This activity aims to increase knowledge, perception, reduce stigma and improve HIV/AIDS prevention and control behavior among youth cadres. The PKM method is carried out through a group process, through the formation of youth cadres, provision of cadres through health education, health education techniques and roleplay. This program carried out in partnership with sub district Meruyung Depok, teenagers, parents, ans Puskesmas Meruyung officers. The result of this PKM activity is the formation of 2 groups of teenage cadres consisting of 40 people. The evaluation of PKM activities using a pre-test and post-tes questionnaire found that there was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and behavior before and after the youth cadres were given PKM activities.

SMA X Kec. Baros has a vision and mission to make his students excel and have noble character. SMA X students need to be equipped with non-academic knowledge to increase their understanding of the adaptation of new habits, especially provision through health education activities. This health education program is a community service using a quantitative approach to measure the level of understanding of students regarding the adaptation of new habits. Students level of understanding was measured using a quasi experimental method. Comparison of the level of effectiveness of the implementation of health education programs between before and after was measured by group pre-test and post-test. Paired sample test was used to analyze the data. The test results showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of students knowledge about the adaptation of new habits with a p value <0.001. Based on these results, it can be concluded that health education is effective in increasing the knowledge of SMA X Kec. Baros.

Leprosy is an infectious disease that is still synonymous with a curse, giving rise to stigma in society. Community stigma arises because of a lack of understanding of leprosy, leprosy facts, and myths. Therefore, it is crucial to empower the community with a health promotion strategy through health care and self-care training.  Prevention of Stigma Leprosy with PKM activities is carried out to provide easy access to information to the community to obtain a correct understanding of leprosy.  In addition, self-care training in cadres, families, and lepers is in the form of assessing the level of disability, writing on the defect prevention recording form, and training for sensory and motor enhancement of the eye and extremities to prevent disability. PKM activities significantly affect the knowledge of leprosy, attitudes towards leprosy. Leprosy stigma with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.005).  Mean value before and after given PKM program there is a significant difference with the order of increased significance in the negative value of leprosy stigma   13.11 followed score attitude towards good leprosy of 3.58. The value of knowledge of good leprosy is 1.54.  Then health workers must do cadre assistance and family in caring for family members, especially lepers, through PKM, increasing knowledge about leprosy, leprosy-related attitudes, leprosy stigma, and independent care for the prevention of disability due to leprosy.
