Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community participation in planning and utilization of village fund allocations in Tanjung Jorong Village, Tualan Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is the source of data in this study, namely the Chief of Bangkuang Village, Village Staff and several people in Tanjung Jorong Village, Tualan Hulu Sub-District, East Kotawaringin Regency. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the level of participation of the Tanjung Jorong Village community can be seen in the stages of planning, utilization, and supervision classified as low. As expressed by Pusic (2006) that planning without taking into account community participation will make planning only on paper. And supporting and inhibiting factors are a) Cooperative and communicative support from the district government and village government in regulating ADD in Tanjung Jorong Village area so that accountability reporting can be reported with a predetermined time b) Village government attitudes that are transparent, accountable in utilizing ADD and c) Limitations on ADD funds that are still minimalist.

Abstract

Motivation is the driving force that creates enthusiasm for someone's work so that they will work together, work effectively and be integrated with all their efforts to achieve satisfaction. Motivation should be owned by someone so that they can easily achieve the expected work effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to get a clear picture of efforts to increase motivation to create work effectiveness in the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office in the City of Palangka Raya. The population of this study was all employees of the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office, amounting to 116 employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method which is the opinion of the author or based on theories that are relevant to the problem with the Quantitative Data Technique, which is data obtained through numbers during a particular process. employee absenteeism, it can be concluded that the level of absenteeism of employees in 2015: 40.42%, in 2016: 45.29% and in 2017 the level of absenteeism of employees becomes 52.65%. Then the results of the data from the employee absentee level in 2015: 2.70%, 2016: 3.60% and in 2017 the employee absentee level becomes 5.45%. In the end, the success of efforts to increase motivation to create work effectiveness of employees at the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office in Palangka Raya, besides being determined by the Chairperson as well

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Family Card Services in the Registration of Population Identity in the Population and Civil Registration Service in Pulang Pisau District. The research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Pulang Pisau District Population and Civil Registration Service specifically in the area of ​​Population. The data sources are through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done by organizing and describing it into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones are important and which will be studied, and making conclusions that can be told to others. The results showed that the quality of service provided by the Pulang Pisau District Population and Civil Registration Service was very good in terms of transparency carried out by utilizing socialization activities by giving the task of cadres to explain to the community and take advantage of technological advances, then the performance of officers in serving the community good enough, this is indicated by the role and function of each officer and the officer is responsible for their respective duties even though the officer is still lacking in terms of disciplinary time problems. But overall the service in making a Family Card is efficient and effective. In serving the community, the value of the officer’s politeness is quite good, but there still needs to be an increase in hospitality.
