Abstract

Conflict of thoughts concerning to the concept of democracy to this day continues. In one hand, Islamic groups known as salafiyyun reject this concept for democracy does not originate from the teachings of the islamic religion and is a concept adopted from the West so that it is not suitable for use. In another hand, the moderate islamic groups represented by an Egyptian Ulama Yusuf Qardhawi support the concept of democracy as an alternative for the realization of a better society. This sharp discrepancy raises the text of the Salafiyyun group to criticize the concept of democracy from Yusuf Qardhawi in the rubric manhaj in www.salafy.or.id with the title “Penyimpangan Pikiran Yusuf Al Qardhawi (I). This Research applies discourse analysis methode according to Teun A. Van Dijk. This model was chosen because it looks at the scheme and reveals the “how” within a text or massage .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tren pemberitaan media siber di Lampung terhadap proyek SPAM sejak Agustus 2018 hingga Mei 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai gambaran pemberitaan secara lengkap terhadap peristiwa dan implementasi pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kategori yang dikembangkan oleh Irina Wolf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pemberitaan tentang proyek SPAM di Lampung cenderung negatif yang mengungkapkan musibah kecelakaan, kemacetan, jalan rusak, dan banjir yang disebabkan oleh proyek tersebut. Suasana negatif pada isi pemberitaan didukung juga dengan penggunaan kata kunci artikel yang dipublikasikan. Dari segi waktu penerbitan dapat dibuktikan pula bahwa kedua media cenderung menerbitkan artikel ketika terjadi musibah akibat proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara media dengan jenis konten sekaligus dengan suasana berita. Selain itu, pemberitaan tentang proyek SPAM di Lampung tidak menunjukkan jumlah relatif baik dari segi waktu penerbitannya yang hanya pada bulan tertentu.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of local broadcast programs by MNC Group in Lampung Province in June 2021. The purpose were to obtain complete information about the description of local broadcast programs and their implementations. This research applied a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive type to describe existing symptoms or realities related to local broadcast programs. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the MNC Group's local broadcast program in Lampung Province has not fully met the criteria based on Law 32 of 2002 and Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcast Program Standards (P3SPS). Among them were; 10% of local broadcast time has not fully been implemented, local prime time has not been fulfilled, and inconsistencies between broadcast programs reported to the Central of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) and their implementation. In addition, local broadcasts by MNC Group have not fully demonstrated broadcast production activities carried out by local human resource.
