Abstract

The research entitled the Feasibility Analysis of Cattle Abon Business UD. Angkasa Timor in Sikumana village, Maulafa Sub-District, Kupang City, has been conducted in Sikumana Sub-District, Maulafa City, Kupang District for 1 month, April 2019, this study aims to find out how much the costs and revenue of UD. Angkasa Timor and find out the feasibility of abon sapi business. From the results of the research on the production capacity of the shredded beef business which has been attempted as many as 5,400 kg of beef, it has obtained 2,700 kg of shredded beef products for 1 year of the production process. The total cost (TC) of Rp. 511,529,400 obtained total revenue (TR) of Rp. 648,000,000 so that the income earned was Rp. 136,470,600. The R / C ratio of Rp. 1.26 shows that in the abon beef business, every expenditure of Rp. 1.00 will return revenues of Rp. 1.26, meaning that the abon beef business is profitable or economically feasible. Penelitian ini dengan judul Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Abon Sapi UD. Angkasa Timor di Kelurahan Sikumana Kecamatan Maulafa Kota Kupang, telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Sikumana Kecamatan Maulafa Kota Kupang selama 1 bulan yaitu bulan April 2019, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besarnya biaya dan pendapatan usaha UD. Angkasa Timor dan mengetahui kelayakan usaha abon sapi. Dari hasil penelitian kapasitas produksi usaha abon sapi yang di usahakan sebanyak 5.400 kg daging sapi memperoleh produk abon sapi sebanyak 2.700 kg selama 1 tahun proses produksi. Total biaya (TC) sebesar Rp 511.529.400 memperoleh total penerimaan (TR) sebesar Rp 648.000.000 sehingga pendapatan yang di peroleh sebesar Rp 136.470.600. Nilai R/C Ratio sebesar Rp 1,26 menunjukan bahwa dalam usaha abon sapi, setiap pengeluaran Rp 1,00 akan mengembalikan penerimaan sebesar Rp 1,26 artinya usaha abon sapi menguntungkan atau layak secara ekonomi.

Abstract

The research on the study of farming leaf onion (Allium Fistolosum I) income was carried this research was carried out in the village of Kuan Noel, sub-district of Fatumnasi, South Central Timor (TTS). The purpose of the study are: (1) to find out the Break Even Point, (2) to find out the income of the onion farming in the village of Kuan Noel and (3) to find out the relative benefits of farming onion. The determination of the location of the study was conducted by purposive sampling, with the consideration that Kuan Noel Village had a fairly high production of onion farming compared to other villages. Samples taken in the study or research were 46 people consisting 2 farmer groups. The analysis tool used in this study is the Break Event Point, income analysis tool and R/C Ratio. The resultsof the study or research show that (1) The level of production break event point is 454 Kg and the break event point prices is Rp 3.601, (2) total income of leaf onion farming is Rp. 1.008.584.964, and the average income received by farmers is Rp. 21.925.760, (3) R/C ratio of the leaf onion farming is 4,2. Penelitian tentang kajian pendapatan usahatani bawang daun (Allium fistolosum L) telah dilaksanakan di Desa Kuan Noel Kecamatan Fatumnasi Kabupaten Timor Tengah. Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui Break Event Poin, (2) untuk mengetahui pendapatan usahatani bawang daun, (3) untuk mengetahui keuntungan relatif pada usahatani bawang daun. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan Desa Kuan Noel memiliki produksi bawang daun yang tinggi. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian sebanyak 46 orang yang terdiri dari 2 kelompok tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat break event point produksi sebanyak 454 Kg dan break event point harga sebesar Rp 3.601, (2) total pendapatan usahatani bawang daun sebesar Rp 1.008.584.964, rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima petani sebesar Rp 21.925.760, (3) nilai R/C Ratio usahatani bawang daun adalah 4,2.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled Analysis of Cost and Income of White Oyster Mushroom Home Industry (Case Study in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Tengah Sub District, Kupang Regency), was carried out in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Tengah Sub District, Kupang Regency for 2 months from November-December 2018. This research aims to find out how much the cost and income of the white oyster mushroom home industry, and to find out the feasibility of the business of white oyster mushrooms in the village of Noelbaki, Kupang Tengah Sub District, Kupang Regency. The results showed that the production of white oyster mushrooms was 1.380 kg for one year of the production process. The total costs (TC) was Rp 22.644.700, the total revenue (TR) obtained was Rp 48.300.000, so that the income earned was Rp 25.655.300. Analysis of the business feasibility of white oyster mushrooms. Wield R/C Ratio analysis, the year of the R/C Ratio 2.13. It means that every Rp 1,00 bilion interest will return to earn Rp 2.13 bilion. Based in this result it can be conclured that the white oyster mushroom business is profitable or economically feasible. to reach break-even point is needed BEP Production of 647 Kg and BEP Price is Rp 16.500 per kg. Penelitan ini dengan Judul Analisis Biaya dan Pendapatan Industri Rumah Tangga Usaha Jamur Tiram Putih (Studi Kasus di Desa Noelbaki Kecamatan Kupang Tengah Kabupaten Kupang), telah dilaksanakan di Desa Noelbaki Kecamatan Kupang Tengah Kabupaten Kupang selama 2 bulan dari bulan November-Desember 2018. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui berapa besarnya biaya dan pendapatan industri rumah tangga usaha jamur tiram putih dan mengetahui kelayakan usaha jamur tiram putih di desa Noelbaki, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi jamur tiram putih sebanyak 1.380 kg selama satu tahun proses produksi. Total biaya (TC) sebesar Rp 22.644.700 memperoleh total penerimaan (TR) sebesar Rp 48.300.000 sehingga pendapatan yang diperolah sebesar Rp 25.655.300. Analisis kelayakan usaha jamur tiram putih Nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 2,13 menunjukan bahwa dalam usaha jamur tiram putih, setiap pengeluaran Rp 1,00 miliar akan mengembalikan penerimaan sebesar Rp 2,13 miliar artinya usaha jamur tiram putih menguntungkan atau layak secara ekonomi. Untuk mencapai titik impas dibutuhkan BEP Produksi sebanyak 647 Kg dan BEP Harga sebesar Rp 16.500 per kg.

Abstract

The aims of this research to know : (1) adoption level of rice cultivation technology at Harapan Makmur Farmer Group. (2) what factors which influence adoption level of rice cultiation technology at Harapan Makmur Farmer Group. Research method which using was survey method. Location sample determinated as purposive samplingnamely on Tuatuka Village East Kupang Subdistrict Kupang District. Sample deterimination done as sencus (Full Sampling)namelyall of Harapan Makmur Farmer Group. That farmer group was the oldest farmer group. Data analysis which used were average and percentage with using Likert Scale approachand Multiple Linear analysis. Research result show that average score of adoption level towards rice field cultivation technology as big as 65, with maximum score percentage as big as 90,28 % was on revolve of 77.77- 100%, that mean farmer adoption level towards rice cultivation technology classified on high category. Factors which significant influence on researc location was knowledge factor only, while factors which not significant influence namely work motivation,farmer attitude, education level, farmer experience and worker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya padi sawah di Kelompok Tani Harapan Makmur. (2) faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi teknologi budidaya padi sawah di Kelompok Tani Harapan Makmur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sampel Lokasi ditentukan secara purposive sampling yaitu pada Kelurahan Tuatuka Kecamatan Kupang Timur Kabupaten Kupang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sensus (Sampling jenuh) yaitu seluruh anggota Kelompok Tani Harapan Makmur. Kelompok tani tersebut merupakan kelompok tani tertua. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis rata-rata dan persentase dengan menggunakan pendekatan Skala Likert serta analisis Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata tingkat adopsi terhadap teknologi budidaya padi sawah adalah sebesar 65, dengan persentase skor maksimum sebesar 90,28% dimana berada pada kisaran 77,77-100%, maka berarti tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi budidaya padi sawah tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dilokasi penelitian hanyalah faktor pengetahuan, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan yakni motivasi kerja, sikap petani, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman petani dan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to find out; 1) the characteristics of farmers in Fafoe Village, West Malaka Subdistrict, Malaka Regency. 2) To determine the factors those affect the production of shallots in West Malacca District, Malaka Regency. This research used quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Characteristics of shallot farmers in Fafoe Village, West Malaka Subdistrict, Malaka Regency, which seen from two aspects, namely aspects based on age and education. There were 27 farmers aged 15-55 years (71.5%) who are still productive and 11 farmers aged 15-55 years (28.94%), thus from 11 farmers it can be said that they were not productive again. Meanwhile, 32 farmers were elementary education with a percentage of 84.21%, 4 farmers were junior high school education with a percentage of 10.52%, followed by 2 respondents were high school education with a percentage of 5.26%. 2) The factors which affecting the production of shallots in Fafoe Village, West Malaka Subdistrict, Malaka Regency, based on the results of the study showed that the land area, number and seeds had a significant effect on the amount of shallot production. Meanwhile, labor, fertilizers and pesticides did not significantly influence to the amount of shallot production. The impact of production factors on the amount of shallot production was 98.8%.
