Abstract

Abstrak: Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah memiliki peran strategis dalam pemberian pendapatan nasional dan pengurangan angka pengangguran serta kemiskinan sesuai dengan UU nomor 20 tahun 2008. Seiring dengan itu pemerintah daerah Sumatera Barat mendorong industri batukapur tumbuh dan berkembang di Sumatera Barat, salah satumya adalah UKM batukapur Bukit Tui yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Koto Panjang, Kecamatan Padang Panjang Timur, Kota Padang Panjang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang menjadi mitra dalam PPPUD ini. Sebagai unggulan daerah UKM batukapur harus didorang untuk dapat berkembang dan maju. Permasalahan mitra adalah 1, aspek teknis yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi, solusinya adalah a. Teknis pemilihan bahan baku, b. Tenaga mendisain produk yang multi varian,  c. Penataan stok bahan baku dan managemen stockpile, d. Penataan tungku pembakaran. e. Penyediaan alat cetak produksi, f. Penyediaan rak produksi, g. Penyediaan kereta angkut dorong, h. Penataan tungku pembakaran. 2. Aspek produksi, solusinya adalah a. Managemen menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas kapur, b. Teknik pemisahan dan pengawasan, c, 3. bidang Manajemen (Keuangan - Permodalan) yaitu Bagaimana mendukung pelaksanaan dan kelancaran usaha kapur Bukit Tui dari sisi penyiapan permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha, solusinya adalah a. Manajemen keuangan (aliran kas), b. Perencanaan usaha yang baik, c. Simpan pinjam modal usaha, d. efisiensi dan efektifitas usaha. 4. Bidang pemasaran yaitu Bagaimana meningkatkan volume penjualan, solusi adalah a. Pelatihan managemen pemasaran, b. Lokasi ekspo atau geray yang dekat dengan jalan lintas, c. Managemen promosi d. Abstract

Abstract. CV. Bara Mitra Kencana is a mining company engaged in coal mining, located in the city of Sawahlunto, West Sumatra. Coal produced by CV. Bara Mitra Kencana Consists of various types, which are grouped based on their calorific value originating from different pits. These coal calories are influenced by the geological conditions of a mining location, including high quality, medium quality and low quality coal. With differences in coal quality at each coal seam, the coal mixing process is necessary. done so that low quality coal can be utilized. Research with this method aims to determine the effect of low quality coal when mixed with hazelnut shells, the use of a mixture of candlenut shells on coal will see its effect on calories, sulfur, ash, total moisture, fixed carbon and coal volatile matter.Based on the results of the above research shows where the initial coal calorie is 4700 cal / g to 6443.11 cal / g, the initial coal sulfur is 2.66% to 0.079%, the initial coal moisture inherent is 1.91% to 4.39%, Volatile The initial coal matter was 27.54% to 31.88%, the initial coal Ash content was 30.17% to 14.45%, the initial coal fixed carbon was 40.38% to 50.18%.                 Keywords : coal quality, candlenut shells, calories, ash content, sulfur, volatile matter

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Ansar Terang Crushindo is andesite mining company located in Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru, Kabupaten  Lima Puluh Kota. The monthly target production PT. Ansar Terang Crushsindo is 20,000 tons / month, while the actual production in November was 15,608.8 tons / month. One of the factors that affect the non-achievement of production targets is the condition of the haul road. Based on observations in the field, there grades above 8%, the width of the haul roads has not met the standards so that when one passes, one of the conveyances must stop and there is no cross slope and safety berm. Based on the measurement of haul road geometry, it is found that the actual road width ranges from 3.68 to 6.2 meters, while theoretically the straight road width is 9 meters. The actual curved road width ranges from 3.54 to 6.4 meters, while the theoretical curved road width is 12.2 meters. actual road grade is from 3.54% to 11.68%. Meanwhile, ideal road grade is 8%. The cross slope value for a road width of 9 meters is 0.04 and a height difference of 17.1 cm. the superelevation value for the bend width of 12.2 meters is 0.04 and the height difference is 48 cm. After being evaluated, there are 5 straight road segments are necessary to add width and 4 segment of road bends, and lower grade in 4 segments. Mitsubishi Fuso 250 PS production in actual conditions was 15,367.62 tons / month. The estimated production of the Mitsubishi Fuso 250 PS after evaluation is 16,504.43 tons / month. The theoretical production of the Mitsubishi Fuso 250 PS after improving work efficiency and ideal road geometry is 20,713.76 tons / month.Keywords : Road Geometry, Production, Work Efficency, Dump Truck, Cycletime.

Abstract. PT. Atoz Nusantara Mining implements an open pit mining system and is currently conducting exploration activities.The current condition of PT. Atoz Nusantara Mining is currently doing land acquisition for what is used as a mining area.To find out in detail the subsurface conditions, the company carries out well logging activities. So hopefully the series of detailed exploration activities can facilitate the company in taking further steps or actions. After the company conducted detailed exploration activities, the company had not yet processed the data to determine the amount of coal resources, volume value, and tonnage in the Pit I area of PT. Atoz Nusantara Mining.With the data above, it will be easier to conduct coal resource calculation activities. To reduce the amount of geological risk, it is necessary to calculate the mature coal resources in analyzing how the subsurface conditions in order to determine the shape, size and dimensions of coal. Resource calculation plays an important role in determining the quantity, quality and ease of commercial exploration of a deposit. Abstract

Abstract:  PKM Training on the Use of GPS (Global Positioning System) as Knowledge in Mapping Earthquake Disaster Mitigation for Teachers of SMA N 2 and SMA N 3 Padang aims to provide skills training on the use of GPS in mapping earthquake disaster mitigation. Problem solving is done through several stages, namely observation, provision of material, training in the use of GPS, making 2-dimensional contour maps and 3-dimensional models that are ultimately used as learning media for mapping and surveying. Based on the results of preliminary observations there has never been a training or course for teachers in SMA N 2 and SMA N 3 Padang relating to mapping and surveying, the unavailability of GPS labsheets and GPS programs, operating instructions and GPS software. Not many teaching aids and other media are found in learning, so it will greatly affect the success and completeness of learning. Teachers will find it difficult to exclude material without being supported by adequate references and learning media. In learning, media is still used as is, such as the use of analog maps and mapping techniques are still manual. Teachers are still lacking in understanding GPS, both in substantial and practical skills, due to the limited skills and infrastructure they have. Departing from these limitations, training in the use of GPS for mapping digital earthquake disaster mitigation needs to be held which is expected to later be able to better understand material about mapping with extraterrestrial measurements and be used as digital media in the learning process in the globalization and informative era.  Keyword : GPS, labsheet, digital media, earthquake

Abstract. PT. Antam Tbk. Southeast Sulawesi UBPN is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the mining and nickel ore processing sector which has an IUP area located in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The mining front area consists of 4 regions, namely the northern mine, the central mine, the southern mine, and Maniang Island with a mining area of 6324 hectares. The mining method applied by PT. Antam Tbk. Southeast Sulawesi UBPN is openpit and open cast.Based on guidance from supervisors, Everest Pit is the biggest Pit compared to Pit Wrangler and Pit Rubicon. Sampling is carried out after high rainfall. At each Mining Front, runoff water is very influential on mining activities. Which if not done earlier prevention, will result in all mining activities stopped.After an analysis of the Bukit Everest Pit discharge, the discharge value obtained in each of the catchment areas, namely DTH 1 with value of 11.32, DTH 2 was 4.31 m³ / sec and DTH 3 was 1.50 m³ / sec.Key Word : Catchmen area, open pit, open cast, pit

Abstract

Briket biobatubara adalah jenis produk briket yang menggunakan bahan baku batubara dan biomassa, baik dengan atau tanpa bahan pengikat maupun bahan imbuh lainnya. Banyak penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan batubara dengan nilai kalori rendah terutama penelitian dalam pembuatan briket karena pembuatannya yang sederhana, praktis, ekonomis serta efektif dan efisien untuk dimanfaatkan. Berangkat dari pemikiran diatas, maka muncul beberapa pemikiran untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari batubara lokal. Usaha tersebut yaitu dengan mencampur batubara lokal dari CV. Bara Mitra Kencana yang merupakan batubara Seam 1 yang memiliki kalori sebesar 4800 an Kcal/Kg dengan tempurung kelapa yang menggunakan bahan perekat/binder, sedangkan bahan perekat yang digunakan adalah menggunakan tepung tapioka, dengan komposisi campurannya adalah batubara 50%, 65% dan 80%, biomas 35%, 25% dan 15%, bahan pengikat 15%, 10% dan 5%. Dari ketiga komposisi campuran tersebut didapatkan nilai analisis proksimate dan uji pembakarannya. Studi mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa analisis proximate briket B1 memiliki nilai calorific value 5.617,52 Kcal/Kg, ash content 23,65%, inheren moisture 6,13%, total moisture 5,49%, volatile matter 28,41% dan fixed carbon 41,81%, lama penyalaan awal selama 293 detik, lama penyalaan hingga menjadi abu selama 4.140 detik, dan kecepatan pembakaran 0,00439 g/detik, briket B2 memiliki nilai calorific value 5.236,26 Kcal/Kg, ash content 27,88%, inheren moisture 5,43%, total moisture 5,28%, volatile matter 28,88% dan fixed carbon 37,81%, memiliki lama penyalaan awal selama 271 detik, lama penyalaan hingga menjadi abu selama 3.345 detik, dan kecepatan pembakaran 0,00555 g/detik, dan briket B3 memiliki nilai calorific value 5.107,75 Kcal/Kg, ash content 31,76%, inheren moisture 4,57%, total moisture 4,6%, volatile matter 30,61% dan fixed carbon 33,06%, lama penyalaan awal selama 189 detik, lama penyalaan hingga menjadi abu selama 2.904 detik, dan kecepatan pembakaran 0,00654 g/detik.Kata kunci: Briket biobatubara, Analisis Proksimate, Uji Pembakaran.

Abstract

. PT. Karya Usaha Aneka Tambang Solok Selatan Indonesia has 6 settling pond. One thing that needs to be considered in deposition is the tailings and the dimensions of the settling pond, whether the pond is able to handle the waste that comes out of iron ore processing. The purpose of this study is to calculate the dimensions of the pond, calculate the percentage of deposition, calculate the period of dredging, calculate the length of dredging, and the costs that need to be incurred for pond maintenance.The method used in conducting this research uses the type of quantitative research. This is because in future research, data will be used in the form of numbers. The research was carried out by calculating the tailings entering the pond, taking water samples, calculating the dimensions of the pond, dredging the settling pond, the cycle time of the digging tool for dredging activities, and the cost of heavy equipment.The area and volume of the settling pond is 20345.3 m2 and the volume is 16,799.66 m3. With a depth of 0.3-0.95 m. After analyzing the maintenance cycle for pool 1 is 16.71 and pool 2 is 6.45 years. For pond dredging activities, the company uses one Hitachi zaxis 210f excavator and one Mitsubishi Fuso 220Ps Dump Truck with a total TSS tonnage transfer time of 1.17 days and a loading and digging time of 3.92 days with the dredging cost for pond 1 being Rp3,587,500. ,00. (three million five hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred rupiah) and pool 2 is Rp. 13,511,000.00. (thirteen million five hundred and eleven thousand rupiah)

Abstract

This research is based on the company's planning for the procurement of digging and loading equipment and transportation equipment. The unit requirements planned by PT. Benal Aiti Bara Perkasa is 2 fleets and the Match Factor calculation is based on 2 operating fleetsIn this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method. This research will result in the compatibility of loading and unloading equipment and a comparison of the alternative of buying and renting units.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the equipment compatibility has not been achieved on the operating fleet. Based on his calculations, it can be seen that the unit requirements to achieve the Match Factor are 1 Excavator and 8 Dump Trucks. Alternative purchases and leases will provide existing investment components such as equipment procurement costs, operating costs and fixed costs that will affect the feasibility of investments such as Net Present Value (NVP) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The alternative purchase resulted in an NPV of Rp. 53,210,015,722, an IRR of 53.3% and a PI of 2.42. While the alternative rental NPV generated is Rp.29,090,911,882, IRR is 39.2% and PI is 1.82. Abstract

Abstract. Coal quality control is an activity in controlling coal quality, because during the mining process until it reaches the buyer, there is a decline in coal quality. The coal mining activity was carried out in the west block at the East Pit of PT Kuansing Inti Makmur. This study was conducted to determine changes in coal quality, determine what factors cause changes in coal quality, and efforts in handling changes in coal quality with parameter values used, namely total water content (TM), ash content (Ash), and calorific value (GCV arb). Based on the results of the analysis of coal quality, there are changes when coal is transported to the stockpile from the front coal getting with the highest quality change, namely at seam 300 CR3 (TM = 4.06%, ASH = 0.23%, GCV = -303 Kcal/Kg ) and seam 300 LOWER (TM = 1.70%, ASH = 0.82%, GCV = -174 Kcal/Kg). And the results of the analysis of changes in coal quality when transported from the stockpile to the buyer there are changes when the coal arrives at the buyer with a change value of TM = 1.64%, ASH = 0.32%, GCV = -92 Kcal/Kg.
