Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application management and Perum Bulog's role in the distribution of rice, and to determine the factors and what strategies are dominant in the development of rice distribution in Gorontalo city Divre Perum Bulog. This research conducted in June-July 2016. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive method of management and SWOT analysis. Sampling was done by the method or approach the case with staff Perum Bulog sub Divre city of Gorontalo. These results indicate that the Application Management and Role Bulog: (1) Planning, namely planning and scheduling pendistrbusian rice, determine when the distribution is done and the time of distribution (2) The organization is using labor, distribution system, and the means of transport (3) Implementation of that packaging or the current form of distribution, news of the handover ceremony and was preparing to needs (4) Evaluation namely distribution planning activities, targeted distribution, organization during the distribution, implementation of activities and constraints for distribution. the SWOT Matrix, the factors and strategies for developing the distribution of rice, namely (1) Utilizing a network of government for the distribution of poor rice in each village so that every distribution could run well (2) With the checking of the preparation to face the threat could be in Who are the early and ( 3) With an award then Bulog can provide confidence when socializing to each village. the weakness of the factors and strategies for developing the distribution of rice (1) To Ful Fil for cooperation with other partners in order that the distribution of poor rice could run well (2) it needs the network to perispan to face a problem in the distribution of it can be done and (3) need any interference from the government to socialization of each village to be going well. Abstract

This research aims to: 1) identify amount of production cost in laying hens business in Village of Ulapato A, Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo, 2) analyze profit of laying hens business in Village of Ulapato A Subdistrict of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo, 3) analyze business suitability of laying hens in Village of Ulapato A Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo. The research is conducted in company of PT Naga Peternakan in Village of Ulapato A, Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo. The applied data analyses are financial suitability analysis, NPV, IRR and PBP. Research finding confirms that production cost in laying hens at PT Naga Peternakan comprises fixed price for IDR 133.268.299 and variable cost for IDR 2.143.548.714 and its total cost is IDR 2.276.817.013. Meanwhile, revenue of this business is IDR 3.553.420.000 with profit for IDR 1.276.602.987. Financially, livestock business of laying hens of PT Naga Peternakan is suitable to be developed and be run with value of NPV of 2,82 billion, IRR of 20,10 % and Pay Back Period of 3 years, 2 months and 24 days.

Abstract

Bone Bolango region located in Gorontalo Province covers an area of 188,006.43 ha which consist of 142,664.38 ha (75,88%) forest and 45,326,5 ha (24,22%) is regional estated. The regency is endowed with rich mineral resources, yet it finds some difficulties in planning and developing ist regional economics, such as how to arrange the regional planning which is based on existing land. The government has already issued licences for optimalyzed the resource for a mining company (kontrak karya). This condition has created un-fair competition between government and society and also society and company which tend to create conflicts over resurces. This case emerged when there was institutional vacuum particularly from forestry Department as the forestry national utirization also the company who has a licency of mining consetion. The Illegal Mining activities, agriculture, garden, and region estated is developing and become informal institutional or shadow economy to fulfil the uncertainty of resources outority from the nation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen usahatani tomat di Desa Permata KecamatanPaguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Peneltian ini dilakukan di Desa Permata Kecamatan Paguyaman KabupatenBoalemo selama 2 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenisdata dan sumber data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara langsung dari petani tomat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukansecara sengaja (purposive sampling) dengan jumlah responden 60 petani tomat yang berada di Desa PermataKecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek perencanaan UsahataniTanaman Tomat di Desa Permata. Kecamatan Paguyaman. Kabupaten Boalemo sebesar 24,33%. Pengorganisasianusahatani tanaman tomat dengan nilai 42,33%. Pengawasan usahatani tanaman tomat sebesar 59%. Evaluasiusahatani tanaman tomat di Desa Permata. Kecamatan Paguyaman. Kabupaten Boalemo nilai sebesar 50,3%. Dan dijumpai pula bahwa usahatani tomat ini menjdi bagian usahatani yang paling banyak di geluti oleh petani yangberada di Desa Permata Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) Struktur biaya petani padi sawah non irigasi teknis di Kelurahan Tenilo Kecamatan LimbotoKabupaten Gorontalo 2) Pendapatan petani padi sawah non irigasi teknis di Kelurahan Tenilo  Kecamtan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Tenilo Kecamatan Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dai bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan September 2020 dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya dan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah non irigasi teknis di Kelurahan Tenilo Kecamatan Limboto  Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan penerimaan rata-rata/petani Rp. 19.671.376 dan biaya total rata-rata/petani Rp. 4.851.824 adapun jumlah pendapatan bersih usahatani padi sawah adalah rata-rata/petani Rp. 24.523.200 dengan hasil menguntungkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga beras, harga jagung, dan jumlah penduduk terhadap permintaan beras di Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2020 dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian deskriptif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data Time Series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga beras, harga jagung, dan jumlah penduduk secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan beras (F Hitung 7,232 2,77 F tabel). Kemudian secara parsial , hanya jumlah penduduk yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan beras (t hitung 3,699 t tabel 2,004) sedangkan harga beras dan harga jagung tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan beras. Sedangkan pada koefisien determinasinharga beras, harga jagung, dan jumlah penduduk dapat menjelaskan permintaan beras sebesar 0,244 atau 24,4% sedangkan sisanya merupakan variabel lain yang berada diluar dari penelitian ini.
