Abstract

This research aims to understand how much influence the quality of human resources on its employees ' performance in the central Kalimantan Province training agency. The method used in this study with a total sampling technique of 25 people consisting of a free variable X (human resource quality) and Y-bound variable (performance). Data is collected through questionnaires and supported by library studies. Data analysis techniques using a Likert scale. Human resources ' Kulitas have significant positive impact on the performance of agency officers in central Kalimantan province. With the quality of human resources that are continuously improved, both in terms of knowledge and skills tailored to the needs of the Organization, the implementation of tasks and functions of each officer can be done optimally and will be Performance as planned. This is based on hypothesized testing that has been done. Simple linear regression equation y = 4,435 + 27, 97x. Where, when the effect of human resources quality on performance in the central Kalimantan Province training Agency was declared zero (0) the performance of the training body amounted to 27.97. The implications that can be recommended in this study are as follows: (1) need to be held for employees as a comparative study, (2) need to be reflected in the organizational structure to allow the placement of the Employees in accordance with their own, (3) need to harmonizes vision and mission, approaches, strategies, and operational activities to create teamwork that can strengthen the institution itself

Abstract

This study aims to find out, explain and describe community participation in development planning meetings in Palangka Kelurahan, Palangka Raya City. This study uses qualitative research methods, the research conducted is a descriptive study where community participation in development planning in Palangka Kelurahan Palangka Raya City was chosen as the location of the study. Techniques for collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the development system in the Palangka Village is a political process to obtain joint opportunities through activities in which there are negotiations between all development actors. The development system in the Palangka village is carried out transparently so that the community has the convenience and knowledge of each development process and every stage of its development. In this case, it is more a tool for decision makers who are expected to be able to find out what the community needs.

Abstract

This study focused on implementing the Program of the women's borrow in Mendawai village, Mendawai District, Katingan Regency. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of the Save women's Program and the supporting factors and supporters of the women's Save borrow program in the village Mendawai District Mendawai District Katingan. In the study that raised the title of implementation of the women's Save lending Program, the method of research was taken using qualitative methods. The data obtained in this research is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that in the program of the women's borrowing in Mendawai village, Mendawai District, Katingan District, there are constraints of UPK and the members of the loan. The advice that researchers can give to the parties to the implementation of this female borrow is (1) It is expected to be aware of the constraints in implementing the women's Save (SPP) program for the Women's Save loan ( The SPP) can go well. (2) Hopefully UPK should be able to put the data of each group to the computer so that if the group will make loans in the second period of the community group no longer have to complete the requirements such as the first period (3) be expected For the problem of facility should UPK also pay attention to office conditions as supporting the performance of its members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan dan menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di lingkungan Peemrintah Kota Palangka Raya. Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling untuk menentukan key informan . Key informan tersebut antara lain Tim Mapek yang terdiri dari Wakil Walikota, Inspektur, Asisten Pemerintahan, Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Asisten Administrasi Umum, Kepala BKPP Kota Palangka Raya, Sekretaris BKPP Kota Palangka Raya, Kepala Bidang Perencanaan, Pembinaan dan Pengambangan ASN, Kasubbid Pembinaan dan disiplin ASN Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui Pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya sudah dilaksanakan dengan melihat dari sisi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah kota palangka raya melalui Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Palangka Raya dengan sosialisasi terhadap seluruh Badan/Dinas/Kantor/Unit yang diwakili oleh sekretaris dan kepala sub bagian umum dan kepegawain dan pembinaan mental melalui jiwa korsa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the management of the District company Isen Mulang City Palangka Raya In this regard with good corporate governance principles. The type of research used in this study is descriptive using a qualified research method. The type of data in this study is primary data and secondary data that includes the board of directors, supervisory board and employees in the regional area of Isen Mulang City Palangka Raya. While its secondary data is emerging from Perda about the establishment and financial report of the regional company Isen Mulang City Palangka Raya, other data sources, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of this research the management of the District company Isen Mulang Kota Palangka Raya based on good corporate governance principle has not been done with the maximum this can be seen from the not yet implemented Openness is still the absence of accessible websites or blogs, not yet the clarity of the details of tasks, and internal control of the company, suitability has not carried out well the company has not committed social responsibility, not yet Contribution to the PAD, has not paid the income tax because the company has not acquired profit, independence or independent has not carried out well-characterized by the still the responsibility of the responsibilities among employees, Fairness has not been implemented with the maximum that is characterized by the dissemination of information about the recruitment of employees has not been widely and still with a family system and not yet carried out training and development of employees.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality factors, this study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is felt by customers who use the service of Poor Rice (Raskin) at the Office of Public Companies Logistics Agency (Perum BULOG) in Sampit City Regency East Kotawaringin. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the error rate of 5% as many as 213 samples. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product moment person". The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of the Office of Public Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) in the District of East Kotawaringin. As much as 0.9968514278 based on the calculation of Pearson Product Moment value.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain, process and analyze data on the effectiveness of the Organization in the implementation of unity tasks in the section of the facilities and infrastructures of regional police Mobile Brigade unit of central Kalimantan. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data using interview techniques, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results on the effectiveness of the Organization in the implementation of unity duties on the facilities and infrastructure section of Mobile Brigade Unit of Central Kalimantan District police was obtained that the service is given a section The infrastructure in supporting the execution of Mobile Brigade Unit task is not effective, this is due to the limitation of human resources both in terms of number of personnel or skills, limitation of facilities and infrastructure and the limitation of budget Procurement, maintenance, and freight costs, as well as limitations in the implementation of logistics activities themselves.

Abstract

Creative merchants of the field or street vendors hereinafter referred to as PKL are traders who in the business use the facilities and equipment that are easily disassembled, transferred or use a place of business that occupies the land Local Government or other parties. Because of the phenomena that arise in implementing the relocation program of the creative trader's field that is done by the city government, so it is created this research aimed to know and describe how the optimization The utilization of the single culinary Park Sangomang for empowering creative traders field in Palangka Raya city. This research uses qualitative research methods. The technique of determining the informant in this research is the technique of purposive sampling so that the informant in this research is involved in the implementation of optimization of a single culinary park for the empowerment of field creative traders Is the head of the setup and aesthetics of the city of Palangkaraya, and creative traders field a single culinary park Sangomang. Data is collected through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. And the data is analyzed by way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it can be known that: 1) the empowerment of creative traders in the field of single Culinary park Sangomang in the city of Palangkaraya is good enough. 2) The process of the Creative Trader Relocation field to a single culinary park Sangomang is good enough. 3) The constraints of the creative trader's field in a single culinary park Sangomang is not maximal utilization of facilities and infrastructures that support the security and convenience of creative traders field and also visitors a single culinary park Sangomang.
