Abstract

This study aimed to determine the concentration of DNA and proteins Coral predictions based on data from GenBank. DNA isolation technique Pocillopora sp. using tissue and blood DNeasy Kit (Qiagen). DNA concentrations were analyzed using a spectrophotometer and Corl protein prediction by comparing the primers used by the data GenBank (NCBI). DNA concentration of each sample varies between 5.0 ng/µl-20.8 ng/µl in the first purification and between 3.0 ng/µl - 8 ng/µl, where the highest concentration of DNA present in the sample HC2. Abstract

This study aims to analyze seagrass community structure in North Salawati District, Raja Ampat. The scope of research is limited to identification of seagrass biodiversity, analyzing the overrune level of seagrass type covering the area, analyzing the densities types of seagrass important value index frequencies, water parameters and seagrass area. Research method was purposive sampling by using transects with dimensions of 1 x 1 meter with a total of seven stations along 100 meters of seagrass area. The acquired data was analyzed by using analysis of closure type, density type, frequency type, and important value index. Results of biodiversity identification showed that there are two families of seagrass,      Eight species of seagrass covering the area. The overrune of seagrass covering the area in both stations is very high. The area of coverage in the both areas is above 60% (> 60%), which classified as "healthy". The density of the species in both stations is very high which classified as medium dense. Temperature, pH, DO, salinity and turbidity are in the optimum level which classified as "good". The area which overrune by Seagrass in the waters of northern Salawati District is amounted to 5.7 km2.

Abstract

Anemon laut merupakan salah satu jenis hewan dari filum Cnidaria. Mereka dapat dibudidayakan dan diperbanyak secara vegtatif dengan metode fragmentasi. Fragmentasi adalah sistem reproduksi secara aseksual dengan cara pembelahan bagian tubuh sehingga membentuk individu baru yang berasal dari satu individu sehingga mempercepat proses reproduksi. Namun cara fragmentasi ini sering menemui kendala, yaitu rendahnya tingkat kelangsungan hidup (survival rate), serta performa morfologis yang mengalami pemutihan. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya gangguan dari algae berfilamen serta ketidakmampuan anemon beradaptasi pada kondisi lingkungan buatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cahaya terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan tampilan morfologis anemon pasir (Heteractis malu). Percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 3 perlakuan, dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa keberadaan cahaya sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan anemon. Namun demkian, intensitas cahaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tampilan morfologis anemon. Ketiadaan cahaya akan membuat tampilan morfologis anemon (warna tubuh) semakin pucat. Cahaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kelangsungan hidup anemon pasir (H. malu). Kondisi yang gelap tanpa cahaya akan menurunkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup anemon.

Abstract

Information systems that have been developed and used need to be evaluated. Measuring the success of the application of an information system must take into account at least four parameters, namely the individual who uses it, the organization where individuals interact, the information the system presents, and the information technology itself. This study also examined whether there is a direct correlation between user experience and organizational support for net benefits. This research was carried out in three stages, from the preparation, data collection, to data analysis and reporting. Based on the results of testing the research hypothesis, only one hypothesis was accepted (significant), namely the relationship between the quality of information systems, the use of information systems, user satisfaction and net profits. Based on the results of testing and discussion, the application (sitasi) is still not fully successful. There are several obstacles found in its operations, both in terms of system quality, information quality, and the quality of citation services
