Abstract

Clean water is the need of every human being, for that the necessity of clean water is a priority for the government in providing services. The current problem is the lack of clean water that has not been evenly distributed due to government limitations. For that reason, in providing services, it must be according to priority in order to have a broad impact on the community. For this reason, in this research the development of an information system can be used to assist in determining priorities in handling clean water sources. In the development process the waterfall method is used while the determination of priorities uses simple additive weighting. The results showed that the simple additive weighting method can provide a clear value in determining the priority of clean water handling. This condition can be seen from the existing process in the information system, which starts from weighting, filling the survey value to simple additive weighting calculations. besides that, the information system can run well in accordance with the expected proven by the results of testing using black box testing to get the test results received

Abstract

Test engine try out is an information system used by prospective alumni students to practice the questions in taking the certification exams at Bina Darma University. Exercises that can be done on this test engine are vendor certifications such as Microsoft Technology Associate, SAP, NIIT, PASAS, CISCO, and various other certifications. To ascertain whether the test engine is in line with the expectations and needs of the participants try out then an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation technique used is usability with the system usability scale approach. System usability scale is an information system evaluation technique that looks at three aspects, namely adjective rating, grade scale, acceptability by involving end users in the evaluation process. In the process of evaluating the usability scale system, ten instruments were used as a measure of evaluation. From the evaluation, the final result is 87.33. According to these conditions, it can be concluded that the test engine try out from the side of the adjective rating includes the excellence group, from the grade scale side including B group, and from the acceptability side including the acceptable group.

Abstract

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

Abstract

Aplikasi Inventaris perlengkapan Tahanan Anak pada Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Palembang di kembangkan guna untuk memonitor kebutuhan dasar dari warga binaan yang ada di lingkungan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Palembang. Pengembangan Aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming yang memiliki tahapan yaitu Planning, Desing, Coding dan Testing. Dimana metode ini di lakukan agar proses pelaksanaan pengembangan lebih adaptif dan efektif sehingga mampu membantu dan mempermudah pihak dari Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Palembang. Aplikasi Inventaris Perlengkapan Tahanan Anak Pada Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Palembang ini di kembangkan dengan bahasa pemograman PHP, Database dengan menggunakan Mysql dan Design dengan menggunakan Framework Bootstrap versi 4.0. Adapun menu – menu yang ada pada meliputi pendataan Data Blok Kamar Tahanan, Data Sel Kamar Tahanan, Data Perlengkapan, Data Pemberian Perlengkapan dan Data Laporan. Proses Pengujian yang di lakukan terhadap Aplikasi ini menunjukkan nilai yang baik Usability sebesar 95,35 % dan nilai terhadap Fungsional Suitability sebesar 92.3 %, hal ini menunjukkan Aplikasi yang di kembangkan berjalana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

Sentimen analisis ialah teks yang mengidenfikasikan suatu data informasi dalam sumber penelitian yang berguna untuk memahami suatu konteks dari sentimen sosial, merek, produk ataupun layanan yang lainnya. Analisis sentimen merupakan bagian dari opinion mining. Tugas dasar dalam  analisis  sentimen adalah mengelompokkan polaritas  dari  teks yang  ada  dalam dokumen,  kalimat,  atau  pendapat. Game online merupakan jenis permainan komputer atau game mobile yang memanfaatkan konektifitas dari jaringan internet yang di gunakan. Dalam hal ini penulis akan melakukan sebuah penelitian pada Game Mobile Legends. Mobile Legends resmi dirilis pada bulan juli tahun 2016, moonton sebagai developer utama yang resmi merilis game android moba pertama yaitu mobile legends. Dari penjelasan di atas penulis bertujuan untuk menjadikan ini sebagai bahan penelitian, dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui komentar para pengguna game mobile legends ini dari google playstore. Langkah yang di lakukan oleh penulis menggunakan HDM VISION PYHTON sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data komentar pemain , perihal yang disukai maupun yang tidak disukai oleh para user terhadap role hero yang mereka gunakan pada saat bermain mobile legends penulis akan mengumpulkan data tersebut, seperti yang telah kita ketahui bahwa setiap role memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing. Hal tersebut menjadi perhatian yang menarik bagi penulis untuk menganalisis pengaruh komentar terhadap pengguna setiap role yang mereka gunakan.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed by cryptography, such as Secure Hash Algorithm 2 (SHA-2) and Message Digest 5 (MD5). Cryptocurrency uses Blockchain technology to ensure security, transparency, ease of locating, and unchangeability. This makes cryptocurrency very popular in many sectors, especially in the financial industry. Although, the uncertainty and the dynamic change of cryptocurrency price make the risk for investment in this digital asset high. This is the reason why studies about cryptocurrency price prediction became popular globally. This study intended to predict cryptocurrency prices using hybrid GRU LSTM than setting up the epoch to get the most accurate prediction model. The researcher would make a web-based application that can be used by the public, especially those involved in cryptocurrency investment. The result was a web-based application that could predict the price of cryptocurrency for the next few days, which had been validated using data from the previous 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat masalah terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Pospay dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Pengembangan sebuah sistem diperlukan suatu dasar, salah satu dasar dari pengembangan tersebut bisa berupa hasil dari evaluasi produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah usability testing. Usability Testing adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi produk dengan mengujinya langsung pada pengguna, Usability testing merupakan suatu atribut untuk menilai seberapa mudah interface digunakan. Usability Testing memiliki 5 (lima) komponen yang sangat penting yaitu learnability,  Efficiency, Memorability, Error dan Satisfaction. Metode pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Partisipan penelitian ini diisi oleh 3 level pengguna yaitu pengguna aktif, pengguna terampil dan pengguna awam. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sebagai berikut: Learnability dengan nilai 79.98 %, Efficiency dengan 70.66 %, Memoriability dengan nilai 69.34 %, Error dengan nilai 79.96%. Satisfaction dengan nilai 76 %. Hasil akhir pencapaian evaluasi aplikasi pospay dengan total 75,18 % yang berarti aplikasi pospay baik dalam artian mudah dalam hal menggunakannya sebagai alat pembayaran berbagai keperluan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui faktor yang mendorong kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Pospay dan diharapkan nantinya dapat berguna dan bermanfaat bagi PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) 30000.

Abstract

Covid-19, a contagious disease, has been classified as a global pandemic. Indonesia, as one of the ASEAN countries, has taken various measures to combat the spread of this disease. One of the government's initiatives to tackle the pandemic is the PeduliLindungi application, through which the public provides feedback on government policies. However, analyzing and comprehending public opinions in a non-subjective manner poses a challenge in objectively evaluating government services. This study aims to address this issue by conducting a sentiment analysis of Covid-19 handling in Indonesia, using a lexicon-based weighting system that includes SentiStrengthID and InSet. The decision tree (DT) machine learning algorithm is utilized to evaluate the polarity results provided by the lexicon. The results indicate that the sentiment polarity towards Covid-19 handling in Indonesia is negative based on both SentiStrengthID and InSet weights. Evaluating machine learning performance with the SentiStrengthID lexicon, the DT-entropy and DT-gini models achieved an accuracy of 82% and 83%, respectively. Similarly, evaluating machine learning performance with the InSet lexicon, the DT-entropy and DT-gini models achieved an accuracy of 81% and 82%, respectively.

Abstract

In today's organizational landscape, information technology plays a critical role in supporting ongoing activities. Therefore, it is essential to conduct an analysis to determine the advantages and disadvantages of IT implementation. This research focuses on the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region II, a government agency responsible for improving the quality of higher education in its working area. LLDIKTI Region II uses an information technology system that aligns with the Institute's vision and mission. However, the governance level of the Online Functional Position Information System known as SIKITO has never been assessed, highlighting the need for a maturity framework to measure SIKITO's level and align it with LLDIKTI's vision and mission goals. COBIT 2019 is a framework that aligns with the vision and mission of LLDIKTI and demonstrates how each stakeholder's differences affect the use of information technology based on the maturity level of the implemented system. This research applied the COBIT 2019 framework in LLDIKTI Region II, utilizing the APO07, BAI08, and MEA03 domains. The results indicate that SIKITO's maturity level is below the expected value of -2.33, indicating a need for further development. This research contributes to the field by providing insights into the importance of aligning IT governance with an organization's vision and mission, and the role of maturity frameworks such as COBIT 2019 in achieving this alignment.
