Abstract

Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu pemikiran tentang pemahaman konsep kewirausahaan yang selama ini dipahami para praktisi pendidikan bahwa kewirausahaan diidentifikasikan dengan belajar berbisnis. Padahal belajar berbisnis hanya salah satu aspek dari berwirausaha. Inti masalah yang hendak diungkapkan adalah sejauh manakah pemahaman dan pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat merubah kondidi sosial masyarakat. Hal penting yang harus dipahami para pelaksana pendidikan adalah lebih menekankan aspek pembinaan mentalitas individu peserta didik, mengingat siswa sebagai peserta didik masih dalam proses internalisasi. Pergeseran paradigma ini sangat tepat untuk meletakkan sesungguhnya pola apa yang harus ditekankan dalam pembelajaran kewirausahan. Dari hasil pemikiran dan perenungan kondisi saat ini maka penulis menekaknkan pentingnya mengantisipasi pergeseran paradigma ini, agar pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang selama ini dilaksanakan tidak condong menggiring peserta didik untuk menjadi pebisnis/pedagang atau penyelenggara sektor jasa saja, namun aspek kegiatan manusia yang meliputi usaha sektor jasa, perdagangan dan manufaktur maupun dalam profesi lainnya sehingga dapat dijadikan bekal dan pegangan peserta didik kelak setelah mereka lulus dari jenjang sekolahnya. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, maka dapat dilakukan pola pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang lebih bermakna bagi siswa terutama menanamkan sikap kreatif dan sikap inovatif sebagai modal dasar siswa untuk berwirausaha. Kata Kunci : Pergeseran, Kewirausahaan, Peserta didik, Sikap Kreatif dan Sikap Inovatif ABSTRACT The writing is motivated by an understanding of the concept of entrepreneurial thinking that has been understood that education practitioners identified by studying business entrepreneurship. Though learning to do business only one aspect of entrepreneurship. Core issues to be disclosed is the extent to which the understanding and implementation of entrepreneurship education can change society through the phenomenon of social conditions of high unemployment especially among college students.It is important to understand the implementation of education relating to entrepreneurship should be more emphasis on the development of the mentality of the individual learners. Considering students as learners are still in the process of internalization, the paradigm shift is very appropriate to put the actual pattern of what should be emphasized in both entrepreneurial learning in basic education high school students and college studentsReflection of the ideas and the current state of the author outlines the common thread is the importance of anticipating the paradigm shift that entrepreneurial learning which has been implemented is not inclined lead learners to become businessman / merchant or service provider sector alone, but human activities covering aspects of business sector services, trade and manufacturing as well as in other professions that can be used as a grip stock and future students after they graduate from school level. Given that not all students are interested in becoming a merchant.Based on these explanations, it can be done pattern entrepreneurial learning more meaningful for students especially inculcate creative and innovative attitude attitude as basic capital for entrepreneurship students in various professions both in the private as well as public servants so as expectations of learners can develop entrepreneurship in various jobs. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya sebagian mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi berkaitan dengan kecerdasan emosi mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi. Pentingnya mengkaji kecerdasan emosi mahasiswa, berkaitan dengan tujuan program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi  yaitu mempersiapkan calon guru akuntansi menjelang PPL, dimana bukan hanya aspek kecerdasan intelgensi, namun kecerdasan emosi juga sangat penting dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa terutama. Teori untuk membahas penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan Emosi dari Goleman, efikasi diri dari Bandura dan Interaksi sosial  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh  interaksi sosial dan efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosi. Metode penelitian menggunakan verifikatif dengan desain survey ekspalanatory. Populasi seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi sebanyak dengan sampel 120 responden.  Pengumpulan data dengan angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial dan efikasi diri baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kecerdasan emosi.  Dengan Interaksi sosial sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosi.  Berdasarkan analisis data, maka diperlukan peningkatan indikator yang masih rendah yaitu indikator kerjasama dalam variabel interaksi sosial  dan perencanaan pengaturan diri dalam variabel efikasi diri. Kata kunci: efikasi diri, interaksi sosial, kecerdasan emosi

Abstract

This reseach present the lack of entrepreneurial intention in student, so the impact that has caused is an increase in the number or unemployment rate in Indonesia. The aims of this research are to describe the effect of entrepreneurial learning, achievement motivation and entrepreneurship intention, and also the effect of effect of entrepreneurial learning, achievement motivation on entrepreneurship intention of Accounting Education FPEB major student period 2016, 2017 and 2018 at Indonesia University Of Education (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia). Using Theory Behavior Planed, this research use descriptive and verification methods. The population of this study consist 254 Accounting Education, there are student class 2016, 2017, and 2018, with research sample of 155 Students. The research use random sampling method. The instrument validity was assessed by product moment correlation and the reliability by cronbach’s alpha, using questionnares as a data collection technic. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. All data calculation is done by using Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v25 and Microsoft excel 2016. From the calculation results of the t test on each variable entrepreneurial learning and, achievement motivation the result of t-test shows tstatistic>ttabel , i.e. variable entrepreneurial learning obtained by tstatistic: 4.297 > ttabel : 1.97569 and variable achievement motivational obtained by tstatistic: 4.572 > ttabel : 1.97569. The result of study showed that entrepreneurial learning and achievement motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention of Students Accounting Education FPEB period 2015, 2016 and 2017 at Indonesia University of Education (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia). The suggestions that can be given from this research are to increase the mindset, knowledge, skills and participation in learning and dare to start a business because it’s important in increasing interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa di era revolusi 4.0. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan diukur melalui indikator enterprenurial awareness education, education for start-up, education for enterprenurial dynamic dan contrinuining education for enterpernurship. Minat berwirausaha diukur melalui indikator preference, desire dan plan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. Instrumen penelitian diuji melalui uji validitas dan uji realibitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya sebanyak 1.545 siswa dan berdasarkan perhitungan Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 300 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa di era revolusi 4.0. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa di era revolusi 4.0 akan lebih efektif dengan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning facilities on student learning motivation in Class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung.The theory underlying this research is Maslow's self-actualization motivation theory. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and instruments used in the form of questionnaires distributed class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung as many as 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Research conducted on students of class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung obtained the results that the condition of teaching skills, learning facilities against student learning motivation in the high category. The advice that can be given in this study is on the teacher's teaching skills variable to provide provision to educators with IHT, technical guidance and workshops that can improve the ability of teachers professionally as the most dominating variables. In the variables of learning facilities students in online learning can utilize gadgets and other facilities to create effective learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of self efficacy on work readiness of vocational students. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of the 11th grade of the all department at SMK Al Ghazaly as many as 90 students. The population is limited less than 100, all subjects in this study were used as research samples This research use descriptive and verificative methods. The sample of the Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression. Normality test uses the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and simple linear regression. All data calculation using IBM SPSS v. 25 for Windows. The result showed that self efficacy effect toward work readiness The magnitude of the influence of self efficacy against the results of work readiness by 0,275 (27,5%) while the remaining 0,725 (72,5%) is affected by other factors.

Abstract

The challenge of finding a job for college graduates are getting tighter due to the number of jobs with an unbalanced workforce. One solution to overcome this problem is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to look at the influence of locus of control, tendency to take risks, self-confidence, need for achievement, tolerance for ambiguity, and innovation, on entrepreneurial intentions. The grand theory used is the Planned Behavior Theory from Ajzen (1991). The research method used is the explanatory survey method. The study population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 366 respondents. The research sample was taken from the UPI student population. Collecting data using a questionnaire that has been tested for the level of validity and reliability. The data processing technique used descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that locus of control, propensity to take risks, selfconfidence, need for achievement, tolerance for ambiguity, and innovation had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Innovation as the most dominant factor influencing entrepreneurship intention. There is no difference in entrepreneurship intention from the aspect of gender. It is recommended to increase the locus of control indicators, namely the indicator of belief in success, the confidence variable, namely the indicator of having weaknesses and fears, the need for achievement, namely the indicator of not liking paid work, the variable of innovation, which is an indicator of avoiding doing things.
