Abstract

Ranah persoalan (domain) kamanan fisik (physical security) dalam keamanan system informasiamatlah jelas dan ringkas. Domain keamanan fisik menguji elemen-elemen lingkungan fisik daninfrastruktur pendukung yang menjaga kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity), danketersediaan (availability) sebuah sistem informasi. Di sini tidak di bahas mengenai logical control, akantetapi beberapa physical control yang dideskripsikan di sini dalam beebrapa domain lainnya, sepertioperation control, dan access control. Bencana alam adalah conto ancaman fisik pada keamanan.Control fasilitas terhadap akses yang tidak berwenang atau pencurian adalah elemen dari keamananfisik. Area yang dikenal sebagai industrial security banyak mengenal hal-hal demikian, seperti CCTV(Closed-Circuit Television), penjagaan, pemagaran, pencahayaan, dan sebagainya.UKM mengelola sistem pemrosesan transaksi dan data center yang standalone atau terkoneksidalam sebuah jaringan local, kamtor UKM harus memiliki keamanan fisik yang baik untukperlindungan terhadap sistem computer maupun asset berharga lain yang dimiliki organisasiBeberapa elemen yang cocok bagi UKM untuk memelihara keamanan fisik atas kontrol fasilitassistem computer adalah : penjaga, pagar, pencahayan dan kunci. Semua kontrol diatas cocok untukdigunakan oleh UKM karena harganya yang tidak mahal, namun tidak perlu diterapkan semuanya tapibergantung pada kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Paradigma sistem produksi yang bergeser ke jaringan sistem produksi jelas memerlukanbeberapa sarana untuk mencapai efektifitas dan efesiensi dengan baik. Dan paradigma ini juga terjadipada model barat dan jepang seperti CIM dan Jit Yang dari model Intera-organisasi terbatas, menjadimodel organisasi yang terbuka.Sebagai ilustrasi di paper ini telah diuraikan contoh sebuah industri menengah yang bersifatcraft dalam bidang pembuatan / perakitan komputer. Dalam contoh kasus pencarian jenis prosesor yangsesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan tersebut telah dapat diperlihatkan bahwa dengankonsep MISWHO akan lebih karya dan dalam informasi yang bisa didapatkan dari sumberdibandingkan dengan metode keywords. Hal ini memujujkkan terjadinya peningkatan interoperabilitasdengan mengatasi keragaman semantik.Untuk rencana kedepan, kami akan mencari tool yang cocok untuk mengembangkan prototipekami dalam mendukung interoperabilitas informasi. Langkah pertma adalah bagaimana mengkonversidari sistem database tradisional yang ada untuk dapat dimiliki lokal ontologi. Langkah kedua adalahbagimana tool untuk mempermudah dalam membuat pemetaan MISWHO, tanpa banyak terlibat ekspertataupun operator. Jelas dalam paper kami ini masihlah hal yang primitif dibandingkan dengan apayang kami rencanakan , karena kegiatan penelitian kami baru pada tahap awal dan sedang terusberlanjut.

Abstract

The payment information system enables the entry of cash transaction data to SMA Teluk Panji through administrative staff (TU). The TU maintains the money payment reports that the students pay. This approach is useful and allows students to know more about the money they have to spend. This approach gives students complete knowledge in paper form. Useful reports to discover how much they charged and students who did not pay. Model UML is a visual language for modeling and designing information systems or applications. As support for the development of this information system, UML uses diagrams and text. Any significant modeling influences the design of useful applications. The system must meet its specifications and be capable of converting data into usable and efficient users. The black box evaluation method serves as a software assessment. The method operates from inside the unknown. When the system testers test this system as designed and focused on the school payment information system, the information system software is appropriately controlled by the external control mechanism. The prototyping method aims to summarise the application developed during these phases.

Abstract

Along with developments in information technology, the Internet would be helpful. Thanks to the internet, we will be able to conveniently provide services that can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time. Nowadays, almost everyone has access to knowledge, one of which is the internet. Labuhanbatu Regency's Al-Azis SMKS is a private school. Every year, he finds it challenging to present the questions that his students have submitted. Similarly, at Al-Azis High School, value processing methods are still easy to implement, but it takes a long time. To solve this dilemma, we needed a computerized system to assist schools in progressing and developing. As a result, a web server-based student assessment system and an online review system were developed. Students would be able to see the results of the test immediately after taking it if the instructor processes student exam questions directly. Since this approach provides test score results directly after students have completed the exam. This data system will help teachers allocate grades to their students who have passed the test.

Abstract

It is a daunting challenge to assess the accuracy of student learning quality. Many considerations must be taken into consideration when determining the accuracy of the degree of student learning efficiency. These criteria use to assess students' ability to learn consistently. Since there are so many ways to satisfy this criteria, deciding on the consistency standard of learning scores is problematic. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) process solves different parameters of decision-making problems. The SAW method is a multi-criteria decision-making method founded on the idea that the chosen solution must satisfy all criteria. The SAW technique is a multi-criteria decision-making approach based on the optimal option, which would be the nearest to the ideal solution while being the furthest from the negative ideal solution. Calculating the normalization matrix, weighted normalization matrix, comparing the positive and negative ideal solutions, calculating the separation distance for each alternative ideal solution, and calculating the value of each alternative's preference are all steps in the SAW method. The following table displays the results of the SAW process calculation protocol. The information comes from a decision-making framework that distinguishes students who excel in their studies. Bunga Adelia Azahara received a 0.908, while Fadila Dwi Ranti received a 0.932.

Abstract

Violence is any act of abuse of physical strength with or without the use of means against the law and causing harm to the body, life and freedom of people. Violence against women and children is a violation of human rights that can happen to anyone, across social, economic and educational status. The process of complaints of violence against women and children, which is currently mostly carried out, is still manual with victims / communities coming directly to the complaint center to make a complaint report. To support the research, the method used in making the Information System for Complaints on Violence against Women and Children is waterfall and the UML model used is the Php programming language, MySql Database, Boostrap, Sublime Text. The results of the study resulted in the implementation of complaints of violence against women and children based on reports of victims / communities affected by violence. Data on complaints of violence against women and children. can provide complete and accurate information in accordance with the complaint desired by the victim and printed as the last step in the process of managing victim complaint data.

Abstract

The Nisa Ponsel store still uses a recording system on the general ledger in the process of calculating the stock of incoming goods, sales transactions, and transaction reports, it is very possible that there will be greater errors starting from the stock of goods that are not the same in the warehouse, reporting that is not in accordance with the goods sold. To overcome these problems it is necessary a web-based system as one solution for it is necessary to optimize the use of computer data processing with the design of an information system that is applied to the PHP programming language and MySQL database in order to solve the problems that exist by being able to answer the needs of the company. The purpose of this study was made to analyze the problems in the mobile phone Nisa stores that still use recording on the ledger. It is expected that the system built later is really able to overcome the problems caused and able to improve performance more effectively and efficiently in data management and transactions.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Januari 2022 di SMK Swasta Al Azis Kecamatan Bilah Barat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Sumatera Utara. 33 siswa, terdiri dari 13 jenis kelamin perempuan dengan persentase 39% dan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 20 orang dengan persentase 61%, yang mengikuti pelatihan digital marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMK swasta AlAzis menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian materi saat peserta pelatihan digital marketing meningkatkan pemahaman dan manfaat dari pelatihan ini, meningkatkan pemahaman dan melakukan digital marketing sebesar 75% dibandingkan dengan hasil pelatihan prajabatan. Diharapkan melalui pengabdian ini siswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan produk kepada orang lain, baik secara perusahaan maupun individu, serta mampu bersaing dengan yang lain di masa yang akan datang. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, menggunakan pre-test dan post-test yang menggambarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Labuhanbatu, bagi siswa SMK swasta AL-AZIS di KecamatanBilahBarat, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Paparan materi digital marketing juga masih kurang yaitu akses internet yang tidak lancar sehingga mengganggu proses praktik digital marketing.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is generally defined as a system capable of providing both problem-solving capabilities and communications capabilities for semi-structured problems. Lecturers are lecturers in higher education institutions, and lecturers are in charge of implementing the tridharma of higher education, which includes education and teaching, research and development of science and technology and community service and supporting activities. And lecturers are teachers who will produce human resources (Human Resources) so that required systems that can be able to produce the best and professional decisions. Simple Additive Weighting ( SAW ) method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (X) to a scale comparable to all existing alternative ratings and has 5 criteria such as: graduate, landfill test, microteaching, interview, TPA and of several criteria have several sets. From the determination of criteria and the set can result in the rank and final results of the election of the right lecturer.The results obtained from the test is the decision of the lecturer who get the best value in accordance with predetermined criteria.

Bus Chandra Bagan batu, is a service company engaged in the transportation sector. The method used by CV. Bus Chandra Bagan batu to order tickets, customers must come to the counter to order tickets. This makes it difficult for people to order tickets, especially if the weather is not supportive. So this bus ticket booking information system was created which aims to make it easier for customers to order bus tickets at CV.Bus Chandra. This information system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and is supported by the local Xampp server.
