Abstract

Antioxidants are compounds that can capture free radical activity because they can donate one electron to free radicals. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the antioxidant activity of leaf extract and kawista fruit skin from Karawang Regency. This research is an experimental, the research method used extraction (maceration) with cold aquades, hot aquades, and ethanol 96%. Tested of antioxidant activity can be done by measuring DPPH radical breakfast (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results were obtained by the highest antioxidant activity of kawista leaf extract with hot water solvents : 134.56 ppm and the highest antioxidant activity in kawista fruit skin samples achieved by ethanol solvents with a value of 381.36 ppm.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Tuberkulosis sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Untuk mencapai kesembuhan diperlukan kepatuhan berobat bagi setiap penderita. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan penderita TB Paru, pelayanan kesehatan dan pengawas menelan obat terhadap tingkat kepatuhan berobat di Rumah Sakit X Jambi Tahun 2015. Metode : Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang didiagnosa TB Paru dengan pengobatan fase lanjutan rawat jalan di poliklinik DOTS TB paru Rumah Sakit X Jambi pada Agustus – Oktober yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 24 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (Spearman’s correlation). Hasil :Hasil analisis Spearman’s menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan dengan kepatuhan berobat (p-value=0.243), terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan berobat (p-value=0.000), terdapat hubungan signifikan antara PMO dengan kepatuhan berobat (p-value=0.000). Kesimpulan :Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan penderita TB Paru, pelayanan kesehatan dan pengawas menelan obat terhadap tingkat kepatuhan berobat di Rumah Sakit X Jambi Tahun 2015.

Abstract

Curly chili (Capsicum annuum L.) is included in the horticultural plant group of fruit vegetables that have high economic value. The development of curly chili aims to increase the productivity of chili plants. One of the efforts to increase the production of chili plants by cultivating the land properly so that soil fertility is maintained, one of them is with proper fertilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of growth of curly chili plants to the addition of detergent water waste and tofu waste liquid waste. The research was carried out from February 2021 to June 2021, in Sukaluyu Village, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang. The research method used is factorial randomized block design (RAK), the first factor is detergent water waste (P) consisting of 3 levels: P0 (0%), P1 (25%), P2 (50%) and the second factor is tofu waste liquid waste. (A) consists of 3 levels: A0 (0%), A1 (10%), A2 (20%). There were 9 treatments with 3 replications so there were 27 experimental units. The results showed that there was no interaction between the addition of detergent water waste and tofus waste liquid waste on the growth of curly chili (Capsicum annuum L.). In addition, there was no concentration of detergent water waste and tofu waste liquid waste which gave optimal results on the growth of curly chili (Capsicum annuum L.).

Abstract

The experiment was carried out in an experimental garden located in Gg. Lebaksari, Wadas, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang, West Java from March to June 2021. The research method used was an experimental method with a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 7 treatment combinations and repeated 4 times, the treatments consisted of: A(Without Treatment), B (300 kg/ha NPK), C (200 ml/litre rice washing water), D (250 kg/ha NPK + 100 ml/lt rice washing water), E (250 kg/ha NPK + 50 ml/lt rice washing water), F (200 kg/ha NPK + 100 ml/lt rice washing water), G (200 kg/ha NPK + 50 ml/lt rice washing water). The results of this study showed that the combination of compound NPK fertilizer and fermented rice washing water had a significant effect on plant heights at 14 and 28 days and on the number of leaves 7 and 28 days after planting. Treatment D was a combination of NPK 250 kg/ha + fermented rice washing water 100 ml/lt gave the best results for plant height 14 hst and treatment G was a combination of NPK 200 kg/ha + fermented rice washing water 50 ml/lt gave the best results for the amount of leaves 7 hst.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the best effect from the consentration of coconut water to growth of kawista leaf explant (Limonia acidissima L.) with tissue culture methods. Research done in the laboratory of faculty of Agriculture of Singaperbangsa University. The method of research used experimental method, using a single Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Consisting of 12 treatments of coconut water, namely A control 0%, B 10%, C 20%, D 30%, E 40%, F 50%, G 60%, H 70%, I 80%, J 90%, K 100%, and L 10 ppm NAA+0,1 ppm BAP, each treatment with 3 replications. The results showed significant test done DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) standard of 5%. The results showed that administration of coconut water significantly affected the percentage of callus growth, callus emergence and callus weight. The best treatment was with a treatment I (80%) with 100% growth percentage, and give callus weight of 1,22 gram. Treatment D (30%) give fastest callus growth time is 9 hsi.

Abstract

Krisan (Chrysanthemum indicum L.) adalah salah satu jenis tanaman hias yang banyak diminati di Indonesia. Perbanyakan tanaman krisan bisa dilakukan dengan cara kultur jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi kinetin dan NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) yang memberikan pertumbuhan organogenesis pada kalus tanaman krisan (Chrysanthemum indicum L.). Media dasar yang digunakan adalah Murashige dan Skoog. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pertumbuhan tunas yang berjumlah 3 tunas pada 3 perlakuan, serta pertumbuhan akar pada 1 perlakuan. Konsentrasi Kinetin dan NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) yang berhasil memberikan pertumbuhan tunas adalah konsentrasi Kinetin 0 mg/l + NAA 1 mg/l (perlakuan K1N3), konsentrasi Kinetin 2 mg/l + NAA 0,5 mg/l (perlakuan K2N2), dan konsentrasi Kinetin 3 mg/l + NAA 0,5 mg/l (perlakuan K4N2). Untuk konsentrasi Kinetin dan NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) yang berhasil memberikan pertumbuhan akar adalah konsentrasi Kinetin 3 mg/l + NAA 0,5 mg/l (perlakuan K4N2). Kata kunci : Organogenesis, Kinetin, NAA, Kalus

Abstract

ABSTRACTKawista plants are rich in benefits as medicine. This study aims to determine the response of Kawista leaf explants by the addition of shallot extract with tissue culture methods. The research method used is an experimental method using a single completely randomized design (CRD). Consisting of 11 treatments of shallot extract, namely A control 0%, B 5%, C 10%, D 15%, E (Red Onion Extract Concentration 20%), F 25%, G 30%, H 35%, I 40 %, J 45%, and K 50%, each treatment with 3 replications. The results showed that administration of onion extract significantly affected the percentage of callus growth, callus emergence, and callus weight. Treatment C (10%) with 100% growth percentage, fastest callus growth time is 21 hsi, and give callus weight of 0.070 gramKeywords: kawista plants, leaf explants, onion extract.ABSTRAKTanaman kawista kaya akan manfaat sebagai obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon eksplan daun kawista dengan penambahan esktrak bawang merah dengan emtoda kultur jaringan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal. Yang terdiri dari 11 perlakuan ekstrak bawang merah yaitu A kontrol 0%, B 5%, C 10%, D 15%, E (Ekstrak Bawang Merah Konsentrasi 20%), F 25%, G 30%, H 35%, I 40%, J 45%, dan K 50%, masing-masing perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak bawang merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase tumbuh kalus, waktu mucul kalus, dan bobot kalus. Perlakuan C (10 %) dengan persentase tumbuh 100%, waktu tumbuh kalus tercepat 21 hsi, dan memberikan bobot kalus sebesar 0,070 gramKata kunci: tanaman kawista, eksplan daun, ekstrak bawang merah.

Abstract

Flower cabbage is a vegetable crop that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. For growth, it can be helped by providing egg shells that are environmentally friendly when compared with chemical fertilizers. This study used a Randomized Block Design with five doses of eggshell treatment (0,6,12,18,24 grams / plant) with five replications each. The results of the research are: The application of eggshell fertilizer which has a significant influence on the number of leaves aged 35 dd, and on the flower weight per plant. And the dose of eggshell fertilizer that gives the best treatment E (2.0 g / plant) with a yield of 301.53 g / plant.

Abstract

The experiments begin at Lebak Sari village of Sukaluyu the East Telukjambe sub-districts of Karawang districts from March 2021 until April 2021. The research method that used in this experiments was the experimental method using singular factor Randomized Block Design (RBD). The factor that would be tested was rice rice cleanse water. The design to be done was 7 level treatments that repeated 4 times. The concentration treatment that done in this experiments were A (0% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), B (20% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), C (40% Rice Cleanse water Concentration), D (60% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), E (80% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), F (100% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), G (4 gram NPK Fertilizer as a Comparison). Overall, concentration giving of rice cleanse fermentation water into caisim crop (Brassica juncea L.) not yet could gave better significant growth doesn’t really reach maximum for the caisim was because the contents of nutrition that inside of the rice cleanse fermentation water was classified as low. Abstract

This research was conducted at the screen house on Pancawati Village, Klari District, Karawang Regency, West Java from January to April 2021. The research method used is an experimental method with a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 9 combinations of treatments and 3 replications, the treatments: A (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), B (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), C (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 20%), D (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), E (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), F (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 20%), G (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 0%), H (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 10%), I (fermentation of rice water 100%+ tofu liquid waste 20%). The result showed there was significant on fermentation of rice water and tofu liquid waste on the average height of plants 7 hst, the number of leaves 28 hst, the number of branches 28 hst, and the area of leaves. The treatment of E (fermentation of rice water 50%+ tofu liquid waste 10%) obtained the best result the average height of plants 7 hst, the number of leaves 28 hst and the number of branches 28 hst meanwhile treatment B (fermentation of rice water 0%+ tofu liquid waste 10%) obtained the best result the average leaf area.
