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Sehingga diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tetap menerapkan peraturan social distancing, salah satunya yaitu metode blended learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penggunaan metode blanded learning pada pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan, dalam meningkatkan kognitif dan psikomotor mahasiswa. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpsive sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 50 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan one grouppretest-posttest witout control. Hasil uji analisa data pada kognitif dan psikomotor menunjukan nilai p value 0.000 (<0.05) yang bermakna ada peningkatan kognitif dan psikomotor mahasiswa dengan penggunaan metode blanded learning. Kesimpulan, terdapat peningkatan kognitif dan psikomotor mahasiswa dengan penggunaan metode blanded learning pada pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan. Saran perlu adanya penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan penerapan metode blended learning terhadap aspek yang lebih luas dalam pembelajaran seperti tujuan pembelajaran atau motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Government has set social distancing regulations in line with the COVID-19 pandemic. These regulations include all universities to implement distance learning. This is a challenge for Health Colleges with learning that requires direct interaction between lecturers and students. So we need an appropriate learning method while still applying social distancing rules, one of which is the blended learning method. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of blended learning methods in nursing lab skills learning, in improving students' cognitive and psychomotor skills. The sampling technique used purpsive sampling with a sample size of 50 students. The method used in this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest approach with control. The results of the data analysis test on cognitive and psychomotor showed a p value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means there was an increase in cognitive and psychomotor students. In conclusion, there is an increase in students' cognitive and psychomotor by using blended learning methods in nursing lab skills learning. Suggestions need for further research related to the application of the blended learning method to broader aspects of learning such as learning objectives or student learning motivation.

Abstract

Pendahuluan. Stunting adalah masalah kurang gizi kronis yang ditandai dengan tubuh pendek.Penderita stunting umumnya rentan terhadap penyakit, memiliki tingkat kecerdasan di bawah normal serta produktivitas rendah. Pengetahuan ibu adalah salah satu faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada kejadian stunting. Kota Surakarta menjadi lokus stunting di tahun 2021, berdasarkan hasil pemetaan dan analisa stunting oleh Dinkes Surakarta Mojosongo menempati urutan ke 8 dengan kasus 5%. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui gambaran timgkat pengetahuan ibu dalam pencegahan stunting pada anak usia todler di Kedungtungkul, Mojosongo, Surakarta Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia toddler di Kedungtungkul, Mojosongo, Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan 37 responden. Hasil. (1) Karateristik responden berdasarkan usia yang terbanyak berusia 21 – 30 tahun 41 %, pendidikan terbanyak SMA/SMK 54 %, pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga 65 % (2) Tingkat pengetahuan ibu dalam pencegahan stunting rata-rata baik dengan hasil 65 % tingkat pengetahuan responden adalah baik. Kesimpulan. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu dalam pencegahan stunting di Kedungtungkul Mojosongo Surakarta rata-rata adalah baik

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Di Indonesia GERD (Gastroesofageal Reflux Disease) merupakan suatu penyakit yang jarang terdiagnosa oleh dokter karena jika belum muncul keluhan yang berat seperti refluks esofagitis dokter belum bisa mendiagnosa. Refluks gastroesofagus adalah isi lambung yang masuk ke dalam rongga esofagus dan terjadi secara intermiten yang dialami oleh seseorang, terutama setelah makan (Karina et al., 2016). Remaja sebagai salah satu golongan yang produktif dan enerjik, memiliki energi yang baik dalam menjalankan rutinitas dan aktifitas sehari-hari. Remaja yang  terlalu fokus pada aktivitasnya seperti sekolah, mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah menjadikan kurang memperhatikan pola asupan makanan (Syam et al., 2016). Memberikan edukasi tentang pencegahan dan cara mengatasi nyeri lambung pada penyakit peningkatan asam lambung / GERD pada remaja. Melalui pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Peserta memahami dengan baik tentang penyakit peningkatan asam lambung, penyebab dan cara mengontrolnya. Peserta juga telah memahami bahwa teknik relaksasi napas dalam dengan cara yang tepat akan membantu mengurangi rasa sakit saat terjadi kekambuhan. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan tercapainya tujuan kegiatan yaitu remaja sebagai generasi muda dengan kegiatan ini memiliki pengetahuan yang meningkat khususnya tentang cara pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit peningkatan asam lambung serta mampu mendemonstrasikan teknik relaksasi dengan napas dalam untuk penanganan nyeri saat terjadi peningkatan asam lambung. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, GERD, Remaja  ABSTRACT In Indonesia, GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) is a disease that is rarely diagnosed by doctors because if there are no severe complaints such as reflux esophagitis, doctors cannot diagnose it. Gastroesophageal reflux is gastric contents that enter the esophageal cavity and occurs intermittently, especially after eating (Karina, 2016). Teenagers, as one of the most productive and energetic groups, have good energy in carrying out daily routines and activities. Adolescents who are too focused on their activities, such as school, doing school assignments, pay less attention to food intake patterns (Syam, A. F., 2016). To provide education about prevention and how to overcome gastric pain in acid reflux disease/GERD in adolescents. Through the provision of health education to the community. Participants had a good understanding of acid reflux disease, its causes, and how to control it. Participants also realized that using deep breathing relaxation techniques correctly can help reduce pain during relapse. The activity went smoothly and the goal of the activity was achieved; namely, teenagers as the younger generation with this activity had increased knowledge, especially about how to prevent and treat diseases of increasing stomach acid and were able to demonstrate relaxation techniques with deep breaths for pain management when there was an increase in stomach acid. Keywords : Education, GERD, Youth
