Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui e-learning yang memudahkan siswa kelas x di SMAN 1 Pagelaran dalam memahami konsep algoritma dan pemrograman yang selama ini menjadi masalah bagi siswa karena metode pembelajaran yang belum tepat dan belum memanfaatkan sumber belajar yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono, penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai pada 6 tahap yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain  produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain,  uji coba produk. Pada uji validasi ahli media mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,46  dengan keterangan media layak, dan pada hasil pengujian oleh ahli materi rata-rata 3,58 dikatakan bahwa materi layak untuk digunakan, pada uji kemenarikan elearning yang dilakukan kepada 10 responden terdiri dari siswa dan guru mendapat nilai rata-rata 88% menunjukkan klasifikasi bahwa media e-learning sangat menarik digunakan untuk meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam mata pelajatan informatika pada  materi algoritma dan pemrograman.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop learning media through e-learning that makes it easy for students of class X at SMAN 1 Pagelaran to understand the concepts of algorithms and programming that have been a problem for students because of the learning methods that are not appropriate and do not utilize existing learning resources. The method used in this development is Research and Development (R&D) developed by Sugiyono, this research only reached 6 stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. In the media expert validation test the average value of 3.46 with media information is appropriate to use, and the results of testing by material experts on average 3.58 said that the material is suitable for use in the product interesting test conducted on 10 respondents consisting of students and teachers got an average value of 88% shows the classification e-learning media is very interesting to be used to improve students' creative thinking on informatics subjects on algorithmic and programming.

Abstract

Pendidikan memberikan berbagai perubahan positif bagi manusia. Perubahan tersebut dapat diperoleh apabia dalam pelaksanaan pedidikan dilakukan secara tetap. Salah satu problem terletak pada persoalan pemerataan pendidikan, ditambah kondisi saat ini pada pasca covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman terkait pemafaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran online dimasa pandemi untuk meningkatkan mutu proses blendead learning pasca covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualiatif dengan jenis observasi alami (natural observation). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 71 peserta didik dengan teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan pembelajaran dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi sangat menunjang proses pembelajaran pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the weak understanding of elementary school teachers in HOTS-oriented learning. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training in designing thematic learning that is oriented towards HOTS. The training is carried out by presenting information, holding responses and group discussions on previously informed material and holding HOTS-based learning tools preparation exercises. The training was attended by elementary school teachers in District of Pesawaran. Based on the results of observations and written tests, the teachers were active in following the material presentation, discussion and preparation of HOTS learning tools. In addition, teachers' understanding has improved. This is evidenced by the pretest and posttest n-gain values of 0.09. However, the increase is not significant. Thus, it can be concluded that the participants' conceptual understanding of HOTS-oriented learning increased. This increase occurred because the previous participants did not really understand the true meaning of HOTS-oriented learning. Through this activity, participants get more detailed and easily accepted knowledge because in addition to presenting the material, the implementer also provides guidance on the development of learning designs. However, there is a need for ongoing technical guidance related to its implementation in classroom learning both online and face-to-face.

Abstract

The problem of this research was the activities had not active yet optimally in Permata Bunda early childhood in Centra Lampung. The purpose of this research was used correlation between using learning media and exploring activity of preschool. The research was quantitiv research. The subject of the research was all of the children (30child) of B class in early chilhood. The collecting tecnique data by using observasion and documentation technique. The data analysis tecnique by using cross table analysis and spearman rank correlation analysis. The reasult of the research was showing there was correlation between using learning media and exploring activity of children in Permata Bunda early childhood education in Centra Lampung. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum berkembangnya aktivitas bereksplorasi secara optimal di PAUD Permata Bunda Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan aktivitas bereksplorasi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat kolerasional. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Permata Bunda Lampung Tengah. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 14-16 Maret 2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua anak (30anak) kelas B di PAUD Permata Bunda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Kolerasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan aktivitas bereksplorasi anak usia dini di PAUD Permata Bunda.Kata Kunci : aktivitas bereksplorasi, anak usia dini, penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus requires the government to take a policy of organizing education online. Learning chemical bonding material is strived to be developed according to students' needs and learning objectives reflected in the curriculum. This study aims to develop advance organizer-based distance learning on chemical bonding material and measure the effectiveness of this product. This study uses the Dick and Carey development model approach. The test subjects in this study were 39 students in class X students of laboratory testing analysis competency for the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments used included assessment questionnaires, observations, interviews, validation sheets, and students' cognitive knowledge tests. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics and data on the effectiveness of learning using an n-gain score. This study obtained online learning products with an average validation score of 3.51 on a scale of 4.00, and the student gain value before and after using advance organizer-based online learning was 0.52. This research concludes that advanced organizer-based online learning products on chemical bonding material are very feasible and practical. These findings will be an input for developing chemical bonding materials and research the development of chemistry learning during a pandemic.

Abstract

The problem of this research is regarding the management of the principal on the performance of educators. The purpose of this study is to explore how principals should work in schools. Six efforts that can be made by principals in improving teacher performance include (1) a serious focus on improving teacher competence, (2) providing sufficient funds to increase teacher professionalism, (3) supervising and guiding teachers professionally, (4) creating a culture of school organization that is comfortable for teachers, (5) creates innovation and progress in schools, and (6) provides various awards for every achievement made by teachers. Therefore, it is recommended that principals be more active and creative in collaborating with teachers and stakeholders in teacher performance education. The research uses quantitative research methods, namely to see the partial effect between the variables in the survey with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this study were elementary school teachers at SDN 1 Sumber Agung, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Data collection techniques used non-test techniques (observation, interviews, and documentation) and test techniques (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique used instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, instrument difficulty level, and differentiating power.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat berpengaruh pada proses pembelajaran, karena guru memegang peranan yang sangat penting antara lain menyiapkan materi, menyampaikan materi, serta mengatur semua kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam rangka memaksimalkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar, dibutuhkan berbagai upaya yang harus dilakukan. Pendekatan atau strategi pembelajaran mempunyai andil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk memahami suatu konsep, dengan kolaborasi penggunaan media pembelajaran dan pendekatan yang tepat maka diharapkan siswa dapat menyerap konsep-konsep tersebut. Memaksimalkan kemampuan tersebut, mereka membutuhkan bantuan dari orang dewasa, dalam hal ini adalah guru. Namun, bantuan atau dukungan ini tidak dapat diberikan terus-menerus. Bantuan atau dukungan ini dikenal dengan Scaffolding. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan strategi scaffolding dalam membantu siswa agar memaksimalkan kemampuannya. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil kesimpulan penerapan strategi scaffolding pada pembelajaran Fiqih dapat membantu siswa untuk memaksimalkan kemampuannya dalam memahami materi pelajaran.
