Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada pembelajaran IPA dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III pada SDI ONEKORE 5?. Bagaimanakah hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas III SDI ONEKORE 5 ? Adapun tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada pembelajaran IPA dalam meningkatakan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas III SDI ONEKORE 5. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada siswa kelas III SDI ONEKORE 5. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ende Kecamatan Ende Tengah Kabupaten Ende. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas III yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan, wawancara, observasi atau pengamatan, tes atau kuis, dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh data bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dari Siklus I sampai dengan Siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada Siklus I, setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi Energi Dan Pengaruhnya Dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas III dari Siklus I 63, 71% meningkat menjadi 80, 57%.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi Energi Dan Pengaruhnya Dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas III SDI Onekore 5.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of Etu traditional boxing in Bhoawae sub-district and the promotion of this sport as a type of tourism in Nagekeo district, East Nusa Tenggara. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with 4 informants as the subject of the study. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's interactive analysis model. The results showed that the procedures for implementing the traditional Etu Boxing were carried out by traditional rituals and traditional dances. Boxers wear special equipment such as headbands, tai kolo, dhese and you gauze. Each round will end if one of the boxers has bleeding which symbolizes fertility. In conclusion, Etu is a boxing attraction that involves traditional rituals as an expression of gratitude for the people of the Bhoawae traditional village in welcoming the harvest, while the Etu promotion form currently being pursued by the government Nagekeo area is by making video story telling Keywords: Boxing, Adat Etu, Sports Promotion, Tourism

Abstract

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes. How to apply a thematic approach to Indonesian subjects using a thematic learning approach to The type of research used in this research is classroom action research with the research location in SDK Nuamulu with the subjects in this study being Class II students totaling 31 people. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire. , observation, interviews, documentation, field notes, and tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemic Covid-l9 di Indonesia sudah satu tahun berlalu, tetapi sampai saat ini masih hangat dii media massa dan dampaknya masih terasa di mana mana. Selain kesehatan, dampak dari Covid-I9 ini. juga mengancan perekonomian dan kehidupan sehari hari masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk mencari nafkah juga terhambat akibat adanya PPKM ini sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjadi terkendala. Melihat kondisi ini, beberapa dosen dan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Flores berinisiatif memberikan bantuan dan berbagi kasih Menyongsong Natal Tahun 2021 pada anak anak panti Asuhan Alma benyandang stabilitas (cacat). Di Jalan Woloare B, kelurahan Kota Ratu Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT sebagai salah satu realisasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sasaran objek yang diberi bantuan adalah Panti Asuhan Rumah ALMA distabilitas, di mana jumlah anak yang mendapatkan bantuan sejumlah 97 orang. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa sembako yang dapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari. Diharapkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meringankan beban kehidupan anak anak panti Asuhan  Distabilitas Alma berjumlah 53 oarang selama masa covid-I9 ini masih berlangsung. Kata Kunci: berbagi kasih; pantih asuhan ALMA; menyongsong natal. ABSTRACTIt has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but until now it is still warm in the mass media and its impact is still being felt everywhere. In addition to health, the impact of Covid-I9. It also threatens the economy and people's daily lives. Activities to earn a living are also hampered due to this PPKM so that the fulfillment of daily needs is also hampered. Seeing this condition, several lecturers and students at the University of Flores took the initiative to provide assistance and share their love for Christmas 2021 for the children of the Alma Orphanage with disabilities. On Jalan Woloare B, Kota Ratu sub-district, Ende Flores Regency, NTT as one of the realizations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target object that was given assistance was the ALMA Disability Orphanage, where the number of children who received assistance was 97 people. The assistance provided is in the form of basic necessities that can be used to meet daily needs. It is hoped that this Community Service activity can ease the burden on the lives of the children of the Alma Disability Orphanage, amounting to 53 people during the COVID-19 period. Keywords: sharing love; pantih asuhan ALMA; welcoming christmas.

Abstract

The teacher is the spearhead of the process of implementing education in schools. Teachers are required to be professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher commitment and work motivation on the professionalism of Catholic elementary school teachers in the city of Ende. This research method is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires in the form of questionnaires about teacher commitment, work motivation, and teacher professionalism. Respondents in this study were teachers at a Catholic elementary school in the city of Ende. The number of samples in this study were 52 people. The results showed that teacher commitment and work motivation had a significant effect on teacher professionalism where a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an R square value of 0.405 means that the influence of teacher commitment and work motivation on teacher professionalism is 40.5%. In conclusion, the higher the teacher's commitment and work motivation, the higher the teacher's professionalism and conversely the lower the teacher's commitment and work motivation, the lower the teacher's professionalism.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas inti dari seorang dosen dan masuk dalam tri dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tugas ini secara konkret, dijalankan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan social kemasyarakatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen baik secara individu maupun komunal dengan teman sejawat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini, mampu memberi kontribusi baik terhadap poeserta didik yang dibimbing dan juga tentunya bagi para dosen yang bergabung dalam tim PKM. Tujuan kegiatan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan melatih membangun relasi social dengan orang lain secara baik, mengembangkan bakat, minat anak, dan saling mempelajari karakter. Lebih lanjut kegiatan ini mendorong anak-anak yang mengalami masalah psikologis yang digambarkan pada permasalahan kegiatan menjadi terbebas dari tekanan psikologi. Artinya, anak bisa menerima situasi pandemic yang terjadi dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi ini. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan yaitu menetapkan rentang usia anak antara SD-SMP-SMA-SMK untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan. Pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan perlombaan anak dan remaja Paroki Santo Yosef Onekore-Ende merasa bahagia, senang, dan gembira. Tahap akhir atau penutup dimana diberikan hadiah kepada anak-anak dan remaja. Kegiatan ini memiliki target yang penting yaitu anak-anak  dan remaja Paroki Santo Yosef Onekore-Ende mendapatkan pendampingan pengembangan bakat, minat, karakter dan melepaskan trauma psikologis selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Kata Kunci: pengembangan; bakat; karakter. ABSTRACTCommunity Service is one of the core tasks of a lecturer and is included in the tri dharma of Higher Education. This task is concretely carried out through scientific activities related to social activities carried out by lecturers both individually and communally with colleagues. This service activity is able to make a good contribution to the students who are guided and also of course to the lecturers who join the PKM team. The purpose of the activity is to provide understanding and train to build good social relations with other people, develop children's talents, interests, and learn from each other's character. Furthermore, this activity encourages children who experience psychological problems which are described in the activity problems to be free from psychological pressure. This means that children can accept the pandemic situation that occurs and are able to adjust to this situation. Activities carried out through the planning stage, namely determining the age range of children between SD-SMP-SMA-SMK to participate in the activities that have been determined. When carrying out the competitions for children and youth in the Parish of Saint Joseph, Onekore-Ende felt happy, pleased and excited. The final or closing stage where prizes are given to children and youth. This activity has an important target, namely the children and youth of the Santo Yosef Onekore-Ende Parish receive assistance in developing their talents, interests, character and releasing psychological trauma during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: development; talent;character

Abstract

The problem in this study is the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model in improving students' writing skills and to improve writing skills through the use of the CIRC model in SDI Ende 14 students. The research objective was to determine the application of the CIRC model in improving students' writing skills. students and to find out writing skills through the use of the CIRC model on SDI Ende 14 students. The type of research used was classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. Collecting research data using observation techniques, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that learning using the CIRC model can involve students so that students can also play an active role in the learning process and student learning outcomes in writing skills using the CIRC model increase. This is shown by the increase in the average value of writing skills using the CIRC model where the average value of the first cycle of writing skills is 62.96 and the average of the second cycle of writing skills is 90.50.
