Abstract

Metode multiresidu pestisida (MRM) menggunakan LC-MS/MS dan atau GC-MS/MS secara umum digunakan untuk analisis residu pestisida dalam karena banyaknya jumlah pestisida terdaftar dan diijinkan beredar di pasaran. Proses pemisahan analit dalam sistem reversed phased liquid chromatography (RP-LC) dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dimana salah satunya adalah laju alir fase gerak. Optimasi dilakukan untuk mencari kondisi pemisahan pada elusi isokratik yang optimum dengan melakukan perubahan terhadap laju alir dan komposisi fase gerak organik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi dengan bantuan Excel Spreadsheet terhadap 9 campuran senyawa residu pestisida dan hasil optimasi diuji terhadap pemisahan 120 campuran senyawa residu pestisida. Pemisahan optimal yang diperoleh dalam elusi isokratik yaitu pada laju alir (F) = 0,3 mL/menit dan komposisi fase gerak organik φ = 0,40. Namun, kondisi isokratik optimum yang diperoleh tersebut kurang cocok jika digunakan untuk pemisahan terhadap 120 campuran senyawa residu pestisida, karena banyak senyawa terelusi di awal dan pada waktu yang bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi Spirulina platensis yang dikultur pada media Walne, teknis dan kontrol. Kelimpahan S. plantesis tertinggi dicapai pada kuitur dengan media walne, demikian juga kandungan protein, karbohidrat, air, abu dan lemaknya. Pada media Walne, kandungan protein, karbohidrat dan lemak S. plantesis berturut-turut sebesar 50,05±0,53; 15,48±0,47; dan 0,51±0,12%. Sedangkan, pada media teknis, kandungan protein, karbohidrat dan lemak pada S. plantesis berturut-turut adalah 16,23±0,4; 12,57±0,22; dan 0,18±0,03%.  Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh kandungan nutrient yang ada pada media kuitur.Kata kunci : Spirulina platensis, media walne, media teknis, nutrisi

Abstract

Kelingi River condition that polluted due to community activities, will certainly disrupt the balance of ecosystems and biodiversity in the River. Especially the Chlorophyta microalgae, which can be used as bioindicator. This study aims to analyze the diversity of Chlorophyta microalgae in Sungai Kelingi Kota Lubuklinggau. This study uses direct survey method, the station consists of 4 stations and each station consists of 3 points. Determination of stations based on different ecosystem characteristics in Sungai Kelingi Kota Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of the research, the type of chlorophyta microalgae found in Kelingi River Lubuklinggau City, consists of: 3 Class 8 Order 12 Family 14 Genus 15 Species. The diversity of stations 1 (1.63), station 2 (1.16), station 3 (2.12) and station 4 (2.10). The dominance of station 1 (32), station 2 (90), station 3 (46) and station 4 (166). Uniformity of station 1 (0.60), station 2 (0.40), station 3 (0.78) and station 4 (0.77). Abiotic factors The River Kelingi consists of: temperature (25.10C), acidity (7.29), dissolved oxygen (43.63mg/ L) and brightness (72.47 cm). Chlorophyta is one of the microalgae divisions that are commonly encountered in the Kelingi River, the unstable growth of Chlorophyta will cause disturbed water conditions. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the diversity of Chlorophyta in Kelingi River Lubuklinggau City is included in the criteria of medium diversity. Abstract

One of the learning models that emphasizes learning activities related to the environment around studens is the doscovery learning model which is able to help and improve each studen’s ability to solve problems streng then self concept, encourage each studen to be more active in seeking information and knowledge. This study aims to determine the effecy of the discovery learning model on biologi students at SMA Budi Utomo. The study was conducted in two classes X1.A (control) and X1.B (Experiment) The results of the post-test data analysis using the t-test, obtained a t-value of 2.97. This result is compared with the ttable value at a significant level of 5%, which is 1.68. This shows that the value of tcount (2,97) > ttable (1,68). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of Class XI students at SMA Budi Utomo.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Science Curtain Media Based on Role playing Models in Science Learning at State Elementary School 5 Srikaton which is valid and practical. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: analysis stage, design stage, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The instrument used in the research on Science Curtain Media Based on Role playing Models in Elementary School Science Learning is a questionnaire for the assessment of linguists, material experts, and media experts. Meanwhile, for the practicality of Science Curtain Media Based on Role playing Models in Elementary School Science Learning using student and teacher respondent questionnaires. Overall, the value of the analysis and calculation of the value of the questionnaire sheet from the expert team of science curtain learning media based on the role playing model belongs to the very valid category with a percentage of 93% meaning that the science curtain learning media based on the role playing model is valid. Based on the percentage of the overall value from the analysis of the practicality test questionnaire sheet, the science curtain learning media based on the role playing model belongs to the very practical category with a percentage of 95.8%, meaning that the science curtain learning media based on the role playing model that has been developed is very practical to use.

Abstract

Every day residents of Lubuklinggau City produce 158.2 tons of household waste. The concept of reuse, reduce, and recycle is still the best way to manage and handle waste with various existing problems. Household waste is divided into 2 parts into organic and inorganic waste. Organic waste is waste that easily decomposes such as food scraps, vegetables, dry leaves, which can still be processed and utilized. Organic waste can be processed into organic fertilizer. The methods used in this service are lectures, discussions, demonstrations and practices of processing household organic waste into organic fertilizer. This activity received a very good response from residents and the Ponorogo Village, Lubuklinggau City, because after participating in the activity, residents received information and were able to process household organic waste to be used as organic fertilizer. In addition, this activity helps the Lubuklinggau City government overcome the problem of household organic waste in Ponorogo Village, Lubuklinggau City and is expected to be a model for other families.

Abstract

Perusahaan PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper,Tbk merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kertas dengan jumlah karyawan mencapai ribuan karyawan. Banyaknya pekerjaan yang berhubungan langsung dengan mesin-mesin produksi dan lingkungan kerja sekitarnya memiliki potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja yang dapat mengancam para karyawan. Dengan demikian, pentinglah  bagi perusahaan untuk menyelenggarakan Sistem Manajemen K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Namun pada kenyataannya masih saja terjadi kecelakaan kerja yang dikarenakan lingkungan kerja masih memiliki potensi bahaya kecelakaan yang tidak teridentifikasi oleh Manajemen K3. Pada penelitian ini, akan diterapkan metode certainty factor dalam rangka pembuatan aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat mengolah data ketidakpastian dari fakta dan gejala dengan menghindarkan keperluan data dan perhitungan yang besar. Penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi kecelakaan kerja di setiap area kerja. Penelitian ini telah berhasil membangun aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

The Mesat River is one of the rivers that cross the City of Lubuklinggau. Community activities around the river Mesat less maintain the river can disrupt the river ecosystem Mesat itself. The purpose of this study is to explore the microalgae in the Mesat River Lubuklinggau City. This research uses survey method, carried out on three stations with three repetitions in the waters of the Mesat River Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II Lubuklinggau Town and identified in the Biology Laboratory STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the study found microalgae in the Mesat River of Lubuklinggau City consisting of 4 Divisions, 6 Classes, 15 Orders, 19 Famili, 27 Genus and 32 Species. Mesi Abiotik Factor Measurement Results: mean temperature value 250C, average PH value 7.2, average brightness value 18.2 cm and Average Dissolved Oxygen Value 4.64 mg/L. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the type of microalgae found in the Mesat River consists of: Ankistrodesmus sp, Micrasterias radiata, Coelastrum sp, Zygnema sp, Chroococus sp, Xanthidium sp, Dictyosphaerium sp, Chlamydomonas sp, Carteria sp, Lyngbya sp, Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum, Cylotella sp, Surirella elegans, Spyrogira sp, Eunothia sp, Gonatozygon sp Chlorella sp, Oscillatoria limosa, Oscillatoria sp, Tabellaria sp, Pediastrum singulex, Pediastrum duplex, Closterium sp, Cosmarium sp, Mougeotia sp, Phacus triqueter, Phacus lomgicauda, Euglena viridis, Euglena mutabilis, Scenedesmus sp, Scenedesmus acuminatus, and Scenedesmus opaliensis.
