Abstract

PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. merupakan salah satu bank pemerintah di Indonesia. Dalam mengevaluasi performansi perusahaan, PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. telah melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Namun, pengukuran kinerja yang selama ini dilakukan hanya berdasarkan pada aspek finansial. Pengukuran kinerja secara finansial tidaklah cukup mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan sesungguhnya, sehingga dibutuhkan metode pengukuran kinerja yang lebih komprehensif sebagai tolok ukur pencapaian target perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Balanced Scorecard. Metode ini mempertimbangkan kinerja finansial dan nonfinansial dalam pengukuran kinerjanya. Dengan demikian, Balanced Scorecard dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja secara komprehensif dan pada akhirnya perusahaan dapat memperoleh gambaran mengenai performansinya secara akurat. Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini juga didukung oleh metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dan Objectives Matrix (OMAX). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks total kinerja perusahaan sebesar 8,95. Sesuai dengan Traffic Light System pada OMAX, nilai tersebut berada dalam kategori hijau dan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. secara keseluruhan sudah mencapai performansi yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Bank, Pengukuran Kinerja, Balanced Scorecard, AHP, OMAX

Abstract

A yarn company strives to produce good and quality products, but the production process that is carried out by each person will produce products targeted at a target that has been set at 5%. This study uses the Six Sigma method but only until the improvement stage. The research is to determine the DPMO value and sigma level in the spinning production process, to know what factors cause defects and new parameters to reduce the defect. Based on the results of the study that the DPMO on the type of CD thread in the spinning section is 17,130 and the sigma level is 3,6. The level of sigma that has dominated the Indonesian industry average, but has a defect of 8.7%, the target set at 5%. Damaged and dirty apron, clogged trumpet, and leaky hose are factors that plan defects. Furthermore, with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), the highest value of Risk Priority Number (RPN) in tangled defects is that the apron is damaged (140) and clogged trumpet (120), while the highest RPN value is gross dirty, i.e., dirty apron (150) and hose leaking lubricant (120).

Abstract

The gas cutting area has several jobs that are risky to the operator, such as activities with squatting, bending positions. This study aims to determine the risk of work in the gas cutting area as a basis for improving work posture. The method used is RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) is a research method for investigating disorders of the upper limbs. By measuring the group A score and group B score. Based on the results of the RULA value in the process of operating the machine with a sitting position with a score 3. clearing the cutting plate with a bent position with a score of 5, and the highest score 6 in the grinding plate cutting. To reduce pain in the neck, torso, and arms, operators should not do work postures that cause pain in the body for a long time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Pulper machines. The research was conducted using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness method. The research conducted at a company engaged in the Pulp & Paper field. Data collected by interviews and conducting direct observations in the area during February 2017. Based on the research, it can conclude that the Pulley OEE value was obtained by 77.31% with the main factor causing damage was Broken Ragger by 46%. The proposed improvements that can be given to minimize the incidence of broken ragger are training of ragger machine operators regularly, planning maintenance of scheduled ragger machines as well as providing tools to make it easier for operators to repair damaged machines

Abstract

Every company tries to minimize the cost of production to get the product with the price of flocking. A Chemical Company in Cilegon has a production cost reduction program. However, in the process of creation, still found some factors that cause high production costs, especially the cost of electricity in pumping equipment. This study aims to determine the causes of high electricity consumption in the drainage pump unit, provide suggestions for improvement and evaluate the results of revision. This research uses some new quality tools consisting of affinity diagrams, interrelationship diagrams, matrix diagrams, tree diagrams, and Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC). Based on the results of the research, the factors causing high electricity consumption in the drainage pump unit are DCS-Man forgot to stop at the G-1875 pump, the C-1851 sealing output goes to the slimy pit, and the G-1871 sealing output goes into the dirty hole. The remedial step is to move the C-1851 sealing output from the muddy ditch to the clean trench, moving the G-1871 sealing output from the filthy ditch to the clean ditch, fixing the leak in the sample product box, and the G-1875 pump made auto start-stop. These drainage improvements resulted in drainage units operating two times per week from the previous 18 times per week or decreased by 89% and can save as much as Rp 1,677,205 per year.
