Abstract

Abstract. One of the pollutants that have the potential to pollute rivers and aquatic biota is heavy metals due to community activities around the river. This study aims to determine how the content of Cr6 + and Zn in water and meat of Puyau fish found in the Alalak River, West Berangas Region. This research is a descriptive study with a type of survey research. Water sampling is done using a Kemmerer water sampler and fish sampling using a fishing rod. Tests of Cr6 + and Zn content in water were carried out at the Banjarmasin Health Laboratory and the Cr6 + and Zn content were carried out at the Banjarbaru MIPA basic Laboratory using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The results showed an average Cr6 + content in Alalak River waters was 0.11275 mg / L and Zn was 0.0658 mg / L. The content of Cr6 + and Zn has exceeded the quality standard threshold (0.05 mg / L) that has been determined based on South Kalimantan Governor Regulation No.5 of 2007 concerning river quality standards. The average Cr content in Puyau fish meat was 21.415 mg / Kg and Zn was 46.0175 mg / Kg. The Cr6 + and Zn content in Puyau fish has also exceeded the threshold (0.05 mg / Kg; 0.1 / mg / Kg) determined by the DirectorGeneral of POM No. 03725 / SK / VII / 1989. The community is expected to not often consume puyau fish found in the waters of the Alalak River because its Cr6 + and Zn content have exceeded the required threshold. Abstract

Etnobotani merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu yang mengkaji manfaat tumbuhan bagi masyarakat adat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jenis tumbuhan Arenga pinnata Merr. berdasarkan penyebaran habitat dan manfaat bagi masyarakat di Desa Sungai Tuan, Kecamatan Astambul Kabupaten Banjar dapat dikenalkan kepada siswa atau pembaca melalui buku BIP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan validitas buku ilmiah populer tumbuhan Arenga pinnata Merr. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan model Education Design Research (EDR) dengan evaluasi ujiformatif Tessmer yang divalidasi oleh 2 orang ahli dari Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari uji validasi oleh 2 validator ahli tehadap buku ilmiah populer Arenga pinnata Merr. adalah sangat baik dengan skor 89,68%.

Abstract

One of the efforts of Banjarmasin City Government to reduce water pollution by establishing Local Company Waste Water Management, which the company functions to process and dispose of household wastewater population by installing waste water pipe network to the home population ( off site system), but still many heads of households do not take advantage of the IPAL. Based on the results of research in Kelurahan Pekapuran Raya found that public knowledge about domestic waste water are still many who do not know the household waste water. The attitude of rejection of the existence of IPAL with a variety of reasons they put forward like objection to the demolition of the road in its territory, the objections of the payment of 25% of PDAM tariffs and went along with refuse because there are influential figures in society also does not come IPAL utilize the existence of the advice given is Government should further enhance efforts to disseminate information about the management of domestic wastewater through socialization to community leaders and through media information or conduct training to the village which will be forwarded to the local community. Development of pilot areas that will both domestic waste water management, will provide definitive proof to the people who have or are still opposed to the program management of household waste water.

Abstract

Capung merupakan salah satu jenis insekta yang merupakan bioindikator dalam lingkungan. Insekta dapat ditemukan di sawah, sehingga sawah merupakan salah satu habitat ditemukannya capung sehingga keberadan capung di sawah dapat meningkatkan sumber belajar yang menarik untuk mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keanekaragaman ordo odonatan pada mata kuliah zoologi invertebrata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Menganalisis Keanekaragaman capung jenis ordo odonata yang ditemukan di kawasan persawahan desa Beringin Kencana Kecamatan Tabunganen. (2) Mendeskripsikan validitas booklet yang di susun dari data keanekaragaman capung di kawasan persawahan Beringin Kencana Kecamatan Tabunganen Sebagai bahan ajar mata kuliah zoologi invertebrata. (3) Mendeskripsikan uji keterbacaan booklet yang di susun dari data keanekaragaman capung di kawasan persawahan Beringin Kencana Kecamatan Tabunganen Sebagai pengayaan zoologi invertebrata. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model R&D yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall dengan tahapan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu research and Information collecting,  planning, develop preliminary form of product,  preliminary field testing,  main product revision. Berdasrkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1)  terdapat 7 spesies capung yaitu Orthetrum sabina, Neurothemis fluctuans, Brachytemis contaminata, Agriocnemis pygmaea, Ceriagrion cerinorubellum, Tholymis tillarga, dan Ischnura senegalensis. (2) Berdasarkan uji validitas Booklet yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid oleh tiga dosen ahli dengan skornvaliditas pada aspek isi yaitu 88,89%, pada aspek bahasa yaitu 88,89%, dan pada aspek penyajian yaitu 94,44%. (3) Ujinketerbacaann oleh 6 mahasiswa mendapatkan hasil nilai 86,76% sehiingga Booklet  mendapatkann kriteriia sangatnbaik.

Abstract

The development of learning media that can be an option so that it can support the times is an interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline. Effective and interesting interactive learning media, especially for the concept of the human motion system which is classified as complex, can help students achieve the expected learning objectives. This study aims to describe the needs of teachers and student needs, validity, and practicality of the results of the development of interactive learning media on human motion system material. This research is a research and development (R&D) with the 4D model (Thiagarajan et al., 1974). Data collection techniques used instruments of teacher needs and learner needs, validity, and practicality. The research subjects were 3 (three) experts consisting of Biology Education lecturers and one partner teacher and tested at SMA Negeri 9 Banjarmasin Class XI MIPA as many as 12 (twelve) students. The test results show the need to develop interactive learning media on the material of the human motion system, very valid in the validity test, and very practical in the practicality test. This shows that the results of the development of interactive learning media on the material of the human motion system are valid and practical. This interactive media can be used by students anytime and anywhere using devices.
