Efforts to save the environment have been carried out in various ways, including creating policies and implementing the Law on citizen awareness of the importance of safety, balance, and environmental Sustainability. This study sought to identify several scientific studies that state how critical legal aspects are to environmental occupation and the management of citizens so that the environment can be sustainable. This study utilized secondary data from several books and scientific articles that actively discuss ecological and safety issues. After a series of reviews, we managed to find several important things, including how the definition of environmental Law; then we saw the scientific substance related to how the government should be given to citizens, then the legal aspects and existing systems, then also how the environmental aspects and the role of the government in implementing the Law and also the role of the government. The private sector in saving the environment. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful for future studies.

This study discussed the escalation of healthy environmental policies by parties such as environmental organizations and the government. We designed this research in a qualitative descriptive manner where we extracted information from several sources. Then we researched it until we got an answer to finish the discussion. We examine this study under a phenomenological approach. Likewise, data analysis involves data coding, high evaluation, in-depth interpretation, and data organization. After discussing the results, we conclude, among others, that the best practices for accelerating healthy environmental policies by the government and other organizations in the country have helped publicize the government's commitment to maintaining a healthy environment, including conducting seminars, workshops by related organizations, supporting symposiums organized by the government. Other best practices are the healthy living community movement driven by the private sector and the environmental love movement to save the earth is also carried out by various non-governmental organizations, all of which want to encourage the acceleration of policies and Implementation of maintaining a healthy environment in Indonesia. It is hoped that these results will be helpful in future similar studies.

This study identified of school education leadership skills in supporting virtual learning approach during pandemic disruption. The author believes that online learning requires solid educational leadership, which can empower all potential and influence. Hence, learning objectives was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic run well. So, the researchers have visited several scientific publications on several application databases of educational leadership studies during the disruption of the pandemic several complications such as Eric Publications, Google book, Taylor and France, and many other publications actively discussing educational leadership issues during distance learning as a result of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. While the review process involves several stages, first, giving coded the data, evaluated and looked for relevance, interpreted it in depth to conclude if the findings were relevant in answering valid questions. This study was entirely dependent on secondary data in the form of field details that have been published in various scientific publication journals, especially about educational leadership during pandemic disturbances. We found that there were a number of leadership educations was used to support virtual learning during pandemic as mention in finding section. This study analyzes how technological innovation supports and improves student learning outcomes and sustainability at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Antasari. This study obtained data from interviews with senior lecturers and researchers and 12 resource persons, and 12 open questions. We conducted a series of questions for interviews and a literature study to understand how this change occurred. Next, the researchers analyzed the interview results with a phenomenological approach; to ascertain how technological innovation supports 21st-century learning in higher education. Based on the existing data and discussion, concluded that technological innovations such as the internet and digital applications currently in academic activities in the distance learning process and student face-to-face classes strongly support that goal. This considers the penetration of the internet and computer technology used in learning and teaching. With the experience of lecturers and students at UIN Antasari. Technological innovation supports learning there with the clear advantages of existing technology. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this study be helpful to improve the quality of further research. Keywords: Technological Innovation, 21st-Century Learning Outcomes, Learning Outcome

The article is to examine several pieces of evidence from previous studies to understand higher education governance in the crisis-era related to the challenges of achieving equal distribution of education quality. Data collection involves searching for many published articles, including journals, books, magazines, and websites that discuss higher education governance issues regarding quality and opportunity. The data analysis involves a comprehensive evaluation data coding system, critical interpretation, and comprehensive and high decision making. The data search is done with the help of technology, especially online data sources using keywords such as the quality of higher education, equal opportunity. Based on the findings, explanations, and discussions, we can summarize that the governance of higher education in the crisis era faces various challenges related to equity and the achievement of high quality. When a crisis occurs, the changes are significant, and they cannot carry out various obligations and intellectual rights so that they ignore the quality and equity of higher education. Therefore, this study recommends that high fences be managed by emphasizing finding solutions to address the challenges of service quality and equity by following guidelines and regulations in force in many countries. It is hoped that this study will become an essential input to solve the challenges of higher education afflicted by various crises. This study aims to explain several implementations of Human Resource Management to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers, namely: human resource planning, training and human resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation taken from teachers and headmaster. Post-data collection analysis used a data reduction pattern, data display, and data verification. The main points of the research results are: (1) the human resource planning system is carried out by analyzing all activities or workloads that must be carried out by all school components. (2) human resource training and development carried out still tends to be a formality limited to success whether or not the training was implemented, and not yet oriented to the effects of the post-training that was carried out, it was able to change for the better or not the behavior and performance of the participants towards organizational goals

The key performance indicators of library affairs are carried out by measuring the culture of the people’s love of reading, related to the basis of program preparation, library development strategy, as well as the basis for preparing library policy directions. The high level of love for reading in the community has an impact on the level of welfare of the community. The phenomenon of people’s fondness for reading can be seen from the results of the study of their love of reading with their index value. To increase the love of reading, scientific research standards are needed which are the basis for making decisions or policies. Surveys must be in accordance with scientific principles so that research results can be justified. The high community literacy development index and the reading love index will realize a high community literacy index. Libraries can contribute in measuring the reading love level to measure the community’s reading fondness index, both nationally and regionally, in a comprehensive and precise manner. The results of the study of the level of interest in reading can be used as a reference and guide for the National Library of Indonesia, the provincial library service, as well as the regency/city library in making policy for programs to increase the love of reading for people throughout Indonesia.

The Cyber Counseling mobile application allows users with different backgrounds to visit, so evaluating the application's user interface is necessary. Usability has attributes to determine the user interface that users can use easily to achieve a goal. Emotions are subjective and conscious events illustrated primarily through psychophysiological expressions and biological reactions. Moreover, emotion is a complex feeling that affects the user's performance. In this study, usability testing uses a System Usability Scale questionnaire, and emotional responses will be measured by measuring affective reactions using the Self-assessment Manikin questionnaire. The results of usability testing using the System Usability Scale questionnaire show that the perspective of test participants about the Cyber Counseling mobile application is to have acceptability ranges in the acceptable category, have a grade scale with category C, and have an adjective rating in the good category. The results of measuring emotional responses using the Self-assessment Manikin questionnaire on the pleasure indicator have a happy emotional response, the arousal indicator has an enthusiastic emotional response, and the dominance indicator has an emotional response capable of operating the Cyber Counseling mobile application.This research has a contribution that by combining the usability method and measuring the user's emotional response, it not only provides information on the ease of using the application but also provides information about the affective reaction of the user when using the application

The research looked at how people in the Education community responded to the hoax phenomenon from the point of view of technology and information. This research aims to improve the educational component's ability to analyse different kinds of information or news. This will make it less likely that fake information will be used as a talking point or a guide. The method used is qualitative with critical discourse analysis, where the program's implementation is through the ASSURE method. The number of respondents is 60 consisting of teachers, parents and students in the sixth grade of an elementary school in Medan city. The technique used by researchers to gather data involves grouping various data, processing it in accordance with the aim to be recorded, and then deconstructing it using an essential conversation investigation preparation software created using the ASSURE approach. The technique of analyzing data was by implementing the six stages in the ASSURE model, which represent three other stages: pre-program, program implementation and post-program. The results show that critical discourse analysis through the basic conversation investigation program using the ASSURE method has proven to be effective and can be used to prevent the spread of hoax information that can cause various disputes.

This study aims to determine the Religious Culture at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang, what culture is applied, and the Management of Character Education through Religious Culture at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang. This study uses a qualitative description method. Data collection was conducted by researchers using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then to check the validity of the data, it is done through data triangulation techniques and data analysis. The results of this study: (1) Religious culture at the Islamic Center Baiturrahman Vocational School Semarang was created in various forms of religious habituation that are applied in schools; (2) The application of religious culture through 3 ways, namely the integration of character education through teaching and learning activities, through extracurricular activities, and through habituation in schools. (3) Planning for character education through religious culture at SMK Islamic Center Baiturrahman Semarang has long-term priorities and short-term priorities
