Abstract

Artikel ini hendak mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran program paket C mengenai aspek (1) perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran, dan (4) faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran pada PKBM Pelita, PKBM homeschooling primagama, dan SKB Kota Palembang disusun berdasarkan silabus dan RPP. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di PKBM Pelita bersifat klasikal dengan waktu yang fleksibel sesuai kesepakatan dengan siswa yaitu 1 kali dalam seminggu, PKBM homeschooling primagama bersifat privat, waktu belajar dari senin sampai kamis dan setiap siswa berbeda-beda, sedangkan di SKB Kota Palembang bersifat klasikal, waktu belajar 2 kali dalam satu minggu. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran di PKBM Pelita dan SKB Kota Palembang terdiri dari aspek kognitif yang dievaluasi oleh tutor/guru, sedangkan di PKBM homeschooling primagama terdiri dari aspek kognitif dan afektif yang dievaluasi oleh tutor/guru. (4) Faktor pendorong warga belajar dalam mengikuti pelajaran di PKBM Pelita dan SKB Kota Palembang untuk memperoleh ijazah, pada PKBM homeschooling primagama yaitu motivasi dalam diri siswa untuk meraih cita-cita dan memperoleh ijazah untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu susahnya peserta didik membagi waktu belajar dengan bekerja, rasa malas, pengaruh gadget, dan masih kurang lengkapnya fasilitas belajar yang tersedia.  Abstract This article wishes to describe the learning management of the C package program on aspects of (1) learning planning, (2) implementation of learning, (3) learning evaluation, and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that (1) Learning planning at PKBM Pelita, PKBM homeschooling primagama, and SKB of Palembang City were arranged based on syllabus and RPP. (2) Implementation of learning in PKBM Pelita is classical with flexible time according to agreement with students that is 1 times a week, PKBM homeschooling primagama is private, learning time from Monday to Thursday and every student is different, while in SKB Palembang is classical , study time 2 times a week. (3) Evaluation of learning in PKBM Pelita and SKB Palembang consist of cognitive aspect evaluated by tutor / teacher, while in PKBM homeschooling primagama consist of cognitive and affective aspect evaluated by tutor / teacher. (4) The motivating factor of the learning community in following the lesson in PKBM Pelita and SKB of Palembang City to obtain the diploma, in PKBM homeschooling primagama that is motivation in the students to reach the ideals and obtain the diploma to continue to higher education level. The inhibiting factor is the difficulty of learners to share learning time with work, feeling lazy, the influence of gadgets, and still less complete learning facilities are available.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of Vocational Learning Module Development in the Package C Program at the Community Learning Activity Center Melati Ogan Ilir. This development research was carried out by referring to the steps to develop the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research trial subjects consisted of experts, and the target of product users, namely tutors, were taken using purposive sampling method, so the research subjects were obtained, namely 2 experts, and 2 tutors package C program. This research was conducted by testing research products until the small group test stage and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that: The package C vocational learning module was judged to be very feasible to be used by residents of learning and teachers or package C tutors in the implementation of vocational learning especially traditional dance arts. The level of use of package C vocational learning modules high for use by study residents.

Abstract

One alternative teaching material that can be used in systematic learning activities is textbooks. This article describes the identification of student needs for textbooks containing High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) questions. Respondents in this study were students of the educational study program outside the FKIP Sriwijaya University school. The results of the study were obtained from distributing questionnaires using google form and discussed again with the lecturer who teaches community education management courses. The questionnaire for identifying the need for textbooks containing HOTS questions was filled in by 59 students. The data collected through a questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively. The discussion of the research object includes: (1) the principles and material aspects that need to be considered in developing textbooks; (2) the model or approach used that makes it easier for students to understand the subject matter; and (3) display and language used in textbooks. The results showed that: (1) the principles and aspects of the material that need to be considered in developing textbooks include the material that is published in accordance with the learning plan that has been agreed between the lecturer and the student, inserts supporting illustrations of the material, and includes instructions for using the book. teach; (2) textbooks containing HOTS questions are expected to use a group learning and evaluation approach with essay and multiple choice questions; and (3) the display used attracts readers and the language used can be understood by all people.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, parents, teachers, and all elements of society who are in the environment around early childhood learn to provide stimulation that is following the development of children. The wider and more open parenting science that can be accessed by parents, teachers and the community requires appropriate guidelines as a reference source to detect and stimulate children's development based on facts in the field. This is the background for researchers to develop and produce a book on stimulation and early detection of ICT-based early childhood development that is valid and practical. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model with requirements analysis procedures, prototype design, development, and evaluation implementation. The evaluation technique used is the Tessmer evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research from experts, namely material experts and media design experts with very valid categories with proportions of 95.45% and 89.58% respectively, so that the product is feasible to be continued on a small-scale trial. So that the development of a guidebook for stimulation and early detection of growth for children aged 0-6 years is very valid to be tested as a guidebook for teachers and parents in stimulating and detecting the growth of children aged 0-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of student needs for teaching materials during the covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were 47 students of the out-of-school education study program class of 2020/2021. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed using a google form that has been provided by the researcher to find out the responses of students of out-of-school education study programs to the need for teaching materials during online lectures during the pandemic. The results obtained from the analysis of student needs for teaching materials during the pandemic are: first, during the pandemic in online lectures, as many as 91.5% of students are more interested in finding references or lecture materials digitally. Second, as many as 66.7% of students stated that the reason for choosing digital teaching materials was that they were practical to use. Third, 100% of students need interesting digital teaching materials. Fourth, as much as 76.6% can increase student motivation in learning. Fifth, for the form of teaching materials needed by students, as many as 82.6% of students need Android-based interactive textbooks because they are easy to access anywhere and easy to understand. This shows that students need teaching materials that support the lecture process during the pandemic, where lectures are conducted online.

Abstract

Community Service Learning (CSL) is designed to help communities in solving their social problems. The role of adult learning facilitators is important to ensure that all the programs of CSL are running well. This study aims to investigate the competences of adult learning facilitators in community service learning programs. The methodology used in this study is literature review. A total of 85 journal papers were identified by the search machine. However, only 15 articles selected to be reviewed in this study. The result shows that there are five main competences that should be mastered by learning facilitators in community services, such as: Knowledge, Management, Communication, Assessment, and Motivation (KoMCAMo). It can be concluded that the competences of adult learning facilitators play significant role to implement the CSL among community`s members. For recommendation, the future projects related to CSL need to require competent facilitators to enhance participation of community for joining the programs. The regular trainings are encouraged to adult learning facilitators to create an effective CLS`s program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the efforts of housewives in increasing family income through staying up late online in Tanjung Harapan District, Solok City. This type of research in descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research are hoisewives who do business online trading with the criteria of housewives who sell donuts, claw firecrackers, boba and salad. The results of research conducted on housewives in increasing family income through online trading business during the pandemic in Tanjung Harapan District, Solok City indicate that the efforts made by housewives in helping their husbands increase family income use social media accounts to promote their wares such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram social media accounts.Keywords: Efforts of Housewives, Dual Roles, Increase Income

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan melalui pembinaan penerapan sistem 3R (Reduce, reuse, recycle) di Kelurahan Kebun Bunga Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan dengan subjek penelitian masyarakat RT 30 dan RT 39 Kelurahan Kebun Bunga Palembang sebanyak 10 keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian berlangsung dalam dua siklus. Hasil pretest pada siklus I, tidak ada satu pun warga yang mengetahui dan memahami konsep pengelolaan sampah dengan menggunakan sistem 3R. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai sistem 3R namun belum sampai pada tahap aplikasi. Pada siklus II, tindakan ditekankan pada pembinaan kader lingkungan. Hasil observasi siklus II didapatkan adanya peningkatan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan yang mencakup pengetahuan, sikap dan penerapan sistem 3R di lingkungan rumah masing-masing. Improving the environmental care through implementation of 3R system (reduce, reuse, recycle) AbstractThe research aimed to describe the effort to improve the communities’ care to clean and health environment through implementation of 3R system (Reduce, reuse, recycle) in Kebun Bunga hamlet, Palembang, South Sumatera. The research was action research, and the subject of the research were communities in RT (Neighbor Association) 30 and RT 39 in Kebun Bunga Hamlet, Palembang, the amount of the subject was 10 families. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. The research conducted in two cycles. The pretest result of cycle I was; there was no person who knows and understands the concept of waste management using 3R system. After the treatment in cycle I, there was an improving of communities understanding to 3R system of waste management, but it might not reach to the application. In cycle II, the treatment emphasized on guidance to environmental ambassador. The result of observation in cycle II: there was an improving of environmental care including knowledge, attitude, and implementation of 3R system in the surrounding house of the communities.
