Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan fungsi masjid sebagai tempat ibadah dan pembinaan umat khususnya, dimana kehidupan masyarakat yang sudah begitu majemuk dan ramai, dan untuk meningkatkan ketakwaan dalam melaksanakan ibadah (shalat berjama’ah) dengan sebaik-baiknya, memakmurkan masjid mempunyai pengaruh positif bagi pembinaan masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan negara. agar syi’ar keagamaan semakin menggema karenanya membutuhkan beberapa perbaikkan karena tidak memadainya kondisi fisik bangunan, maka perlu adanya renovasi ruang wudhu yang refresentatif, merupakan program  pengurus  Masjid Nurul Iman Komplek Kanwil Kehutanan Prov. SumSel – Palembang, untuk terciptanya suasana ibadah yang khusuk dan nyaman. Adapun yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan dimulai dengan rapat Koordinasi  dengan  pengurus  Masjid Nurul Iman Komplek Kanwil Kehutanan Prov. SumSel – Palembang dan warga sekitar masjid, penyusunan dan perhitungan dalam pembuatan Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS) agar teralisisir dan terlaksana tepat waktu.Masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan dan pengembangan masyarakat. Dan disamping itu kita harus bisa memposisikan Masjid sebagai wadah pemersatu kaum muslimin.Kata kunci :  Bersuci, Bersih, Refresentatif, Ibadah Khusuk.

Abstract

Pagar Alam City has high rainfall with highland topography that to trigger landslide events, especially in villages area and road at hillside. It affects to road networks activity which affected by road failure and inhibit vehicles traffic. This study will analyzed landslide vulnerability in main road of Pagar Alam City based on topography characteristic, geology, and soil types. Distribution of landslide occurrences will assessed base on landslide occurences density in unit areas. Frequency and distribuition of landslide occurrences will analyzed by landslide trigger factors such as stability, slope, soil type and geology, infrastructures type. Meanwhile rainfall extreme events period will be analyzed with general numbers extreme model. Finally, landslide vulnerability will be analyzed with spatial multi criterias evaluation (SMCE) ILWIS due to availability of input map factors, such as poin of landslide, sloppe, soil type, geology, drainage system, infrastructure, and landcover. The result of this study showed that distribution of landslide hazard potential will be occurred in Shouth Dempo District with 12605 hectares for high and very high landslide hazard potentials.Keywods: Landslide, SMCE, ILWIS

Abstract

According to Law Decree No. 28 of 2002 that the building is important as a man carries out its activities in order to achieve various objectives that support the realization of national development goals. Given the importance of the office building, the construction of office buildings should be viewed from several sides. These include a review of the feasibility of the construction of the building, in conjunction denagan classification of office buildings in accordance with the level of service and the ability to receive the load. Unlike the construction of private buildings in which the amount of revenue per year from the building in question can be calculated, whereas in building the State, the value of the advantages seen from the benefits received by the public of the existence of the building and the performance of the agency, the profit received by the government or the State are social benefits itangible. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of building the State BPBDs Pagar Alam based disaster mitigation management. The method used in this study using spatial analysis, DaLA (Damage and Loss Assessment), and the method of SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to determine the feasibility of recommendations for the construction of state buildings. The results of the feasibility analysis of investment based methods DaLA known that the payback period occurred in the year to 8 under the assumption that acceptance comes from the local budget, while expenditure is the amount of compensation issued by the State disaster. Based on the analysis of spatial planning both sites located outside the district administrative center. Meanwhile, if viewed from the analysis of disaster-prone building at the site suggested BPBDs Atung Youngest who are outside the danger zone of the mountain api.berdasarkan SWOT analysis is known that the location in the Village of Ulu Rurah more recommended for building construction BPBDs.
