Abstract

Herba Andrographis paniculata (Burm f.) Nees atau sambiloto dan daun Pandanus amaryllifolius (Burm f.) Nees atau pandan wangi telah diketahui khasiatnya sebagai antihiperglikemia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengoptimasi kombinasi ekstrak etanol 70% herba sambiloto dan daun pandan wangi sebagai antihiperglikemia pada tikus jantan galur Sprague Dawley yang diinduksi aloksan. Hewan uji dibagi menjadi 7 kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 4 ekor tikus. Kelompok I adalah kelompok tanpa perlakuan; kelompok II mendapatkan glibenklamid dosis 0,26 mg/Kg BB; kelompok III mendapatkan ekstrak herba sambiloto tunggal dosis 1000 mg/Kg BB; kelompok IV mendapatkan ekstrak daun pandan wangi tunggal dosis 600 mg/Kg BB; kelompok V, VI, dan VII masing-masing mendapatkan kombinasi ekstrak herba sambiloto dan daun pandan wangi dosis berturut-turut 1000:300, 500:300, dan 500:600 mg/Kg BB. Pemeriksaan kadar gula darah menggunakan sampel serum darah tikus yang diukur dengan metode GOD-PAP dan dibaca dengan spektrofotometer klinikal mikrolab 300. Preparat jaringan pankreas diamati menggunakan mikroskop dengan perbesaran 40x untuk melihat ada tidaknya vacuolation dan nekrosis pada sel pulau Langerhans pankreas. Data persentase penurunan kadar gula darah tikus dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA satu arah dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Gambaran histopatologi pankreas dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang mendapatkan kombinasi ekstrak herba sambiloto dan daun pandan wangi (500:300 mg/Kg BB) merupakan kelompok kombinasi yang lebih baik dari kelompok ekstrak tunggalnya (p<0,05) dan sebanding dengan kelompok kontrol positif glibenklamid (p>0,05) dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah. Semua kelompok kombinasi ekstrak mampu memberikan perbaikan sel pulau Langerhans pankreas tikus.

Abstract

Glaucoma is abnormality in the eyes of the increasing pressure (intraocular) that able to push optic nerve so that can cause nerve optic damage in the eyes. The damage to the optic nerve can cause visual field reduction, so that can cause blindness. Increased intraocular pressure caused by inhibition of aqueous humeous. The mechanism of medication for glaucoma is to reduce intraocular pressure. Kitolod leaves (Isotoma longiflora (L) C.Presl.) One of the many wild plants used to treat eyes diseases in traditional societies, one to treat glaucoma, therefore to prove activities as antiglaucoma then do research in order to determine the effect infuse of kitolod leaf to the intraocular pressure. This research uses 5 groups negative, positive, concentration 40%, concentration 50%, concentration 60%. This research use the inducer prednisolone acetate eye drops 1% and the positive comparator is pilocarpine 2% eye drops. Measurement of eyes pressure use the tonometer Schiotz The results of the research showed that concentration 60% has effects of lowering the eye pressure is comparable with pilocarpine 2% eye drop.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.) merupakan buah yang prospektif untuk di kembangkan. Secara empiris kulit buah manggis digunakan untuk pengobatan berbagai penyakit. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa fraksi butanol-air ekstrak kulit buah manggis secara in vitro mempunyai aktivitas sebagai imunomodulator. Pada penelitian ini, uji imunomodulator dilakukan secara in vitro dengan parameter aktivitas dan kapasitas fagositosis sel makrofag yang diambil dari peritoneum mencit, menggunakan fraksi etanol 70% dalam konsentrasi 0,1; 1,0; 10,0; 100,0; dan 1000,0 ppm. Stimuno sebagai kontrol positif. Dari hasil uji ANOVA satu arah diketahui bahwa hasil percobaan uji efek imunomodulator berdasarkan peningkatan aktivitas dan kapasitas fraksi etanol dari eksrak etanol 70% menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna dari masing-masing perlakuan. Uji Tukey menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna dari konsentrasi 0,1; 1,0; 10,0; 100,0; dan 1000,0 ppm dibandingkan terhadap kontrol negatif. Aktivitas dari fraksi etanol pada konsentrasi 0,1; 1,0; 10,0; dan 100,0 ppm lebih kecil dari kontrol positif, tetapi pada konsentrasi 1000,0 ppm mempunyai aktivitas yang sama atau tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dengan kontrol positif. Untuk kapasitas makrofag, fraksi etanol pada konsentrasi 0,1; 1,0; 10,0; 100,0; dan 1000,0 ppm memiliki nilai kapasitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kontrol negatif, tetapi masih dibawah kontrol positif. Dari data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa fraksi etanol eksrak etanol 70% pada dosis 1000,0 ppm memiliki aktivitas sebagai imunomodulator. Kata kunci: fagositosis, fraksi etanol, Garcinia, immunomodulator. ABSTRACT The immunomodulator assay of ethanol fraction of 70% ethanolic extract of Mangosteen pericarp based on increased number of intraperitonial macrophage phagocytocide latex after infected by S. epidermidis. Five concentrations of ethanol fraction of of 70% ethanolic extract Mangosteen pericarp was used, they were 0.1; 1.0; 10.0; 100.0; and 1000.0 ppm, respectively. Stimuno was used as the positive control, while distilled water was used as the negative control. Phagocyte activity was measured by in vitro ability of mice peritonial macrophages to phagocytize latex particles. The result of this research indicated ethanol fractions at the concentrations of 0.1; 1.0; 10.0; 100.0 ppm possessed a lower activity than that of positive control. Somehow, machrophage activity at the dose of 1000.0 ppm was not significantly different to that of the positive control. The result indicated that ethanol fraction of 70% ethanolic extract of mangosteen pericarp induced immune respone at the concentration of 1000 ppm. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on work motivation and organizational performance. The population of this study are members of the National Creative Economy Movement DPC (GEKRAFS) Probolinggo Regency. In this study, the sampling technique used the entire population so that the respondents were determined to be 40 respondents. The data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS. In this study, the results showed that leadership style and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational performance, leadership style and organizational commitment had an effect on motivation, while motivation had no effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication and organizational commitment on the management performance of IPNU Malang. This research is an Explanatory Research. The subject of this research is the organizer of IPNU in Malang city. The population and the sample in this study are 38 respondents. The data was collected by distributing the questionnaires and analysed by using SPSS Version 16.0.  The technique used in collecting the data is by using a census method, and the technique used in testing the study is by using the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumptions, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style affected much to the Management Performance, as well as the Communication, but in other hand Organizational Commitment does not affect the Management Performance. Therefore Leadership Style, Communication and Organizational Commitment significantly affected the Management Performance. It means that the independent variable is feasible to explain the analyzed independent variable.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Organizational Commitment to the Management Performance

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to describe service quality, price perception, taste, customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality, price perception, taste on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan. The method of data collection in this study was done by distributing online questionnaires using snowball sampling. The sample used in this study were 91 students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018 from the management, accounting, and Islamic banking study programs. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of service quality, price perception, and taste had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan. The results of this study also found that service quality variables affect customer satisfaction. The price perception variable was found to have an effect on consumer satisfaction. The taste variable was found to have an effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Taste, and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style, reward, punishment, and employee performance and to determine the effect of leadership style, reward, and punishment on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 47 employees of the Housing, Settlement and Human Settlements Department of Malang Regency.To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style, reward, and punishment have a simultaneous effect on employees of the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency employees. Whereas partially, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, reward has an effect on employee performance, and punishment affects employee performance at the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency. Keywords: Leadership Style, Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This study aims to understand leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of BSM Sengkaling employees in Malang Regency. The sample and population in this study involved 34 people who were general employees of BSM in Sengkaling Regency Malang.          The method using is descriptive data analysis that is using the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test f test, and hypothesis test t.          The results showing that simultaneously each variable of leadership style, motivation and work discipline were both positive towards performance, while the partial variable of leadership style did not support performance, motivation did not improve the performance and discipline of power towards performance at BSM Sengkaling Malang Regency .Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work stress variables and work conflicts on employee performance of My Closet Bag Complex. In this study, the population is all employees of My Closet Bag Convection Malang amounting to 35 people. Sampling in this study using census method that is the entire amount of population subject to sample population, so that the sample of this study amounted to 35 people. The method used in this study is the method of quantitative analysis. The media used is media questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that between the variables of work stress and work conflict significantly there are some that affect the performance of employees Convection Bag My Closet Malang, while partially, the test results show that job stress does not significantly affect employee performance (sig 0.00), conflict Work has a significant effect on employee performance (sig 0.037).Keywords : work stress variable, work conflict and employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment strategy for new members at the KNPI Banjarbaru using a SWOT analysis. By using the KNPI Banjarbaru as an object of research carried out in  August 2020 to February 2021. The results of this study indicate that the internal and external factors of the KNPI Banjarbaru are located in quadrant I on the SWOT diagram so that a combined strategy of internal factors (Strength) and external factors (Opportunity) is needed. The SO strategy was made based on the results of interviews from the chairman of the KNPI and the Cadre Division of KNPI members in Banjarbaru which aims to take advantage of all strengths to achieve the opportunities that the KNPI members have. Keywords: SWOT analysis, recruitment strategy for new members, KNPI Banjarbaru
