Abstract

Human resources is one of the important aspect in the management. Thereover recruitment must be accommodate by management, in order to achieve the company’s goal. Employees behavior at work will influence employee’s output. Currently, the company is not only recruit a permanent employees but also hire a temporary employee. The objectives of this research to measure if there are significant differences in work attitudes between permanent employees and temporary employee in the Bank Sulut. This research is a comparative study that uses a comparison method. Results of the study shows that there is no significant difference in the work attitude of job satisfaction and organizational commitment between permanent employees and temporary employees Furthermore, other results show that there are significant differences in work attitudes of employee engagement and organization perceived between permanent employees and temporary employee in Bank Sulut. Bank Sulut management should maintain this current condition, but still need to improve the service, quality of its employees, both permanent employees and temporary employees. Abstract

Lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) merupakan salah satu bahan pakan alternatif sebagai sumber karbohidrat yang keberadaannya berlimpah di alam.  Lamtoro mengandung nutrisi yang cukup baik yaitu protein kasar sebesar 27,89%, lemak kasar sebesar 8,73%, serat kasar sebesar 19,13%, abu sebesar 11,33%, serta bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN) sebesar 33,12%. Serat kasar daun lamtoro sulit dicerna oleh ikan.  Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah melalui proses fermentasi. Melalui proses fermentasi diharapkan dapat menguraikan karbohidrat kompleks menjadi sederhana, sehingga meningkatkan kandungan nutrisi lamtoro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan tepung daun lamtoro yang telah di fermentasi ke dalam pakan buatan terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio).  Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan mas (C. carpio) dengan bobot individu rata-rata 2,30±0,02 g/ekor.  Pakan diberikan pada pukul 08.00 pagi dan 16.00 sore secara at satiation. Wadah yang digunakan adalah bak dengan kapasitas 15 liter.  Ikan uji dipelihara selama 40 hari dengan padat tebar 1 ekor/l.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan.  Perlakuan A, B, C dan D dengan konsentrasi masing-masing sebesar 0, 5, 10 dan 15%.  Data yang diamati meliputi total konsumsi pakan (TKP), efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan (EPP), protein efisiensi rasio (PER), laju perumbuhan relatif (RGR), kelulushidupan (SR) dan kualitas air.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi daun lamtoro memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap TKP, EPP, PER dan RGR dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap SR. Perlakuan C memberikan nilai tertinggi pada TKP sebesar 69,03%, EPP sebesar 41,89%, PER sebesar 1,23% dan RGR sebesar 3,14%/hari.  Parameter kualitas air selama penelitian berada pada kisaran yang layak untuk kehidupan ikan mas (C. carpio).  Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu pakan daun lamtoro hasil fermentasi dapat meningkatkan proses pertumbuhan ikan mas (C. carpio).Lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) was one of the alternative feed ingredients that could be used a as carbohydrate source which was available abundantly in the nature.  Lamtoro leaves contained valuable nutrients such as crude protein of 27,89%, crude lipid of 8,73%, crude fiber of 19,13%, ash of 11,33%, and nitrogen-free extract of 33,12%. Leucaenas crude fiber was difficult to be digested by fish.  The solution for that problem was by applying fermenting proccesses.  Through the fermenting processes reduce crude fiber composition improve lamtoro nutritive value. This experiment was to study the influence of leave lamtoro flour which has been fermented into practical diets on the growth of carp (Cyprinus carpio) seeds.  The trail fishes used were carp (C. carpio) seeds with the average body weight of 2,30±0,02 g/fish.  Feeding frequency applied was twice a day, i.e., at 08.00 a.m and 16.00 p.m, and by appliying at satiation method.  The container used was a tub with a capacity of 15 liters. The fishes were cultured for 40 days with the stocking density of 1 fish/l.  The experimental method used was completely randomize design (RCD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates.  The treatment of A, B, C, and D were the trial diets with the prosentation of lamtoro leave flour of 0, 5, 10, and 15%.  The measured data included for of feed consumption rate, feed efficiency (FE), protein efficiency ratio (PER) relative growth rate (RGR), survival rate (SR) and water quality parameters.  The data showed that the used of fermented lamtoro into the diets resulted on significantly effects (P<0,05) on the feed consumption rate, FE, PER on the highest biological indicators and RGR valuess, but not for SR value.  Treatment C resulted that feed consumption rate 69,03%, FE 40,62%, PER 1,23% and RGR 3,14%/day.  The water quality parameters during this study were varied for into suitable range the fish life.  It was can be concluded that fermenting lamtoro leaf feed increase the growth process of carp (C. carpio) seeds.

Abstract

Digital assets in the broadest sense can be interpreted to cover all electronic assets including social media accounts. Nowadays, besides being used to interaction, social media accounts can also be utilized to gain income or material benefits. In addition, social media accounts are generally handled by influencers with abundant followers. One of the social media used by influencers on the internet is YouTube. The social media actors on YouTube are referred to as YouTubers or content creators. This research is a normative juridical legal research with the descriptive method of analysis. The result of the study shows that YouTube accounts as digital assets in practice can be used as assets in business activities. This is proven by the existence of a YouTuber or content creator who sells his account for charity or commercial purposes. In the future, YouTube accounts can potentially be a digital asset that can be used as a collateral object due to its economic value. Nevertheless, based on the property of law in Indonesia, YouTube social media accounts as a digital asset cannot be qualified as an asset yet, therefore a redefinition, a reconceptualization and a reform of the property of law are considered necessary.

Abstract

This research exposed background by wave of globalization that led to the emergence of free competition which make the principals compete in their business. Yamaha was the first company that introduce the motor automatic-based technology. Starting 2005 Yamaha matic motorcycle class become the market leader. However, if viewed developments in the following years after the emergence of other competitors, Yamaha matic market share declined to 2013. In 2013 matic motorcycle Yamaha Soul GT became the best-selling, but sales achievement matic motorcycle Yamaha Soul GT than other series of matic motorcycle Yamaha. In 2014 sales of Yamaha Soul GT also decreased and the sales below Yamaha Mio and Mio GT.The purpose of this research was to determine the level of satisfaction of customers / users Yamaha Soul GT at PT. Yamaha Mataram Sakti Setiabudi Semarang. This type of research is descriptive data capture techniques through questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 81 respondents who are customers of PT. Yamaha Mataram Sakti Setiabudi which uses Yamaha Soul GT. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using the Importance-Perfomance Analysis and Cartesian diagram.The results of this research about average level of customer satisfaction Yamaha Soul GT into the category of content, but the average level of customer expectations on eight dimensions used in this research is higher than the level of performance.Based on the research results, the researchers suggested that the company give more attention to the quality of the engine and the frame on the Yamaha Soul GT and companies need to give attention to the dimensions of durability (Age productive Yamaha Soul GT and resale price of Yamaha Soul GT) so as to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research is classroom action research and conducted at students of XI class in SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa in 2008/2009 academics years. The sample was 26 students that consisted of 5 male students and 21 female students. The research aimed to improve students comprehension ability in solubility and solubility product concept through cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type. The research was had 2 cycles, in where there was an improving of teacher interaction in learning with average value as 3,27 (81,75%) in good category at first cycle and became 3,63 (90,75%) in excellent category at second cycle. In addition, there was an improving of students interaction with average value as 2,50 (62,5%) with enough criteria at first cycle and improved as 3,50 (80,75%) in excellent criteria at second cycle. Also, there was an improving of students achievement that was 62,5% at first cycle and improved to 88% at second cycle. Therefore, it showed that there was an improving of students comprehension ability in solubility and solubility product concept through Cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type. Hence, the hypothesis that stated, If in learning about solution and result times solution used cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type then students comprehension ability in XI class of SMA N 1 Suwawa can improve is accepted.

Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan seleksi pada kegiatan pemuliaan kedelai sayur ialah produksi polong tinggi. Kegiatan seleksi dalam program pemuliaan membutuhkan keragaman genetik dan heritabilitas yang tinggi dari karakter-karakter produksi.  Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui keragaman genetik dan fenotip, serta menduga nilai heritabilitas beberapa karakter produksi kedelai sayur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tawangmangu, Jawa Tengah, dari Bulan Oktober 2011 sampai dengan Januari 2012.  Materi tanaman berupa 12 genotip kedelai sayur yang ditanam di lapangan dalam rancangan acak kelompok dengan tiga ulangan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang per tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, berat polong per tanaman, berat per polong, berat polong per plot, dan produksi polong segar memiliki keragaman genetik maupun fenotip yang tinggi.  Nilai duga heritabilitas tinggi dijumpai pada semua karakter kecuali persentase biji keras. Kombinasi keragaman genetik dan nilai duga heritabilitas tinggi dijumpai pada karakter  tinggi tanaman (pada fase R1 dan R5), jumlah cabang per tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, berat polong per tanaman, berat per polong, berat polong per plot, dan produksi polong.  Seleksi pada karakter-karakter tersebut dapat dilakukan secara langsung berdasarkan penampilan fenotipiknya di lapangan. High pod yield is one of the goals in the breeding program of vegetable soybean. Selection activities in the breeding process requires the availability of high genetic variability and heritability of production characters.The experiment was conducted at Tawangmangu, Central Java from October 2011 to January 2012. Twelve vegetable soybean genotypes were grown in a randomized complete block design with three replications to examine the genetic and phenotype variability and to estimate broad sense heritability of some production characters. The results showed that the characters namely plant height, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, weight of pods per plant, weight per pod, pod weight per plot, and pod yield were high both in genetic and phenotype variability. High heritability was found in all characters except percentage of hard seed. Combination of high genetic variability and heritability ​​was found in plant height, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, pod weight per plant, weight per pod, pod weight per plot, and pod yield. Consequently, direct selection can be done based on the appearance of phenotypic in the field for all these characters.

Abstract

Library at PT Badak LNG Bontang East Kalimantan, store various types of collections such as contract documents, agreements, plant & equipment manuals, reference books, textbooks, technical brochures, documents and data supporting the project, certification documents, images refinery engineering techniques & equipment, magazines, journals and other collections. At this time the library management is still done manually, although some have been made in electronic information systems. Besides the libraries, archives and document management systems need to be improved to support the needs of the organization. From the results of auditing the International Safety Rating System (ISRs) conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the management of archives and documents need to be improved, especially for the storing and retrieval system for archives and documents can be done quickly and accurately. Utilization of information technology has also been applied, but need to be evaluated in order to meet the needs of each user. The document has been categorized as non-active documents, removed from their respective departments to the Records Center at the Department of Services to follow rules archive retention policy. While the document is still classified as active are still kept by each department. Creation, storing, organization and management of existing documents need to be thoroughly evaluated to facilitate storing and retrieval document fast and accurate.Index Terms — Library, Archive Storage, Retrieval System

Abstract

Pada makalah ini disajikan analisis lendutan balok beton dari sebuah gedung. Analisa dilakukan menggunakan software berbasis finite element method (FEM) dan eksperimental dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis tumpuan dan tipe penampang balok terhadap lendutan.Dalam analisis menggunakan software FEM dilakukan perhitungan lendutan menggunakan persamaan lendutan balok pada dua tumpuan dengan asumsi sebagai penampang balok biasa dan penampang balok T. Selain itu, juga diperhitungkan kondisi tumpuan yaitu sebagai tumpuan sederhana dan tumpuan jepit-jepit. Dalam evaluasi secara eksperimental dilakukan uji beban terhadap balok beton yang bersangkutan sesuai SNI 2847 2013. Sebagai beban uji adalah air dan sebagai pengukur lendutan adalah linear variable displacement transducer (LVDT). Perhitungan lendutan di tengah bentang dengan software berbasis FEM dengan asumsi balok T dan tumpuan jepit-jepit menghasilkan lendutan untuk balok C 1-2 sebesar 1,652 mm dan untuk balok 2 A-B sebesar 1,987 mm. Lendutan netto di tengah bentang hasil uji beban untuk balok C 1-2 adalah sebesar 1,263 mm dan untuk balok 2 A-B adalah sebesar 1,625 mm. Dengan demikian pada eksperimen ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa lendutan balok beton hasil evaluasi menggunakan software FEM melalui perhitungan dengan asumsi penampang balok T dengan kondisi tumpuan jepit-jepit adalah yang paling mendekati lendutan hasil evaluasi secara eksperimental melalui uji beban

Abstract

Peluang agar sebuah perusahaan jangan sampai dinyatakan pailit, dan debitor masih dapat menjalankan usahanya adalah dengan jalan restrukturisasi utang. Bahkan apabila berhasil maka sebaiknya dituangkan sebagai substansi perdamaian (accord) antara kreditur dan debitur. Cara ini dapat dibilang paling efektif untuk menunda pernyataan pailit bagi perusahaan, sebab dengan adanya tenggang waktu tersebut sebuah perusahaan dapat memperbaiki usahanya dan mendapatkan penundaan pembayaran.   Kata kunci: Restrukturisasi utang dan Penundaan pembayaran.
