Abstract

Sintesis LiFePO4 dilakukan dengan pencampuran LiCl, FeCl2.4H2O dan H3PO4 ekuimolar ke dalam air. Homogenasi larutan dilakukan dengan pengaduk magnetic pada suhu 60o C. Prekursor LiFePO4 diperoleh setelah pemanasan 200o C dengan furnace selama 2 jam. Sintering prekursor LiFePO4 dilakukan pada suhu 700o C dengan furnace selama 4 jam dengan aliran N2 untuk membentuk fasa kristalit LiFePO4. Kemurnian fasa dan struktur kristal dianalisis dengan menggunakan XRD. Analisis struktur kristal dari pola difraksi sinar-X dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak FULLPROF. Pengamatan morfologinya dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM dengan kombinasi energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) dan pengukuran gugus fungsional dengan FT-IR. Hasil analisis struktur kristal menunjukkan bahwa senyawa LiFePO4 memiliki struktur Kristal orthorhombic, space group 62, simbol Pnma (Hermann-Mauguin) dengan parameter kisi a= 6.0019999, b= 10.330000, c= 4.6999998.

Abstract

This study is intended to apply participatory prospective analysis to formulate women empowerment programs and activities to reduce poverty. Participatory prospective analysis may facilitate the process of integrating multiplestakeholders’ preferences in public policy decision since the involvement of stakeholders as part of the poverty alleviation solution; it can be expected to increase the effectiveness of the programs and activities. This study wasconducted in South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. Data were collected through focus group discussion (FGD). A number of 23 participants from various delegates of stakeholders including head or officers ofregency government and its regional working units, non government organizations, community groups and local university were involved in the FGD. Data were analysed using participatory prospective method. The results revealthat there are 15 factors identified shaping the system of women empowerment for poverty reduction. By using a fourquadrant window, those factors are grouping into four categories: input, stakes, unused, and output, as the key of the empowered programs. Input factors are human resource skills, social cultural, formal education attainment and health status. The stakes are access to natural resources, access to capital, local policies and access to decisionmaking process. While the unused factors are past experiences, infrastructure and technology. The outputs are employment, community empowerment, motivation, and job availability. This study shows that the strategy to reducepoverty have to be done via women empowerment programs, which are comprising better off education, skill development, health status and social culture. Access to education, skills and health should be part of the poor asset.Poor women need to equip with assets to reduce their vulnerabilities.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to create a supporting instructional media in the form of mobile learning of main material for Senior Secondary School students. The created mobile learning was played on mobile phone that supports flash player, mainly Symbian S60 3rd based mobile phone. The method applied in this research was research and development. The first step was limited to the material of heat transfer. The trial of an application was conducted to 2 specialized lecturers, 2 media experts, 2 Physics teachers of Senior Secondary School, and 44 students of Al- Azhar Senior Secondary School, Bandar Lampung. Indicators used to assess the created instructional media were the appropriateness of the content to the purpose, appropriateness of instruction to the technical quality. Marks of the three indicators were above 80% so that the created mobile learning was categorized as very good. Based on the findings, it may be concludedthat the instructional media in the form of mobile learning can be used as a supporting instructional media for Senior Secondary School students to learn Physics subject. Keywords: instructional media, mobile learning, heat transfer, physic subject, and Senior Secondary School.

Abstract

Aspek pedagogi sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan materi (content development) dan pembelajaran (learning) dengan memperhatikan teknik dan behavior interaksi antara dosen (lecturer) dan mahasiswa (students). Di sisi lain aspek teknologi berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan materi yang dinamis dan rich multimedia, serta menyediakan fiturfitur (features) komponen sistem e-learning. Mengintegrasikan kedua aspek tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengembangan materi yang didukung oleh system e-learning agar proses belajar-mengajar menjadi optimal. Subjective Analysis atas pengintegrasian kedua aspek tersebut dalam sistem e-learning yang digunakan-SCELE, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pembelajaran online dapat menghadirkan suasana sebagaimana pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the specific needs, feasibility, and responses of teachers and students toward the developed physics learning media of monopoly game on the light and optical devices material. The research procedure was based on the 4-D model. The subjects of this study were the students of State Junior High School 2 Gadingrejo. Data was collected through questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study were; 1) to know the specific needs in the form of filters by researchers to eliminate, replace, or modify the various components of the game into educational elements and the need for materials such as paper art paper and linen suitable for printing monopoly game designs; 2) to know the media feasibility through media and material expert’s judgement. The average scores gained through the expert judgment were 4.45 and 4.24 respectively that fall into a very high category; 3) Teacher and student responses fall into the very high category with the mean score of 4.24 from teachers, 4.53 from small group testing and 4.59 from field-testing.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine what needs are needed in developing android-based comic media on the subject of motion straight for SMP class VII. This research is an R & D research that adopts the development of Borg & Gall. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire given to materials experts and media experts to test the feasibility of comic-based android media. The type of data produced is qualitative data which is analyzed by guidance criteria of assessment category to determine product quality. The results of this study that has been developed in the form of comic-based learning media android on the subject of motion straight for students of SMP class VII.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang diperlukan dalam mengembangkan media komik berbasis android pada pokok bahasan gerak lurus untuk SMP kelas VII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D yang mengadopsi pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media untuk menguji kelayakan media komik berbasis android. Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah data kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan pedoman kriteria kategori penilaian untuk menentukan kualitas produk. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu telah dikembangkan media pembelajaran berupa komik berbasis android pada pokok bahasan gerak lurus untuk siswa SMP kelas VII.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (SIP) is a government-funded education assistance program for all school-aged children (6-21 years old) or from poor and vulnerable families (eg from families / household holders of prosperous family cards / PFC) or children who fulfill Predefined criteria. Smart Indonesia Program through Smart Card Indonesia (SCI) is part of the improvement of the Poor Student Support Program (PSSP) since late 2014. The author takes a case study on SD SWASTA ALWASHLIYAH Moho. SD SWASTA ALWASHLIYAH Moho is one of the primary schools in Simalungun regency that get SIP programs for students who are less able and have difficult economic constraints. This research is based on the problem of giving Smart Indonesia Card where the process of handling aid sometimes does not match the target or target. Invalid data causes errors in SIC divisions that should be given to eligible recipients. To overcome these problems required Decision Support System (DSS) is expected to solve problems in the provision of KIP with Electre method. The Electre method is a multicriteria decision-making method based on each appropriate criterion. The criteria used are: Parent Job, Elderly Income, The Number of Dependents, Number of Dependents Still Schooled, Raport Value, KKS Holders, Child Status, Residence, Type of Home. DSS SIP is only a recommendation decision to the school, for the next process handed back to the school.

Abstract

Laboratorium merupakan salah satu sarana yang penting dalam proses belajar mengajar, sebagai tempat belajar atau sebagai sumber pembelajaran, laboratorium harus mempunyai sifat yang nyaman dan aman. Laboratorium yang bersifat nyaman artinya kebutuhan atau keperluan untuk melakukan kegiatan telah tersedia di tempat yang semestinya atau mudah di akses bila dipakai dan digunakan. Sedangkan laboratorium yang bersifat aman artinya segala penyimpanan material berbahaya dan kegiatan berbahaya telah dipersiapkan dan diantisipasi. Pengelolaan laboratorium akan berjalan dengan lebih efektif bilamana dalam struktur organisasi laboratorium didukung oleh  elemen yang meliputi ketua/kepala laboratorium, koordinator praktikum, Pranata Laboratorium Pendidikan/Teknisi/Laboran/Analis dan pembatu/juru laboratoriumTujuan dari pengelolaan laboratorium adalah agar tercipta suasana laboratorium mikrobiologi khususnya yang nyaman dan aman bagi pengguna yang meliputi mahasiswa, peneliti dan pengunjung laboratorium serta staff yang mengelola laboratorium tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berdasarkan studi literatur (metaanalisis). Kerangka konsep meta analisis berdasarkan penentuan tata letak dan ruang, managemen alat dan bahan, tata tertib dan safety laboratoriumDiharapkan dengan diterapkannya managemen yang baik dalam pengelolaan di laboratorium maka akan tercipta suasana laboratorium yang aman dan nyaman. Berdasarkan dari hasil diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara managemen dan tata kelola yang baik dengan suasana yang aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna, pemakai dan pengelola laboratorium  Kata Kunci :Laboratorium, Alat dan Bahan, Pengelolaan Laboratorium, elemen laboratorium

Abstract

MULTIFAB is a company engaged in the field of technical companies highly specialist themselves in the field of production, fabrication equipment and specialized structures used in the chemical industry, petrochemical and oil and gas. In the normal process of production, especially in the welding process, its output is still a lot of experience of disability. Efforts to increase product quality and prevent and minimize product failure, this requires an analysis of quality control that is with a chain reaction analysis. From the data processing, as an early stage concept identifiers use problem FMEA, failure indicates that the effects of the highest-rated Slag Inclusion Risk Priority Number (RPN) at 256. Stage of quality improvement can be made using the method of Kaizen Kaizen is the Five-Step Plan and the 5W 1H. Chain reaction from the results of quality improvement. This is done by measuring the productivity of labor performed before and after improvement of quality. From the measurement of productivity, an increase of 0.01 and calculating the cost of reworks the calculation result of Rp 880 956. Based on the results of processing data on improved quality, causing a chain reaction that is after improved quality, productivity will increase and production costs willdecrease because the repair of products will be reduced.

Abstract

Block utilization is block whicnh functiones as the planned area to utilize limitedly according with the provision of forest legislation in the area. Forest management is always addressed to get the optimum benefits, understand the advantage of forest, implies the maning of all any types of benefits that can produced by forest. The utilization of timber forest product on the stand forest for various purposes, which done of types that have high economic value. This study aimed at finding in potential of stand block utilization in Karya Mukti village on Model of KPH Dampelas Tinombo. The study used Systematic Sampling with Countinous Strip Sampling. Utilization block area is 40 Ha by size 400 m x 1000 m. The length lines 400 m, then it was divided into 4 plots, so each plots have area 20 m x 100 m or the intesity of the sampling 8%. Data analyzed quantitatively by calculating the stand volume of block utilization, the measured parameter is circumference, diameter and high free branch. The results obtained are there are 36 species with number of stems 293 stems of the highest diameter 60 cm and the lowest 20 cm. Meanwhile for the total number of plot potential on the block utilization 225,59 m³, the total potential of stand are 40 Ha is 2.818 m³/ha.Keywords: Analysis, Potential of Stand, Block Utilization, KPH Dampelas Tinombo
