Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kualitas supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos jkerja guru terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam pembelajaran pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kuta Badung secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi sebanyak 209 orang guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kuta dan sampelnya sebanyak 136 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan kualitas supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos kerja guru terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam pembelajaran ecara terpisah maupun simultan.   Kata kunci: kualitas supervisi pengawas sekolah, fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran   THE CONTRIBUTION OF QUALITY OF SCHOOL SUPERVISOR’S SUPERVISION, SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP FUNCTION AND WORK ETHICS TOWARD QUALITY OF TEACHER’S SERVICE IN TEACHING ACTIVITIES AT PUBLIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN KUTA DISTRICT IN BADUNG ABSTRACT This study aimed at finding out the contribution of quality of school supervisor’s supervision, school principal’s leadership function and teacher’s work ethics simultaneously toward quality of teacher’s service in teaching at public senior high schools in Kuta district in Badung either desprerately or simultaneously. The population were 209 teachers of SMA Negeri in Kuta district and 136 people were used as the sample with sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. This research was arranged in ex-post facto. The data was collected by using Likerts scale model and was analyze by using the correlation and regression analysis. The result shows that there was a positive and significant contribution between quality of school supervisor’s supervision, school principal’s leadership function and quality of teacher’s service in teaching in SMA Negeri in Kuta district separately and simultaneously.   Key words: quality of school supervisor’s supervision, school principal’s leadership function and work ethics toward quality of teacher’s service in teaching activities.

Abstract

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: to know how big influence on motivation to learn humanisticcounseling on subjects Biology class X grade students of SMAN 1 Lingsar, West Lombok in the academicyear 2016/2017. This type of research, experimental method with quantitative approach. The data collectiontechnique is a method of inquiry as the principal methods and methods of documentation, observation andinterviewing methods/ interview as a complementary method. The statistical analysis used in this research isusing t-test formula. Based on the discussion can be concluded that: there is the influence of humanisticcounseling on motivation to learn in the subjects of biology class X grade students of SMAN 1 Lingsar, WestLombok in the academic year 2016/2017. It can be seen from the results of the study are: t value of 4,131dan ttable value at significance level of 5% with N = 7, is greater than the value t table (4.131> 2.365) so that thereis a relationship that is "significant" between counseling humanistic motivation to learn in the subjects ofbiology class X grade students of SMAN 1 Lingsar, West Lombok in the academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

This study aimed to study the effect of Behavioristic Counseling on students’ tenacity attitudes of class VIII at SMPN 3 Batukliang Utara. This research used the experimental method. Samples of the study were 6 students who had a low tenacity attitude. Data collection technique used was questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula. The results of the study showed that the value of t count was 2.890 and the value of t table was 2.015 at the level of significance 5% with N = 5, in which the value of t count was greater than the value of the t table (2.890> 2.015). So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Behavioristic Counseling on students’ tenacity attitudes of class VIII at SMPN 3 Batukliang Utara

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between self-understanding and self-confidence at the eight grade students of SMPN 7 Woja at Dompu District in academic year 2017/2018. Datacollection technique used questionnaires as the main method and observation, documentation, and interviews as complementary methods. Data analysis technique used product moment correlation statistical analysis. The results of data analysis obtained 0.949. This indicateed that the calculated value was greater than r-table at the 5% significance level with the number N = 57 students, or (r count 0.949> r table 0.266). Based on these results, the null hypothesis was rejected (Ho) and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between self-understanding and self-confidence at the eight grade students of SMPN 7 Woja at Dompu District in academic year 2017/2018. Abstrak: Pemahaman diri merupakan gambaran yang dimiliki diri individu tentang dirinya yang dibentukmelalui pengalaman-pengalaman yang diperoleh dari interaksi, dengan lingkungan, sedangkan Percaya diriadalah salah satu aspek kepribadian yang penting pada seseorang. Tanpa adanya kepercayaan diri akan banyak menimbulkan masalah pada diri seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman diri dengan sikap percaya diri pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 7 Woja Kabupaten Dompu Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam angket sebagai metode pokok dan observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh 0,949. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan jumlah N = 57orang, atau (r hitung 0,949 > r tabel 0,266). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesi nihil ditolak (H 0 ) dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulan bahwa “Ada hubungan pemahaman diri dengan sikap percaya diri pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 7 Woja Kabupaten Dompu tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Asertif training merupakan latihan keterampilan sosial yang diberikan pada individu yang diganggu kecemasan, tidak mampu mempertahankan hak-haknya, terlalu lemah, membiarkan orang lain merongrong dirinya, tidak mampu mengekspresikan amarahnya dengan benar dan cepat tersinggung. Tanggung jawab merupakan memberikan intensitif kepada siswa untuk saling membantu satu sama lain dan untuk saling mendorong melakukan usaha yang maksimal. Tanggung jawab rendah akan membawa dampak kurangnya bekerja sama antara teman dalam satu kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Asertif Training Terhadap Sikap Tanggung Jawab Pada Siswa MTs Penyaring Kab Sumbawa Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh 5, 028 dan setelah dikonsultasikan t-tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan d.b 6 diperoleh 2,447 ini berarti bahwa t-hitung>t-tabel (5,028> 2,447), maka diambil kesimpulan ada Pengaruh Teknik Asertif Training Terhadap Sikap Tanggung Jawab Pada Siswa MTs Penyaring Kab Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

Self awareness is a condition where the individual is able to realize the advantages and disadvantages possessed, able to realize the interests that have to be channeled properly. Self-awareness and self-knowledge leads to quality life stages, not only in socializing and interacting with others, but also to direct and develop oneself, to help career education planning, to solve social personal problems realistically, to adapt to changes in life. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Biblioterapi technique on self-awareness of the students of class XI of Computer And Network Technology (TKJ) SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara. The data collection methods used in this study in the form of a questionnaire as the main method while the interview, documentation and observation as a complement method, data analysis using t-test formula. The results of this research data analysis obtained 8.179 and after consultation with ttable at the level of significance 5% with d.b 11 obtained 2.201. This means that t count is greater than ttable (8.179> 2.201). So it can be concluded that there is influence of Biblioterapi technique to self-awareness of class XI students Computer And Network Technology (TKJ) SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara.
