<![CDATA[This study aims to explain and describe the Supervision of Granting Permits for Selling Alcoholic Beverages. The research method used is a qualitative research method, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of income. The data sources in this study are the Employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Palangka Raya City, as well as the community with the owner of the Special Signed Shop / Alcoholic Beverage Shop. Based on the results of the study showed that the Supervision of Granting Permits for the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages is still not carried out optimally, because of the four indicators of policy implementation, only one that works well is the indicator of Support. The other three indicators (Information, Fill in the Nutrition, and Potential Distribution) have not run optimally. It is recommended that the Perangkautrian and Trade Office of the City of Palangka Raya not violate the existing rules, so the Special Signed Shop that violates the rules adjacent to places of worship, schools, and hospitals so that no permission is granted.]]>

<![CDATA[Katingan Regency as one of the regencies in Central Kalimantan province that has potential agricultural land potentials should implement the policy of agricultural irrigation infrastructure in the village of Tura District Malan Island District Katingan. Therefore, in this research researchers want to see the factors that cause the irrigation infrastructure to be inadequate. The type of research used is qualitative research with the techniques of data collection interviews, observations, documentation, tape recorders. The results of this study describe the infrastructure of irrigation channels, which means and infrastructures have not been adequate. Irrigation channels in irrigating farmland farmers have already had irrigation channels that will always channel the water source. The problem of irrigation channels today is the absence of water doors on the irrigation channels in the village of Tura so that water often comes out in the rainy season so that from the irrigation channels in the dry season, there is often drought in water due to lack Water availability for paddy fields in the village of Tura, it is reaping complaints from the farmers in question because it greatly affects the crops of the farmers, facilities and infrastructure of the irrigation tract system is insufficient so that the harvest obtained only 2-3 Per year until the harvest each day only for the daily needs of farmers in the village of Tura, but the provider of irrigation infrastructure has not been adequate in the village of Tura because of the budget cuts in the agricultural service by the local government for the opening Road access.]]>

<![CDATA[The Residential and Building Development Information Center (PIP2B) is an innovative institution that is targeted to become a public institution that supports the implementation of housing and settlements. Which in its establishment is facilitated by the Central Government and belongs to the Provincial Public Works Department of Central Kalimantan. In support of housing and settlement operations, the Settlement and Building Development Information Center (PIP2B) provides ease of services and access to information on various elements: planners, implementers, building materials entrepreneurs, government, communities and academics. This research is motivated by the many complaints from Palangka Raya City community about Information Service in Information Center of Settlement and Building Development (PIP2B) still can not be felt by society evenly. Type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and presents data in a systematic, factual, and accurate about the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that based on the results of interviews and research documentation with Tangible indicator, realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy as well as related to service indicators, it can be drawn some conclusions as seen from the many research findings in the field either due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure the lack of facilities provided, and the lack of communication between the Office of Information Development Information Settlement and Building (PIP2B) with the Ministry of PUPR.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is agreed to explore and analyze the management of regional goods in the financial report of the East Kotawarwant regency. This is to find out how the Kotim regional government has received an unexempted WTP or reasonable opinion from 2013 to 2018. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research, namely; Describe aspects related to the research object in depth. The location of this research is conducted on Regional device Unit (SKPD) in the government of East Kotawarwants regency. The results of this research show the management of assets/property goods carried out by the area of assets on the body of financial management and regional assets as the manager's assistant has done with the maximum and according to the system and procedure cycle Management of regional goods as stipulated in PERMENDAGRI number 19 year 2016 about the guidelines for management of local goods, and East Kotawaringin PERDA number 4 year 2010, but not all carried out with maximum, especially To the regional head policy on the HR management of goods. Some obstacles or inhibitory factors encountered in the implementation of the management cycle of regional property is the HR factor because of the need for knowledge and understanding of human resources in asset management.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to expand the implementation of public information disclosure assessed still experiencing various obstacles. It was at least indicated by the assessment of the central Kalimantan Provincial Information Committee as stated in the Central Kalimantan Provincial Information Commission DECREE number: 048/KEP/KI Kalteng/2018 dated October 12, 2018, where the regional office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in central Kalimantan was given a value of 39.3. Research is conducted using a qualitative perspective with a case study method. Data collection is done by interview method and document study. The research was conducted at the Regional office of the provincial religious Ministry of Central Kalimantan. The results of the study showed that the implementation of public information disclosure in the regional office of the provincial religious Ministry of central Kalimantan was executed. Some public information services as regulated in the applicable legislation have been published. However, there are still obstacles encountered in the implementation to make some public information that has not been published. These constraints relate to the contents of the policy and its implementation environment.]]>

<![CDATA[In the present condition, the movement of ' Aisyiyah and Nayiatul Aiyiyah women is still needed and developed in particular in central Kalimantan, by looking at the current challenges and socio-political conditions. In the context of Muhammadiyah, the strengthening of women's movements in the requirement is inherent with the mission and dynamics of the Muhammadiyah movement in realizing the true Islamic community. The revitalization of Muslim women's movements is also in line with Islamic missions as a religion that upholds the glory of women and humanity to become the world's majesty and as a treatise on the pamphlets of the secret of Lil'alamin. Thus, researchers are interested in reviewing the role of Muhammadiyah women in leadership and political affairs. Research objects that serve as the subject of research have complex and dynamic characteristics. Based on the results of the study of about 70% of Muhammadiyah women both Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah have been actively involved in leadership and political roles in Central Kalimantan. The activities are directly involved in the government agency and the political, KPU, etc. and can also be done orally through studies, meetings held or personally. The quota of 30 percent of women in Parliament and political parties was not wasted by the district leader ' Aisyiyah to issue a policy on women's political Empowerment program, giving women a political education. The Program is listed in activities including seminars, workshops, studies, studies, training and so on, in providing support to women to participate in the political field in central Kalimantan. The department owned by the Women of Muhammadiyah both Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in addition to the obligation in the domestic domain is a classic problem that serves as a test of commitment in the air-conditioned ma'ruf nahi munkar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the phenomenon of the number of children dropping out of school and analyze the inhibitory factors of local government strategies in addressing dropouts (ATS) in The East Kotawaringin Region. In this research opportunity conducted qualitative analysis approach using descriptive approach shown to describe existing phenomena. That is based on the range and depth that the data collection in this study obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The documents related to the research are data on handling ATS in the form of technical instructions (juknis), standard norms of procedures and criteria (NSPK), guidelines, as well as the results of data collection and implementation of activities by field personnel dikmas (TLD) as research materials. The results showed that the strategy to anticipate and handle ATS in east Kotawaringin district, local government with BAPPEDA as coordinator, coordinating the Education Office in the implementation of activities to handle dropouts by coordinating and synergizing with TLD officers in the implementation of ATS data collection in East Kotawaringin. Persuasive approach from field officers, making school-age children who are not school-age (ATS) who are successfully recorded willing to return to study either through formal channels (schools) or through nonformal institutions such as Learning Centers (SKB), Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM), and Institutes of Courses and Training (LKP).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan province. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely the Deputy General Chair of KONI, Deputy Secretary of KONI, Division of Organization and Management, KONI staff, Athletes and Coaches. While secondary data comes from official documents related to this research such as sports medal data acquisition, and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of his research is to get a clear picture of the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving Athlete Achievements in Central Kalimantan Province. The results of this study are that the KONI Strategy in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan Province is already good, because of the five Performance indicators there are three indicators that have gone well, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability while the two indicators have not gone well are Productivity and Quality of Service]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out, describe, and analyze the community's political participation in the Regional Head General Elections in Katingan Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The researcher wanted to describe the form of community political participation and the implementation of socialization in the general election of the Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head in Katingan District. Data sources are Katingan Regency KPU commissioner, Katingan Hilir PKK, and Community who have the right to vote in the Katingan Regency Election. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the community was very enthusiastic in participating in the campaign, but was less enthusiastic in giving voting rights. This condition is influenced by socio-economic conditions that cause transactional politics and still lack of public political awareness. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that the Katingan Regency KPU together with the Katingan District Government continue to carry out socialization and political education for the community so that knowledge, political awareness, and political participation in the community increased. In addition, it should involve community leaders and religious leaders in the implementation of socialization and political education so that it is more effective and efficient, and it is expected that the active participation of the community to play an active role in the Katingan Regency election as a form of the five-year democratic party]]>
