Abstract

Stasiun Madiun merupakan salah satu stasiun Besar yang berada di bawah DAOP 7 wilayah Madiun yang melayani perjalanan antar kota. Madiun merupakan salah satu daerah yang menjadi tujuan baik turis lokal maupun internasional.Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterbacaan informasi berbahasa Inggris yang ada di Stasiun Madiun, dan adanya penambahan informasi selama diberlangsungkannya tatanan new normal dalam mengatasi penyebaran Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode triangulasi. Keterbacaan informasi berbahasa Inggris di Stasiun Madiun dinilai cukup baik dengan ketersediaan informasi baik menggunakan bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris. Selama pandemic Covid-19, Stasiun Madiun menambahkan informasi yang berkaitan denganpencegahan penyebaran Corona virus. Informasi tambahan tersebut meliputi ruang isolasi, alur evakuasi calon penumpang dengan hasilĀ  rapid test menunjukkan reaktif, SOP pemeriksaan rapid test, dan persyaratan dan alur penumpang kereta api.

Abstract

Education about railways for Kindergarten (TK) students is one way to stimulate them from their environment. Field learning activities help to explore experiences that provide opportunities for kindergarten students to know and understand the learning experiences gained from the environment by observing, imitating, and experimenting. The activities carried out were direct exploration in the field which included practicing as a machinist in a train simulator, queuing at the station entrance ticket counter, boarding an inspection train directly. Community service is located at the Indonesian Railways Polytechnic Madiun. Kindergarten students are very enthusiastic and active in participating in all series of activities. The results of the implementation of community service can be concluded: (1) Kindergarten students can improve knowledge and insight related to railways directly in the field; (2) Train the emotional intelligence of kindergarten students about discipline and railway safety, as well as a culture of order when queuing so as to train their attitudes from an early age; (3) Assist the exploration of the experiences of kindergarten students related to railways.

Abstract

Open Power Track merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran tentang perkeretaapian, dengan hal ini maka pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Open Power Track, apa dan bagaimana cara mengimplementasikannya. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan kuisioner berskala likert. Dari hasil evaluasi dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini dapat: 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan baik afektif maupun psikomotorik peserta tentang Software Open Track, 2) memiliki keseuaian dan juga kebermanfaatan bagi peserta dan juga para taruna yang nantinya dibina oleh laboran/pendidik yang telah mengikuti pelatihan; dan 3) mengembangkan kemampuan para laboran dan pendidik pada program studi MTP dan TEP.

Abstract

The introduction of train-service crew members is a form of broadening the exploration of kindergarten students in getting to know the various professions that exist within the scope of railways. With the introduction of the railway facility crew, it is hoped that kindergarten students will be able to know various types of professions and the duties of each train-service crew member and expand the scientific repertoire and student experience. Community service activities were carried out at the Madiun Indonesian Railways Polytechnic and were attended by Bina Putra Kindergarten students. The introduction of the train-service crew members was carried out using the storytelling method with video media and field trips. Exploration in the field directly was also carried out in order to find out the means used by train-service crew members in a train locomotive. The activity took place enthusiastically and interactively. The results of the implementation of community service can be concluded that: (1) Bina Putra Kindergarten students increase cognitive knowledge by knowing the profession of train-service crew members and their duties, (2) Students explore the facilities used by train-service crew members directly, and (3) Increase sufficient experience in exploring various simple elements in railways.
