Abstract

Pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat yang dapat mengontrol suhu dan kelembapan pada Greenhouse dengan masukan yang dapat diubah-ubah sesuai dengan kebutuhan,  dimana nantinya dengan alat ini dapat menjaga kestabilan suhu dan kelembapan pada Greenhouse sesuai dengan set point yang diberikan. Metode pembuatan alat ini menggunakan metode rekayasa balik (reverse engineering) . Alat ini dikendalikan oleh sebuah mikrokontroler Arduino Mega sebagai pusat kendali. Dimana arduino akan mengontrol sensor DHT 11, LCD, Driver motor, Relay, kipas, Exhaust fan dan humidifier. Pada alat ini sensor DHT 11 digunakan sebagai sensor untuk membaca nilai suhu dan kelembapan. Dan pada alat ini juga dilengkapi sebuah potensiometer sebagai masukan untuk mengatur nilai set point dari suhu dan kelembapan yang diinginkan pada Greenhouse. Sebagai output dari alat ini yaitu berupa kipas dan exhaust fan sebagai penurun suhu pada Greenhous  dan menggunakan humidifier sebagai pelembap udara pada Greenhouse. Hasil pengujian alat ini yaitu terjaganya suhu dan kelembapan pada Greehouse sesuai nilai set point yang diberikan dan waktu untuk menurunkan suhu menggunakan exhaust fan lebih cepat dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan exhaust fan.Kata kunci :Greenhouse, sensor DHT 11, Set Point, Exhaust fan, Suhu dan kelembapan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many needs in the use of electric motors. Electric motors with DC voltages that are often used today are less effective and efficient because of the use of brushes that will run out when used. To overcome the weaknesses of this DC motor, then used Brushless Direct current Motor (MASTS). MASTS is a three phase AC motor. In a fixed application, a three phase AC voltage source can be used directly. In a mobile application, it takes an AC voltage sourced from a DC voltage. For this reason, an inverter is designed to convert DC voltage into three phase AC. The method in controlling MASTS is a six-step inverter that is changing the DC voltage to AC voltage in the form of a box or trapezoid. This inverter uses MOSFET IRF3205 and Arduino microcontroller. To find out the performance of the inverter, MOSFET driver voltage measurements, measurement of the output current, and measurement of the resulting MASTS speed. From the measurement results, when the voltage is increased the current in the circuit and the speed of the MASTS will increase. Keywords: Inverter, MASTS, Phase, Six-Step.

Abstract

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s creativity contribution and laboratorium of facility grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and learning environment for student’s grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) student’s creativity gives contribution to student’s grade by 14,13%, (2) laboratorium of facility gives contribution to student’s grade by 20.09%, (3) student’s creativity together with laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s student’s creativity and laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords: student’s creativity, laboratorium of facility, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to create a PWM inverter that can drive the Brushless Unidirectional Flow Machine (MASTS). PWM inverters are intended to correct deficiencies in six-step inverters. Inverter is a circuit that is used to convert a DC voltage source into an AC voltage with a certain frequency. The use of inverters is found in electric vehicles. The system often used to control an inverter is a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) based control, where pulse width is used to regulate speed. The inverter is tested using 3 pairs of mosfets as a switch to control the three-phase output of the inverter. In the inverter, PWM is used to adjust the width of the frequency pulse that will be given to the mosfet. This research used 3 variations of duty cycle 30%, 60%, 90% to determine the effect of MASTS speed on PWM by using a PWM inverter. The results of this study the speed of MASTS can be influenced by changes in duty cycle, with increasing value of the duty cycle, the faster the speed of MASTS, and vice versa. Keywords:Mosfet, Sensor Hall, MASTS, PWM, Inverter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem monitor kebakaran jarak jauh berbasis android dengan sistem Internet of Things (IoT). Dengan sistem ini perangkat bisa berkomunikasi menerima dan mengirin data. Proses penelitian ini dirancang dengan sistem pengamanan rumah yang terdiri dari NodeMCU dan sensor suhu yang dikoneksikan dengan internet. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental (Experimental Research). Dengan sistem IOT yang dapat mempercepat pengiriman data, informasi kebakaran yang dikirim dapat diketahui lebih cepat oleh user. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan implementasi dari perancangan sistem monitoring kebakaran dimana data yang dikirim dari kedua client yang berupa pesan dari data sensor dan sistem sensor suhu akan bekerja bila suhu lebih besar dari 37°C maka android memberi peringatan bahwa terjadi kebakaran. Pada suhu lebih besar dari 42°C modul relay akan bekerja dan menghidupkan pompa air untuk memadamkan api.Kata kunci : NodeMCU, Sensor Kebakaran, Android, Internet Of Things

Abstract

This research aimed to see whether there is a difference between learning outcomes using cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament ( TGT ) with the learning outcomes using direct learning. This research is an experimental research, the researchpopulation is a class X student of the installation of Electric Power Engineering SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya TA 2013/2014 . The sampling technique was done by using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling . The data collected from the test results in the form of learning objective questions about as many as 35 points . Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to test homogeneity , normality , and hypothesis testing . From the results of research conducted tests on samples of both groups gained an average of learning outcomes for the experimental group the average value of the initial test was 49.1 and the average value of the final test is 81.8 with an increase of 32.7. For the control group the average value of the initial test was 52.2 and the average value of the final test is 72.2 with an increase of 20 . The results of the hypothesis by using Microsoft Excel found that tcount 5,960 > 1,671 ttable, so the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted or rejected the null hypothesis (H0). This means that the average significant learning outcomes experimental class higher than the average of the control class learning outcomes .

Abstract

The use of Brushless Direct Current Machines (MASTS) is very much applied in the industrial world compared to other types of drive engines. For the MASTS drive a three-phase inverter is needed, a three-phase inverter is a circuit that is used to convert DC voltage into AC voltage with a certain frequency. The system used to control the inverter is to use Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), where the pulse width is used to regulate the speed. To optimize the MASTS rotation speed, it is necessary to make speed monitoring to determine the stability of the MASTS speed, so design is carried out by combining the monitoring of the MASTS speed with a three-phase inverter. This tool uses a hall sensor, Arduino, and liquid crystal display (LCD) display. The working principle of the hall sensor is detecting the rotation speed of the MASTS based on the working principle of the electromagnetic hall sensor. In this study, 5 variations of PWM potentiometer inputs 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% were used to determine the results of monitoring of the MASTS speed for each input variation. Abstract

Merancang pembelajaran dengan baik akan menentukan capaian dari tujuan pembelajaran. Kualitas rancangan pembelajaran ditentukan oleh tenaga pendidik dengan pemanfaatan model pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran saat ini sudah memiliki banyak variasi yang dapat diimplementasikan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang bervariasi diharapkan mampu menciptakan pembelajaran aktif. Pembelajaran aktif mampu mendukung antusias peserta didik mengikuti proses belajar mengajar dengan seksama. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pemanfaatan model pembelajaran teknologi dan multimedia sebagai strategi pembelajaran. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran teknologi dan multimedia bisa menjadi strategi pembelajaran aktif jika pemanfaatannya dikelola dengan cerdas dan kreatif oleh tenaga pendidik.
