Abstract

Extracurricular organizations are beneficial to college students. They help in bringing students and institutions together, let students interact in a non-formal atmosphere, and allow students to strengthen their leadership and communication skills. There are at least what books, articles, and advisors will tell the students. In today’s society, employers are hiring students more on what they can do, not their grade point average. Participating in extracurricular organizations shows future employers that students can handle school, work, and other activities, which in turn shows responsibility and organization. Do students really understand this?. Sometimes labeled as "the other education", participation in extracurricular activities provides opportunities for students to apply classroom knowledge to real world settings and develops skill that will assist in the practical realities of living after graduation. This research uses qualitative phenomenological, which aims to describe the activities of students during the process of becoming members of student organizations on campus, and to share her experiences and the benefits of the activities of the organization that she attended over the years. Using a sample of one student. The results of this study show that by holding several important positions in student organizations on campus and playing an active role, it is very useful, because their performance professional and ending with gaining experience teaching children of primary school, and became a student independent, self-confident and has experience in the organization before she underwent training in the industry and work upon graduating from college in 2018.

Abstract

Aviation business is a capital intensive and high risk in terms of safety. Legislation in force in Indonesia requires enterprises should cost in the form of a limited liability company that is obliged to deposit the basic capital of 500 billion rupiah. The capital cannot be made in working capital which is useful for the collateral to a third party. The regulations for a limited liability company are to be established by at least 2 people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the linkage of the board directors and the status of aviation industry licensing law. The position of the legal status of business entities where shareholder is only one person is to be studied in this descriptive study. The result shows that the airlines company should provide the capital risk and high insurance of the third party. UUPT also has given the authority of the shareholders (who owns 20 % of the share) to be decision makers in the company. However, without independent surveillance, it is possible that the shareholders do some mistakes in making decisions. Some mistakes are related to the policy, the using of authorized capital, and others. Aviation business is a capital intensive and high risk in terms of safety. Abstract

Saat akan berlibur, wisatawan cenderung memilih destinasi wisata dan akomodasinya. Di destinasi desa wisata, akomodasi yang tersedia adalah homestay. Selain menawarkan harga yang lebih murah, homestay juga memberikan kesempatan kepada wisatawan untuk mengenal lebih banyak dalam budaya dan kebiasaan dari warga setempat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat persepsi masyarakat yang tinggal di perkotaan di wilayah Indonesia tentang homestay di desa wisata yang ada di Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan survey berbasis media sosial. teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak (probability sampling) sesuai area (cluster) responden yang tinggal di kota dan di dapat sebanyak 707 responden. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian di gunakan uji deskriptif statistik.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa mayoritas usia responden adalah 20-30 tahun, berjenis kelamin wanita, bekerja sebagai pegawai/karyawan dengan frekuensi berlibur 2 kali setahunnya bersama keluarga dan destinasi desa wisata di Pantai Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan persepsi masyarakat kota tertarik dengan homestay dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata (3.0)

Abstract

Sudah menjadi budaya/ kebiasaan bagi wisata lokal melakukan aktifitas wisata membeli makanan ringan baik sebagai makanan ringan dan sebagai oleh-oleh. Warga Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta Utara melihat peluang besar dalam bisnis makanan ringan ini mengingat tingkat kunjungan wisatawan ke Kepulauan Seribu yang selalu tinggi terutama di akhir pekan (BAS, 25 Desember 2017). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan uji organoleptik dan uji hedonik. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 5 produk UKM Warga kepulauan seribu dengan berbahan dasar ikan selar, ikan teri, cumi dan buah sukun. Konsumen tertarik untuk membeli makanan ringan karena penampilan kemasan yang menarik serta merasakan produk makanan ringan yang enak. Wisatawan menyukai makanan ringan dengan kemasan yang manarik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui kemasan produk yang disukai berwarna biru langit. Produk yang disukai dari produk krupuk dan Abon ikan selar adalah aroma dan tekstur. Produk Stik berbahan cumi disukai pada rasa dan tekstur. Produk sambal berbahan teri dan keripik bahan sukun disukai pada tekstur dan warna.
