Abstract

This study discusses determining each CPO oil processing machine in the production process using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness method, determining the percentage of each factor contained in the six major losses and determining the dominant factors needed in the CPO oil processing machine. Based on the results of the study showed that the OEE value of each of the CPO oil processing machines OEE value on the strelelizer was 71.41%, for the Thesher / Thickening machine at 75.64%, for the Screw Press machine at 68.21 and OEE value on the clarification machine is 78.16% while the six major loss factor has the greatest proportion of time loss and needs to be repaired is reducing the speed of loss that is equal to 84.62%, this condition shows the ability of the press and clarification machine in achieving the target production and in achieving the ideal conditions that is yaitu85%. Percentage of the magnitude of the factors contained in the six major losses, namely the strelelizer machine due to the Process of Disability Losses and Yield Reduction with the same percentage level that is equal to 49.03%, on the Threser machine caused by Reduction of Speed Loss with a percentage level of 72.70%, on Press machines Generated by Reduced Speed Loss with a percentage level of 34.50% and Clarification machines caused by Reduced Speed Loss with a percentage level of 84.62%, from the four CPO processing machines a factor of six large losses that is, on a disadvantage machine, this is difficult to avoid because of this deficiency also because of the poor quality of CPO oil due to free fatty acid levels and high water content. The dominant factor influencing the effectiveness of the use of CPO oil processing machines that occurred during the period August 2018-July 2019 with the OEE method on the Screw Press machine that is equal to 73.85% as expected based on world class OEE standards (85%) using with other machines this is caused by the speed and pressure when processing FFB is reduced / unstable, the press machine that is used often to repair the damage produced does not meet the expected quality and quantity specifications.

Abstract

Assessment of service performance is important for the sustainability and existence of the company in the market. Objective performance measurement can be done to see the internal strength of the company and can also show how the company competes with companies that cover the same area. J&T Express Meulaboh, which is a shipping service company in Meulaboh City, has never measured customer satisfaction, the management considers the services provided to be quite good, seen from visitors who use their services. An assessment of the company's performance has not been carried out so that it is not maintained whether it has used its resources efficiently and optimally. Measurement of company service performance is carried out using the Service Quality (Servqual) method to measure the level of customer satisfaction and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to measure the company's efficiency value. The result of the 5 servqual gap calculation shows that all service quality attributes owned by J&T Express Meulaboh are negative, which indicates that J&T Express service performance has not met the expectations of customers who use its services. The results of calculations using the DEA method show that J&T Express Meulaboh is quite good and efficient with an efficient value of 1.

Abstract

Keterbukaan terhadap akses ke teknologi sering menjadi kendala bagi pengusaha lokal untuk terus maju dan berkembang. Pengusaha lokal yang merasakan kendala ini adalah mitra layanan pengiriman makanan online di kota Meulaboh yang bernama Send. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Send yaitu keterbatasan teknologi aplikasi layanan serta keterbatasan akses konsumen dan mitra usaha. Tujuan dilakukannya program pengabdian berbasis riset ini adalah memecahkan masalah mitra Send dengan menciptakan atau merancang sebuah teknologi aplikasi berbasis android yang open source di Google Playstore, dan dapat dengan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Secara garis besar, tahap mendesain aplikasi ini dimulai dengan membuat use case diagram, kemudian membuat diagram kelas, diagram aktivitas, dan akhirnya pengembangan antarmuka pengguna yang diterapkan untuk Android. Hasil perancangan aplikasi bernama Ojan dari pengabdian berbasis riset ini berhasil diuji coba pada beberapa smartphone Android. Fasilitas yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi ini antara lain customer bisa langsung memesan makanan, admin bisa mengetahui lokasi customer, customer bisa mengetahui menu apa saja yang terbaru di warung, jangkauan wilayah pemasaran yang lebih luas, dan driver mengetahui lokasi pesanan dan pesanan apa saja yang sudah dipesan oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Fish is one of the species that is in high demand by consumers, including in Aceh. Fish can be obtained by catching from abundant nature. Problems in processing fish catches in Aceh, especially Langkak Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency is a conventional post-capture processing method, which is drying using the heat of sunlight. In this condition, fish drying has several disadvantages, which are related to dependence on sunlight heat, cleanliness, freshness of fish, and selling points. For this reason, there needs to be a way to implement simple technology that uses a fish fogging machine. The purpose of carrying out this community service program is to provide practical applications of the fish fogging technique by providing soft skills to members of the fishing group in the Village of Langkak Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The results of community service activities have been going well, starting with socialization activities or theory to the practice or application of fish fogging. The achievement of community service activities is the transfer of knowledge about making fish fogging machines and the practice and application of fish fogging directly by the fishermen of Langkak Village. In addition, other results are a manual guide on fish fogging to get the optimal fish fogging results. This activity received a good response from the fishermen of Langkak Village who participated in the activity, because it was considered very useful and became a facility to empower fishermen and residents in general.

Abstract

PT Wirataco Mitra Mulia (WMM) is a company engaged in the construction of stone crushers such as split , medium , and stone ash. Problems that often occur in general in this company, one of which is not meeting the demands of consumers, where production supplies do not meet the demands of consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inventory of asphalt materials at PT. Wirataco Mita Mulia. RCCP is a method used to analyze production inventory capacity in meeting production demand capacity needs while making a master production schedule (JIP), calculating efficiency, and calculating utility. Machine capacity 1 working day 8 hours and 1 work shift, 1 week = 6 working days, 1 month = 24 working days. Available time per month = 24 working days. The comparison made after the research shows that the split demand capacity = 10560 M3 while the available capacity = 14668 M3. Medium demand capacity = 7447, while available capacity = 13979 M3. For rock ash demand capacity = 7092 M3 while available capacity = 3416 M3, it means that the split and medium inventory capacities are met. Meanwhile, the demand for rock ash production was not met. For this reason, the company should carry out production planning based on the master production schedule and RCCP, so that the supply of rock ash can be fulfilled.

Abstract

Efficiency is one of the important performance indicators in measuring the performance of an organization, determination of process efficiency by comparison to some of the units of measurement into a proportional response to the question of overall performance object pengmatan unit. This study aims to determine the value of the relativity of a banking organization's efficiency through approaches diunit Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Values relative efficiency of a unit obtained by the ratio of input and output used to see the amount of weight of each unit when there is a process of comparison (benchmarking). Adapaun data used in this study are primary data derived from Bank BRI branch office unit that Meulaboh Cut Nyak Dien office units, office units and office units Johan Pahlawan Teuku Umar in the form of annual financial reports for two years (2014 and 2015). For the study variables divided into two input variables consisting of the number of employees, the number of deposits, the number of customers and the amount of operating costs (BOP) while the output variable is the number of loans and total income (revenue). By using the DEA method can know the amount of the value of the relative efficiency of the three units of Bank BRI branch offices in Meulaboh, for the year 2014 Cut Nyak Dien office units, office units and office units Johan Pahlawan Teuku Umar obtain efficient relative value = 1, which means efficient. Whereas in 2015 the office unit Johan Pahlawan obtain the relative efficiency value = 0.81, which means less efficient. In order to achieve the level of efficiency relative = 1, then the office of Johan Pahlawan unit should increase the number of variables output by 41.18%. where an increase in the output variable Johan Pahlawan office unit for the amount of credit granted is Rp. 910 515 743 and for the income (revenue) amounting to Rp. 2738029201.Keywords : Bank Performance, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), relative efisiensi.

Abstract

This study discusses determining the performance of a coffee shop Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Comparative Performance Index (CPI) method, determining performance is an important thing that must be done by a coffee shop UKM to win the competition with other coffee shop UKM. . The calculation of performance determination uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), which is able to evaluate the relative efficiency level of a coffee shop unit, and which is non-parametric and multifactorial, both output and input. This study also uses the calculation of determining the performance of the Comparative Performance Index (CPI) as an alternative system in selecting coffee shop performance. This research was conducted at 8 coffee shop units in Meulaboh, West Aceh. This research was conducted to see the performance of the coffee shop which is still growing rapidly until now, considering that until now coffee shops are increasingly in demand by various groups. Attributes in determining performance are the number of customers, capital, income / profit, salary, number of workers and a questionnaire. From the results of the calculation of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) all performance units are all efficiency because they get a value of 1 (100%) and in the Comparative Performance Index (CPI) calculation there are different rankings, namely warkop mae first rank, second rank arab coffee, third rank kupi atjeh ulee kareng, fourth in abudel's coffee and bistro, fifth in chaplin cafe & restaurant, sixth in gampong coffee shop and bistro, seventh in one cafe, and eighth in praja coffee.

Abstract

Gayo coffee scattered in the mountains and being in two districts of the central highlands and Central Aceh district has become the center of world attention. Gayo Arabica coffee has a unique manifold and the added value created by the mountainous nature Gayo. This factor makes Gayo Arabica coffee has the added value that is not replaceable by other similar commodities. The success of the stakeholders Gayo coffee obtain certification which is organic, fairtrade, coffee practice and Geographic indication that can be a proof of the worldwide recognition of the quality and added value of this coffee. The average price of the last on the coffee harvest season in March 2012 ranged between Rp 100.000,- until Rp 110.000,- in each Kg grean bean on exporter level. Determination of clusters of farmers the right so that the quality and price of supplies could be predicted well by the cooperative as exporters are very important. These routes and ketelusuran origin coffee blend in one location with other location mebuat coffee quality decreases. Mapping the supply of unclear origin uniformity of the quality of the coffee making is difficult to determine. This effect on selling prices decreased overall coffee farmers to the detriment of farmers with good quality coffee. The good name of the cooperative from the viewpoint of importers deteriorate as evidenced by a decrease in the purchase price of the importer in the contract.The sampling process quality coffee supply also becomes difficult because unhomogenity supply region. Supply region is crucial to the quality of the coffee due influenced the position and height of the land. Thus, this research is expected to help formulate clusters of farmers so that the quality and price of coffee could be improved both in terms of farmers and exporters. Abstract

The level of customer satisfaction with service is an important factor in developing a service provision system that is responsive to customer needs. Based on the results of this study, namely the results of the CSI calculation, the customer satisfaction index value for the services provided by the PLN Meulaboh Area is 86% on a scale range of 85% < X 89% so that it can be said that the level of customer satisfaction there is generally in the Very Good category. means very good but there is still a sense of dissatisfaction from customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Meulaboh Area is 14%, therefore the service level of PT. PLN (Persero) Meulaboh Area should be further improved. Based on the results of the calculation of the level of conformity with the interests of the customer, it can be seen clearly from the Cartesian diagram, where there are 6 attributes that need to be repaired immediately, namely (P6) the accuracy of each record made by the meter reader officer, (P10) The condition of the KWH meter (turnover of numbers). according to the amount of usage), (P11) the speed of response in serving requests for submitting new pairs or changes in power, (P13) the lack of speed in the procedures for installing new connections or simple power changes, (P16) smooth processing of electricity payments through local banks and (P16) P24) compensation to customers for mistakes made by officers.

Abstract

Successful planning and production controls require active capacity planning, in order to be able to meet the established master production schedules. Lack of capacity will lead to production failures, delays in delivery to customers, and loss of confidence in the formal system resulting in a decreased corporate reputation. Overcapacity will result in low resource utilities, increased costs, product prices become competitive, decreased profits. Standard time is a measure of completion of a production process for one unit of product with justified clearance. The standard time required to process 40 Ton bunches of palm fruit sterilizer is 94.70 minute/unit, for thresher machine 73,31 minutes/unit, for screw press machine 96,48 Minutes / unit, and oil purification machine 147,13 minute/unit. Efficiency is the ability of the machine to produce a product. The efficiency of sterilizer machine is 88.00%, for thresher machine is 88.00%, for screw press machine is 88.80%, and oil purification machine is 74.00%. Machine utility is the percentage of machine usage in units of time. The sterilizer machine utility is 81,33%, for thresher machine is 87,35%, for screw press machine is 86,88%, and oil purification machine is 83,18%. Capacity is the rate of output per unit time indicating that the facility theoretically has the ability to produce it. The sterilizer machine capacity is 81.33 ton/hour, for thresher bumper machine is 45,08 ton/hour, for screw press machine is 119,09 ton/hour, and oil purification machine is 79,49 ton/hour. The average production capacity of machine taken for two years is 27.61 ton/hour with machine capacity optimization level of 51,88 ton/hour.Keywords : Production Planning and Control, Standard Time, Capacity (RCCP).
