Abstract

This paper attempts to discuss the comparative work ability between high school and vocational school graduates in the manufacturing industry. The labor market in Indonesia in general is still dominated by high school and vocational school graduates. Work Abilities used in this study are Technical Ability, Conceptual Ability and Social Ability. The selected research method is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to workers in companies in the Banten region, after the data collected are processed using the SPSS program. The analysis test uses normality test and different test uses Independent Samples Test. The results of the study showed that work ability had a significant difference between the workforce of high school and vocational high school graduates. Next discussion is discussed in this article

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the productive economic sectors that can be a source of income for individuals. MSME activists in the 4.0 era are required to be more creative in innovating, both in terms of products and marketing through digital marketing. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic which lasted quite a long time, had a huge impact on the MSME sector, due to limitations in conducting offline commerce. MSME activists and the surrounding community in the Kemanisan Village, Curug Sub-district were also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the decline in income levels and sluggish economic activity. Potential resources in Kemanisan Village are Chicken and Bamboo Shoots, quite high competition in sales of chicken and bamboo shoots. This community service is carried out to empower MSMEs in increasing incom.. The method of implementation is carried out by the experimental method, namely providing insight and direct experimental practice related to product innovation of processed chicken and bamboo shoots. In addition, it also uses the lecture method about digital marketing through the Shopee marketplace. Based on a series of activities that have taken place in community service activities in Kemanisan Village, several results were obtained, including the activity participants were able to produce shredded chicken products and meatballs aci bamboo shoots in packaging to operate shopee for online marketing, so that they had the opportunity to increase income

Abstract

Tourism development is currently aimed at sustainable tourism development with development based on the principle of community-based empowerment. One of the villages that developed with these principles is  Pipitan  Village. Pipitan Creative Park is a new tourist attraction in Kota Serang that has many tourist destinations. Pipitan Creative Park tourism  has resources that are abundant enough that it has considerable tourist potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. This place when considered more than potential can be developed as a charming beauty makes tourists more comfortable. In this case, the program implemented is to further develop the Pipitan Creative Park of Walalantaka Subdistrict. In tourism management, there are several aspects of planning, management, supervision and evaluation. But in its implementation, not optimal for this reason, the management of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) is necessary. Human Resource Development, Friendly local population and Artisan community training. These methods are used to improve the economy of the community by organizing events involving the community around tourist attractions, maintenance of garbage tubs and cooperation programs with third parties. The positive impact on Creative Park attractions is the opening of jobs, increasing community income, the use of tourist facilities in the local community.

Abstract

The background of this study is the decrease in  employee  work productivity is caused by several factors and the most prominent factors are related to compensation and the work environment so that it impacts employee work productivity. This research aims to find out: (1) the role of compensation for the work productivity of employees of the production section at PT. Asada Mitra Packindo Sentul-Balaraja, (2) the role of the work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Asada Mitra Packindo Sentul-Balaraja, (3) the role of compensation and work environment of work productivity of production employees at PT. Asada Mitra Packindo Sentul-Balaraja. This research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative approaches. The population in this study was the entire production section of 45 employees and a sample of 45 respondents. The data was collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: compensation and work environment together play a role in the work productivity of employees in the Production section at PT. Asada Mitra Packindo with a calculated f value greater than ftable  amounted to, 15,335> 3.22. Partially compensation plays a role in employee work productivity with a calculated value greater than ttable  amounting to, 5.103 > 2.01808, while the work environment does not play an important role in employee work productivity because the valueof tcalculated  is smaller than ttable  amount, 1,088 < 2.01808. Therefore, this research can be concluded to increase employee work productivity, it is necessary to increase compensation as an appreciation of employee performance, in addition, the work environment needs to be improved to increase employee satisfaction which has an impact on employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi tehadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 karyawan yang merupakan jumlah keseluruhan karyawan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji secara parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R Square) dalam model regresi adalah sebesar 0,730. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besar pengaruh variabel independen yaitu lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 73% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menunjukkan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi sangat berkaitan. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan motivasi yang diberikan dari pimpinan terhadap karyawan maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This is a village on the border withaimshe village of lewi damar or can be called the end of cimarga lebak-banten sub-district, the problem is still low management about the tourism sector, especially the management of cimarga times located in sangkanmanik.   The tourism sector is one factor that plays a vital role in Indonesia's economic growth and has the second largest foreign exchange contribution in Indonesia after foreign exchange from palm oil exports. Circular issued by the government on March 18, 2020, all activities at home and outdoors in all sectors related to tourism and creative economy were temporarily postponed to reduce the spread of corona. Likewise, the natural tourism sector in Lebak Banten Regency, paralyzed for a while because there are no visitors who come to both local and foreign tourists, thus affecting the local community's income and the Lebak Regency area. The purpose of this community service is to encourage the management of cimarga tourism in the management of tourism in Lebak Regency in the Covid-19 Pandemic and encourage policies that must be prepared by the Government of Lebak Banten Regency so that it can be used as a guideline for stakeholders in the world of tourism in Lebak Banten Regency to jointly realize tourism recovery and be able to bring in large numbers of tourists in the Covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

Every company that was founded has the hope that someday in the future will experience rapid development in the business environment of the company and wants the creation of high productivity in the field of work. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and enthusiasm for work productivity employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Banten. The research method used is quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 40 of employees and the determination of the number of samples of saturated sample techniques in which the entire population was sampled, as many as 40 samples. The results of the discipline study did not have an effect on work productivity in obtaining the results of tcount <ttable or -0.182 <1.68595 and the significance value was smaller than 0.05 ie 0.000 with a significance level <0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. The influence of morale on work productivity is obtained tcount> ttable or 4.028> 1.68595 and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.000 with a significance level <0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this study which states that the variables of discipline and work morale affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Means an increase in discipline and morale will indirectly affect the performance of an employee

Abstract

Human resources is the most decisive factor in achieving company goals. Because, human resources including elements of the power competitive of the nation, for that human resources are required to be superior and professional in its work for the progress and achievement of corporate goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. bank bjb Pandeglang branch either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method with the population in this study being all employees of the business section of pt bank bjb as many as 30 people. The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is sampled. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 28.336 + 0.838X1 + 0.011X2. The results of the first t-test obtained tcount of 0.206 < ttable 1.703 and a significance value (0.838> 0.05), it can be concluded that partial compensation has no effect on performance. The second t value is obtained by tcount of 2,730 > ttable of 1,703 and a significance value (0.011 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that work discipline has an effect on performance. The results of the f-test simultaneously obtained fcount of 4.419 > ftable 3.51 with a significance value of (0.022 <0.05) it can be concluded that compensation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. the result of the correlation coefficient test simultaneously is 0.497. This value indicates that the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance has a moderate relationship

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style and motivation have on the performance of warehouse employees at PT. Shin Hwa Bus Serang-Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods with a saturated sample where the population is used as a sample, namely 45 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. previously carried out classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the research on leadership style and motivation variables have a partially significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the magnitude of the T-count test of leadership style of 5.764 and work motivation of 2.621 which is greater than the Ttable of 2.016. Simultaneously a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by Fcount>Ftable or 24.425>3.219. Partially the comparison of tcount and ttable shows that the leadership style variable is tcount>ttable or 5.764>2.016 and the motivational variable is tcount>ttable or 2.621>2.016
