Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Culture  In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Culture at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methodsThe population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees.The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational culture amounted to 3.50%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational culture. Keywords: Leadership, Culture, Organization, Employees

Abstract

High competition in the retail industry has urged producers to distribute all of their products so that they are accessible to all consumers. Convenience and speed are important factors so that customers can immediately enjoy the most convenient goods to reach quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction has an impact on loyalty in online shopping at Shopee. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis system with data collection tools using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 100 responden who had done online shopping at Shopee. In this study, to test the validity & reliability there are several indicators that are invalid after 3 times of testing, only valid & reliable results can be obtained. From the t-test analysis, it is found that the promotion variable has a positive effect on the satisfaction and customer loyalty variables. Likewise, the consumer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on the loyalty variable in online shopping at Shopee. Even though the results are good, it is suggested that Shopee should increase its offline promotional activities such as making sponsorships, making bazaars or direct sales so that consumers will be more satisfied. This will make consumers more loyal by later being able to provide recommendations to friends / relatives and when there is competition between market places, consumers will still choose Shopee as the first choice of online shopping place.Keywords: Promotion, customer satisfaction, loyalty, online shopping.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. Abstract

Each region has revenue that is used to carry out all activities in the region. The biggest source of income for a region comes from local taxes, one of which is hotel taxes. Local governments get local revenue from various types of local taxes. One of the local taxes that has considerable potential is hotel taxes. Local revenue through hotel taxes can continue to increase due to good tax services by the government to the hotel. Good service will make hotel tax payments run smoothly so that it can increase local revenue. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax services on increasing local revenue in North Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data source used is primary data collected through direct distribution of questionnaires to hotels in the North Jakarta area, while secondary data used are the results of interviews, observations and documents related to hotel tax reports for the last 5 years. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the tax services provided by the Regional Income Agency (Bapenda) have a positive effect of 27.5%, but the effect is not significant. In this study, the form of tax services provided to the hotel includes reliability, responsiveness. assurance, emphaty, tangibles.

Abstract

The implementation of improving student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Jakarta went as expected. This activity is located at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Raya Jakarta on September 11, 2021. The stages in this activity are identifying needs/problems, making alternative decisions, making decisions, implementing decisions, and evaluating implementation. In the implementation of the implementation, some students still did not understand the themes discussed, but were given intense and exclusive assistance during the training so that all students could understand the material provided from beginning to end. The importance of increasing student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya to facilitate students to recognize and understand the use of databases for both individual and group interests and to improve skills for students.Keywords: PKBM, Skill enhancement, database introduction

Abstract

This study aims to finds out what factors make the people of Tanjung Priok decide to use online transportation (Gojek). Gojek and Opang (Ojek Pangkalan) drivers are parties who have an obligation to take passengers to their destinations and get the right in the form of payments from passengers. Passengers are parties who have the right to be delivered to the place they want to go and have an obligation to provide wages to the driver. All data used in this study were obtained from interviews asked by researchers and answered by several sources, both from the driver and passenger side. Data analysis techniques used are interviews, observations and do some documentation, reduce data and present the data given in the form of a brief description of the results of interviews with several sources. The results showed that the price factor was the most influential factor in the Tanjung Priok community's decision to use online transportation (Gojek). Other factors such as the services provided by the driver also influence the Tanjung Priok community's decision to use online transportation (Gojek).
