Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan perencanaan yang dilakukan organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia; (2) sistem pengorganisasian yang dilakukan organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia; (3) bentuk penggerakan yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia; (4) ) bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia; (5) faktor pendukung dan kendala yang hadapi organisasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas manajemen di organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan telaah dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Informan/subjek dalam penelitian ini unsur-unsur di organisasi musik Riau Rhythm Chambers Indonesia serta unsur di luar organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan analisis pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen  yang meliputi : (1) Perencanaan yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi. (2) Pengorganisasian yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi; (3) Bentuk penggerakan yang di laksanakan oleh organisasi; (4) Bentuk pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi; (5) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan manajemen di organisasi.

Abstract

This study was a step toward the creation of an e-module to creat flips book-based exposition texts for junior high schools. The purpose of this study was to offer an examination of students' demands when creating exposition papers. A survey was used for the investigation. The data for this inquiry was gathered through a questionnaire. In this study, a Likert scale was utilized to examine students' attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of the built electronic module. This research made use of a checklist-style questionnaire with a range of assessments of 1 to 5. The questionnaire was distributed to students from four junior high schools. This sampling technique was based on the sampling quota established by the researcher. The data analysis technique involved converting the category value into an assessment score and examining the result. According to the findings, 61.5% of students had difficulties in interpreting the material of exposition text, and the rest of 80.1% desired that the exposition text writing content be presented using entertaining, interactive, and innovative learning methods. This showed the need for the preparation of electronic modules for writing flip book-based exposition texts.

Abstract

Learning DRTA strategy is a suitable strategy in reading, so that research is conducted using a quasi-experiment method with nonequivalent group pretest-posttest design to see the effect seen from the pretest data in the experimental class of 10, 34, and the control class of 10.43 with an ideal score 20. In the posttest data, the average experimental class is 15.22, and the control class is 13.5, seen from the results of the pretest and posttest data, the experimental class has a higher increase in comprehension reading ability. To be clearer whether there is a difference in the ability of elementary school students, it was first tested by calculating the t-test statistic on pretest data  = 0.13 ≤   = 2.00 it can be concluded that there is no significant difference. Posttest data in the t-test is obtained  = 1.79 ≤  = 2.00 it can be concluded that there is no significant difference. So it can be concluded that this study has an influence on the DRTA strategy seen in the increase in the average pretest and posttest data of elementary school students.Keywords: Strategy DRTA, Elementary School Students, Nonequivalent Group
