PINDAD and as a power supplier of South Malang region. The Turen Stations are 70kV system Substation which receives the main supply from the Kebonagung Substation and interconnects with the Gampingan Substation. The transformer is getting aged and the load is sustained so that it causes a temperature increase which can damage the transformer, so a treatment should be taken as often as possible to maintain its function. The results of insulation oil testing can indicate the type of disturbance that occurs within a certain period of time that will be used as sample data for further discussion on the performance of the transformer. This study discusses the main transformer maintenance effort in unit 1 with planned maintenance approach in the form of predictive maintenance based on the data of transformer unit 1 usage. Afterward, further discussion held about transformer performance using ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average) method. The results of the research that has been done is the forecasting of transformer load in GI Turen Malang tend to increase from January 2017 to December 2018 where the value of forecasting in December of 2018 is equal to 683.21amp with the lowest value of 408.408amp and the highest value reached 958,094 Amp where the maximum limit value for this transformer is 600amp. Value of TDCG forecasting in the insulation oil is known to increase from January 2017 to the December 2018 with a forecasting value of 1797.01ppm, where the lowest value of 717.54ppm and the highest value of 3232.08ppm. According to the IEEE Limits table, the value of TDCG forecasting in January 2017 is equal to 1797.01ppm or at level 2, where at this level the TDCG condition indicates the possibility of a failure that must begin to watch out for.
