Abstract

Abstrak: The result is the achievement of one's learning in the learning process is performing. For students who have learning disabilities certainly more often get poor learning outcomes. There are several factors that affect the learning outcome itself. One of those factors is the teacher’s attitude. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach to see percentage of student opinion on the teacher’s attitude viewed from the aspect of cognitive, affective, and conative on student learning outcomes of student learning disabilities in primary inclusive schools at Pauh district using Padang . Technique of data collecting with questionnaire, resources of data come from student’s and teacher’s. The results were student’s opinion found have scrore there most (77.93%) teachers are seen from the cognitive aspect to be nice and receptive to learning disabilities students with learning results. Students found that almost all (80.50%) teachers' views of the affective aspect of being kind and receptive to learning disabilities students with learning results. Students found the majority score (77.92%) of teachers viewed from the aspect connative be nice and receptive to learning disabilities students with learning results. Kata kunci: Sikap Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Berkesulitan Belajar.

Abstract

Students who have learning disabilities are more often to get poor learning outcomes. One of several factors that affect the learning outcome is the teacher’s attitude. The research aims at finding the students’ opinions on teacher’s attitude towards the learning outcomes of students with learning disabilities in inclusive primary schools. This research applies quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that teachers accept the learning achievements of students with learning disabilities in cognitive aspect (77.93%), affective aspect (80.50%), and conative aspect (77.92%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teachers’ attitude toward performance of students with learning disabilities in t inclusive school. This research used deskriptive quantitative approach. The instrument used was attitude instrument that was given to 54 students with learning disabilities in Padang. Data collected were analyzed quantitatively and described. The results of data found that teachers’ attitude which measured in three aspects have score 77.93% in understanding the learning result of students with learning disabilities. In affective aspect, teachers’ attitude have scores 80.50% in accepting the learning result of students with learning disabilities. Whereas in conative aspects, teachers’ attitude have score 77.92% in behave towards the learning result of students with learning disabilities.
