Abstract

The University of Padang (UNP) is one of the educational institutions in implementing e-learning. This research used quantitative method. The researcher evaluated e-learning by using the information success system DeLone & McClean model. This research was expected to be able to find out the overview of UNP e-learning. Based on data analysis, it showed that respondents’ level of achievement (TCR) reached 88.07% was categorized into good. The quality of information showed that the TCR reached 87.36% was categorized into good. Service quality of TCR reached 87.76% was categorized into good. The use that TCR reached 88.24% was categorized into good. Respondents’ satisfaction showed that TCR reached 88.73% was categorized into good. The benefit of TCR reached 84.10% was categorized into good. So, e-learning of Padang University had "Good" measurement on all variables, of course it would affect the use of e-learning itself, especially managed by educators and students' use.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran masih belum maksimal karena model pembelajaran yang digunakan masih konvesional. Peserta didik kurang diberi kesempatan menyusun pengetahuannya sendiri dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini berdampak kepada minat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah meta analisis dari penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menelusuri jurnal di internet. Dari penelusuran didapatkan 22 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kategori yang ingin diteliti yang terdiri atas 4 jurnal berhubungan dengan Sekolah Dasar, 5 jurnal berhubungan dengan Sekolah Menegah Pertama, 9 jurnal berhubungan dengan Sekolah Menegah Atas, dan 4 jurnal berhubungan dengan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 22 jurnal tersebut, diketahui  bahwa terjadi kenaikan hasil belajar siswa ketika menggunakan metode tersebut. Kenaikan hasil belajar terbesar terjadi pada tingkatan Sekolah Menegah Atas. Sedangkan untuk kenaikan hasil belajar terkecil yaitu pada tingkatan Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK). Penerapan model Problem Based Learning sebagai alternatif kegiatan belajar yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. Abstract

In this modern era today, information technology had become a thing where the society have to be cultivated. The development of information technology was currently running very fast and played an important role in various ways. Computers were one of the important parts in improving information technology. This research aimed to design a tool to be able to assist students in obtaining information in an accurate and effective manner. The design of this information system used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was a common methodology in system development and design. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) had six phases, are namely: identification, initiation and project design, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The design carried out were the design and normalization of the database, Entity Relations Diagram (ERD), and system design. Abstract

Satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (outcome) that he felt compared to his expectations. Servqual method combined with fuzzy logic with the aim that the measurement of perceptions and expectations of students can be measured more precisely with more objective data.The purpose of this research is to measure the level of student satisfaction on Quality of Service WLAN network SMKN 2 Padang using Fuzzy-Servqual method. The method used in determining the level of student satisfaction is Servqual method that contains five dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, security and access. The results of the analysis show that the overall gap is negative, which means that students are not satisfied with WLAN SMKN 2 Padang service. The gap value of each dimension in the Accounting department is reliability = -0.580; responsiveness = -0.4461; tangible = -0.603; security = -0.146; access = -0.4463. While in the tourism business travel department (UPW) gap value for the dimensions of reliability = -1,620; responsiveness = -1,460; tangible = -1,897; security = -1,517; access = -1,260. For the overall gap Accounting majors = -0.451, while the tourism business travel (UPW) = -1.540. Keywords: Fuzzy-Servqual, gap, WLAN

Abstract

Sistem Penjualan Kerajinan Tangan di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota mayoritas masih berskala kecil dan belum mulai merambah ke sistem komputerisasi baik untuk sistem administrasi maupun sistem penjualan produk-produk mereka. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah sebuah sistem penjualan penjualan produk-produk unggulan kerajinan tangan melalui sebuah web portal. Sistem ini akan dibangun menggunakan Framework Laravel  dengan Bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Prosessor), MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS), XAMPP dan Sublime Text 3 editor. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan adalah Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah berupa blueprint perencanaan E-commerce terutama Sistem Penjualan Kerajinan Tangan di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, Sistem Informasi, Kerajinan Tangan, Framework Laravel, MySQL.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much benefit the influence of the internet and motivation on the results of the completion of class X assignments on the basic subjects of graphic design. As for the type of research used is associative correlational research between quantitative approaches. The population in this research is addressed to multimedia class X students as many as 30 students. Data collected using a questionnaire method that has been compiled with documentation. The data collection techniques in the study used slake likert, namely by giving questionnaires to students of class X Multimedia at SMK N 3 Aceh Barat Daya as respondents in this study. Questionnaires and instruments are arranged on the basis of indicators that have been determined in this research. Research results indicate: 1). There is a positive influence between the use of the internet on the results of the completion of assignments in the multimedia X class whose count value tcount> ttable (3,809> 1,697) contributes 34.1% 2). There is a positive and significant influence on learning motivation towards the results of task completion in the X class multimedia students whose tcount> ttable (3,918> 1,697) contributes 35.1% and 3). there was a simultaneous influence between the use of the internet and learning motivation on the results of the task completion of the f count value (13,824> 2,292) giving a contribution of 50.6%. Keywords: Internet Utilization, Learning Motivation, and Results of Completing assgnments

Abstract

Penilaian terhadap pemenuhan syarat yang dijadikan acuan penentu proses prioritas mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan bantuan biaya pendidikan masih bersifat manual. Para pengambil keputusan masih melihat satu-persatu persyaratan yang diuanggah oleh mahasiswa yang kemudian diambil keputusan berdasarkan hasil validasi para pengambil keputusan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang tepat, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan terdapat dua metode yang biasa digunakan, metode analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) dan simple additive weighting (SAW). Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan membuat sebuah perbandingan antara metode AHP dan SAW sehingga dapat menghasilhkan luaran metode yang paling tepat digunakan dalam proses penentuan prioritas mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil metode analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) sebagai metode yang tepat untuk digunakan. Proses penentuan keputusan dengan metode ini dilakukan dengan terstruktur, melakukan bobot penilaian kepentingan sebanyak dua kali dan hasil dari perhitungan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses penentuan keputusan.   Kata kunci : Komparasi, Sistem pendukung keputusan, Analytical hierarchy process, Simple additive weighting.

Abstract

Live chat is a message service via text message, where users can ask operators about certain information. The Central Statistics Agency of West Sumatra Province has a live chat service on its website. This study aims to determine the level of data user satisfaction with the live chat service, and to find out how much influence the live chat service on the BPS West Sumatra website uses the Delone and McLean model. The variables in this study are Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality as the independent variable, and User Satisfaction as the dependent variable. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a Likert scale. Data processing methods used include validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the information quality and system quality variables had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, but the service quality variable did not significantly influence user satisfaction.Keywords:Information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction
