Abstract

The hospital is a public health service institution. The hospital environment is an aspect that also needs to be considered and managed well. One effort to support the management of a healthy, clean and friendly environment is a green hospital. The application of green hospital covers environment with the green environment, water usage efficiency, electric energy, material use and waste reduction. Evaluation of environmental impact assessment There are several steps including characterization, damage assessment, normalization, weighting and the single score. The methods used under Eco Indicator 99 of some environmental impacts include carcinogens, respiratory organics, climate change, radiation, the ozone layer, ecotoxicity, acidification/eutrophication, land use, minerals, and fossil fuel. While to assess the environmental impact of waste can be seen from the results of life cycle assessment based on characterization, normalization weighting, and the single score. The environmental impacts generated in hospitals affecting human health is 0.153209 Pt, eco system quality of 0.178514 Pt, and resources 0.359308 Pt.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda is located on Jalan Medan-Banda Aceh, Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The study was conducted in the distribution department of PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda in warehouse line I. This study aims to analyze the level of musculoskeletal disorders or muscle disorders in manual handling operators, to determine the level of  risk of  musculoskeletal disorders or muscle disorders in manual handling operators, find out the forms of improvement of risks and complaints identified. One method used to analyze work attitudes is the ovako work posture analysis system (OWAS) method. The results of the study on the operator's work posture in the bagging area, there are 4 elements of activities in the fertilizer company, namely filling the fertilizer, folding inner (inside the fertilizer bag), sewing the fertilizer bag, not experiencing interference on the muscle with a value of 1 meaning there is no need for improvement, whereas in the part the preparation of fertilizer to the palette has muscle disorders and there is a complaint with a value of 3 meaning that immediate repair is needed.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCV. Terimakasih merupakan suatu bidang usaha manufaktur yang berfokus pada olahan makanan ringan dari bahan baku ikan teri dan dikategorikan sebagai suatu. Perusahaan mempunyai permasalahan mengenai pembagian tugas karyawan produksi yang kurang optimal dikarenakan jumlah pekerjaan yang lebih banyak dibanding jumlah karyawan. Sedangkan untuk mengerjakan suatu proses produksi dibutuhkan satu orang karyawan, oleh karena itu pengaturan tentang masalah penugasan karyawan harus diperhatikan agar dapat memenuhi seluruh kegiatan dengan waktu yang tepat dan optimal. Permasalahan pada metode penugasan (assignment problem) terhadap beberapa tugas (assignment) kepada sejumlah penerimaan tugas dalam basis satu-satu Selain data jumlah karyawan dan jumlah pekerjaan yang terlibat, data lain yang biasa diperlukan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penugasan karyawan didapatkan sebesar Inayatih ditugaskan pada bagian sortase ikan sesuai ukuran dengan perolehan 13 kg setiap hari., Munawaroh ditugaskan pada bagian pencucian dan perebusan dengan perolehan 14 kg setiap hari.,Mar’atul ditugaskan pada bagian penggorengan ikan dengan perolehan 15 kg setiap hari., Fauziyah ditugaskan pada bagian memasukkan ikan ke spinner dengan perolehan 15 kg setiap hari serta pengemasan dan penyegelan dengan perolehan 7,07 kg setiap hari.Kata Kunci: Proses Produksi, Metode assignment, Waktu. Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat antar perusahaan mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk menetapkan pengendalian terhadap persediaan bahan baku secara tepat guna untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang diinginkan, Salah satunya dengan cara mengetahui persediaan bahan baku pembantu dan menggunakan metode Economy Order Quantity guna untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pada setiap bagiannya. Pengumpulan dan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Economy Order Quantity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan metode Economy Order Quantity di CV. Alfa Nafis. Data permintaan baja ringan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 93 unit. Dimana biaya persediaan terdiri dari biaya pemesanan meliputi biaya pengangkutan dan bongkar muat, biaya adminitrasi, biaya telepon, sedangkan biaya penyimpanan terdiri biaya listrik gudang dan biaya pajak. Untuk biaya pemesanan setiap kali pesan sebesar Rp 183.333,00. Perhitungan pada EOQ dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pembelian bahan baku baja ringan yang ekonomis adalah 8.124 m^2 dengan frekuensi 4 kali pemesanan dalam satu minggu. Maka sebaiknya CV Alfa Nafis sebaiknya menerapka metode Economy Order Quantity didalam menentukan kuantitas pembelian bahan baku pembantu secara optimal sehingga dapat meminimalkan total biaya yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan setiap tahunnya. Alfa NafisABSTRACTIncreasingly intense competition between companies encourages each company to establish control of raw material inventory in an appropriate manner to achieve the desired corporate objectives, one of them by knowing the supply of raw materials and using the method of Economy Order Quantity in order to maximize performance in each part. Collecting and using interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is Economy Order Quantity. This study aims to establish raw material inventory control using Economy Order Quantity method in CV. Alfa Nafis. Data of light steel demand in 2016 amounted to 93 units. Where the cost of inventory consists of the cost of ordering include the cost of transportation and loading and unloading, administrative costs, telephone costs, while the storage costs consist of warehouse electricity costs and tax costs. For booking fee every time the message is Rp 183,333,00. Calculations on EOQ can conclude that the purchase of lightweight, economically feasible steel is 8,124 m ^ 2 with a frequency of 4 orders in a week. Then CV Alfa Nafis should preferably apply the Economy Order Quantity method in determining the quantity of purchase of raw material auxiliary optimally so as to minimize the total cost to be issued by the company every year.Keywords: Economy Order Quantity, Inventory Cost, Booking Cost.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerdapat lima kecacatan dalam pembuatan baling-baling blower U-8 yaitu cacat berlubang, permukaan kasar, retak, kekasaran meluas dan deformasi. Kecacatan yang dialami sebesar 1204 produk atau 20,27% dari jumlah produksi. Permukaan kasar merupakan jenis cacat yang mempunya tingkat kecacatan terbesar yaitu 53,08% dari total kecacatan atau sebanya 627 produk. Untuk mengurangi cacat produk baling-baling blower U-8 harus difokuskan pada jenis kecacatan permukaan kasar. Untuk mengurangi jenis kecacatan tersebut operator harus lebih teliti dalam melakukan pemeriksan cetakan pasir, bahan baku aluminium juga harus bersih dan sebagian dari bahan ingot (batangan), campuran pasir cetak harus diperhatikan, kondisi lingkungan harus menerapkan 5P dan menambah fasilitas kerja( lampu penerangan), pergantian alat seperti mold dan penambahan pengkur suhu pada tungku peleburan.Kata Kunci: metode seven tools, cacat produk, proses produksiAnalysis of Blower Blacker Product Reality in Chasting Process Using Seven Tools Method in CV. Anugerah AbadiABSTRACTThere are five defects in the manufacture of U-8 blower blades which are hollow defects, rough surfaces, cracks, widespread roughness, and deformation. Defects experienced by 1204 products or 20.27% of total production. The rough surface is a type of defect that has the biggest disability rate of 53.08% of the total disability or Seba 627 products. To reduce the defects of the U-8 blower products should be focused on the types of rough surface defects. In order to reduce the type of disability the operator must be more careful in examining the sand mold, the aluminum raw material must also be clean and part of the ingot material (bar), the mixture of printed and must be considered, the environmental conditions must apply 5P and add work facilities (lighting) replacement tools such as mold and the addition of temperature drier to the melting furnace.Keywords: seven tools method, product defect, production process

Abstract

Koperasi BMT Syariah Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu koperasi yang pengelolahannya berbasis syariah terletak di daerah Gresik, Jawa Timur. Biasanya usaha koperasi berkembang menjadi lembaga keuangan mikro berbasis syariah dalam bentuk koperasi jasa keuangan syariah (KJKS), Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah (KSPS) atau Unit Simpan Pinjam Syariah (USPS) yang biasanya menggunakan nama Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT). Selama ini koperasi BMT menemui banyak kendala yang ada di masyarakat seperti rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam berkoperasi, kesan negatif dari koperasi BMT, tingkat kepercayaan nasabah terhadap lembaga yang rendah, keterbatasan cakupan pasar dan lain-lain. Salah satu solusi dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan cara merumuskan model strategi bisnis. Model strategi bisnis ini mempunyai tiga tahap yaitu tahap masukan, pencocokan dan pengambilan keputusan. Matriks-matriks yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), CPM (Competitive Profile Matriks), SWOT, SPACE (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation), BCG (Boston Consulting), Matriks IE (Internal-External), Grand Strategy Matrix, QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil penelitian ini adalah beberapa alternatif strategi diantaranya adalah Strategi 3 (S3) yaitu memperbaiki citra koperasi syariah BMT, Strategi 1 (S1) Meningkatkan partisipasi, Strategi 6 (S6) menjalin hubungan kemitraan dengan lembaga keuangan, Strategi 10 (S10) yaitu memperkenalkan macam-macam produk dan strategi 2 (S2) Memperluas pasar. Tahap selanjutnya tahap arsitektur strategi yang merupakan tahap menuju tahap pengembangan, tahap kegiatan pengembangan bisnis dan tahap mempertahankan usaha.

Abstract

Koperasi BMT Syariah East Java is one of sharia-based cooperatives located in the area of Gresik, East Java. BMT cooperatives encountered many obstacles in society such as low awareness of the public in cooperatives, negative impression of the cooperative BMT, the level of customer confidence in the institution to be low, the limitations of market coverage and others. The matrices used in this study are IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), CPM (Competitive Profile Matrix), SWOT, SPACE (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation), BCG (Boston Consulting), IE Matrix ( Internal-External), Grand Strategy Matrix, QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) and Architecture Strategy. The results of this study are several alternative strategies such as Strategy 3 (S3), which is to improve the image of sharia cooperative BMT, Strategy 1 (S1) Increase participation, Strategy 6 (S6) establish partnership relationship with financial institution, Strategy 10 (S10) Product range and strategy 2 (S2) Expand the market. The next stage is the strategy architecture that is the stage toward the development stage, the stage of business development activities and the stage of maintaining the business. Strategy architecture stage is done by making short, medium and long term plan.

Abstract

Assessment of service performance is important for the sustainability and existence of the company in the market. Objective performance measurement can be done to see the internal strength of the company and can also show how the company competes with companies that cover the same area. J&T Express Meulaboh, which is a shipping service company in Meulaboh City, has never measured customer satisfaction, the management considers the services provided to be quite good, seen from visitors who use their services. An assessment of the company's performance has not been carried out so that it is not maintained whether it has used its resources efficiently and optimally. Measurement of company service performance is carried out using the Service Quality (Servqual) method to measure the level of customer satisfaction and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to measure the company's efficiency value. The result of the 5 servqual gap calculation shows that all service quality attributes owned by J&T Express Meulaboh are negative, which indicates that J&T Express service performance has not met the expectations of customers who use its services. The results of calculations using the DEA method show that J&T Express Meulaboh is quite good and efficient with an efficient value of 1.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda in the warehouse section I, which aims to analyze and identify the level of musculoskletal disorders experienced by operators when lifting fertilizers into trucks using Standard Nordic Quistionaire (SNQ). Determining workload using the NIOSH Lifting Equation method with the Biomechanics Software Tool where the tool aims to analyze quickly and easily in terms of postural activities experienced by a person's body and also provide a value of several levels of risk at work. The category of action with the assessment of biomechanical software is that the RWL value is obtained Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) = 13.174 and Lifting Index = 3,7951 Because LI > 1, this activity contains a risk of spinal injury for workers and the work method should not be maintained . Because this work can be categorized as dangerous for workers, the researchers recommend a tool to facilitate loading and compiling fertilizer into the truck in the form of a trolly that can move flexibly back and forth and can be placed in a truck carrying out loading and unloading.

Abstract

This study aims to identify complaints of musculoskletal disorders experienced by operators due to load imbalance received by workers using the Standard Nordic Quistionaire, determine the workload received by workers based on the cardiovascular load method in the paving block manufacturing process and determine the optimal number of workers. according to company needs. about making paving blocks. Based on the results of the SNQ questionnaire distribution, the highest complaints occurred at the work station mixing cement with sand in making paving blocks and at the station for lifting raw materials to the tub for the paving block molding process with a percentage of 80.36 categorized as quite heavy, the second highest percentage was at the transfer station for paving blocks. which is printed to the drying place and moving the paving block to the soaking place with a percentage of 79.46% is categorized as quite heavy and the smallest percentage is at the paving block printing workstation with a percentage of 57.14% categorized as heavy, to overcome this it is recommended to increase the number of workers for the workload and complaints experienced by operators related to the risk of spinal cord injury (musculoskeletal) due to multiple work (Multi Tacking). Workload received by workers based on the cardiovascular load method in the process of making paving blocks with a workload value of 38.92%, the second highest workload with a load value of 34.68% and the third highest workload, namely the Nizam operator with a workload value of 31.60 so that the number The proposed workforce must optimally be employed in accordance with the company's needs in making paving blocks, namely 2 workers with the previous number of workers being 3 workers where the workers also work concurrently in carrying out their work activities.
