Abstract

The creative economy has a large contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) that the role of creativity and knowledge in generating new ideas is a driver of economic growth and is able to absorb a large number of workers. Strong infrastructure support is needed, such as platfroms and facilitators as an intermediary between creative industry players and the market or consumer if they want to expand their business into the global market. The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that can help Indonesian creative industry players to enter the global market by focusing on four things: Business Process Reengineering ; support system (in terms of product technology, legality, and capital); as well as a platform as an infrastructure as an intermediary between creative industry players and the global market. This research used a qualitative method (review paper) by using data obtained from related journals and articles that were studied, then described descriptively based on the researcher’s perspective. The key informants in the study were cassava flour producers and gluten free food pioneers who have successfully exported as research subjects.

Abstract

Tanjungjaya Village is one of the villages located around the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Banten Province. The potential possessed by Tanjungjaya Village is tourism and the creative economy. The purpose of this study is to develop a tourism village model based on Regional Innovation Capacity which is expected to contribute to tourism village development and management policies. Regional Innovation Capacity (KID) was developed from the theory of National Innovation Capacity (KIN). KID approach by adjusting several variables to regional factors, developing industrial clusters, developing production function ideas, and regional strategic policies, especially related to tourism and the creative economy. The survey was conducted on respondents consisting of policymakers, tourist attractions managers, management partners, visitors, and creative economy actors. Data processing is done by exponential regression. The innovation-based tourism village model was developed with KID as the Y variable and the X variable consisting of 33 variables: 15 Innovation General Infrastructure variables, 13 Industrial Cluster variables, and 5 variables of Relationship between Innovation Public Infrastructure and Industrial Clusters. The 33 variables of X together affect KID and can predict KID by 72.4% (R Square adjusted value). The results of partial exponential regression processing with a significance of 5% indicate that: (i) KID will increase by e^.358 = 1.43 on the X1.7 variable (proportion of the number of regional sons who work in their region compared to those from outside the region) due to the percentage change in X1.7 of 35.8%; (ii) KID will increase by e^.368 = 1.44 in the X2.13 variable (number of industries that use the same infrastructure and resources in the creative and tourism industry clusters) due to the percentage change in X2.13 of 36.8%.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Main Distribution Unit continuously improves services to customers by conducting new installations following the targeted time. Installation speed is one of the factors that influence the function and customer perception of the company. PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Distribution Main Unit serves the connection of Low Voltage (TR) and Medium Voltage (TM) electricity. Based on the identification carried out, it was found that there were obstacles experienced by the company, causing the connection work to belong. This is located in the Medium Voltage service pattern of 100 days required above the 100-day target. The length of the service process is experiencing problems from the external and internal sides of the company. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth analysis of certain methods to achieve the targets set the following year. This study examines the attributes of reliability and responsiveness using the Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) and Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) metrics. The results showed that the licensing factor and customer unpreparedness were the main reasons for the delay in installing the 100-day Medium Voltage electricity pattern.

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi kreatif diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kontribusi Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) sektor Ekonomi Kreatif (Ekraf), penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor Ekraf, jumlah usaha dan peningkatan ekspor produk atau jasa Ekraf. Ekonomi kreatif memiliki karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan rantai nilai dan nilai tambah yang mengandung kekayaan intelektual (Santoso, 2020). Pengembangan platform untuk pasar dalam negeri dan ekspor. Terdapat keterkaitan antara platform (intermediary side/ linkage) terhadap pelaku ekonomi kreatif (supply side) dan pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen (demand side). Peningkatan kemampuan ekonomi berbasis ekonomi kreatif dilakukan melalui rekayasa ulang bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penataan ulang dari proses bisnis platform ekspor dibidang subsektor kuliner dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Sistem Inovasi yang merupakan keterkaitan sisi pasokan (supply), kebutuhan (demand) dan linkage (keterkaitan sisi supply dan demand).

Abstract

(English Version)Readymix concrete is a common product that produce in plant that called batching plant, every batching plant must have Operational Performance required by design to ensure that product received well at the right time and the right grade to the project. This research purpose is to analyze work characteristic (1), compensations (2), and leading style (3) compare with operational Operational Performance (4) starts from raw material receiving to concrete delivery. Technic sampling method is using quota technics sampling with 80 respondence. This research population collected from PT XYZ readymix concrete company in Regional Banten that have 8 batching plants across. This need to be analyse in a written research due operational production activity needs to improve Operational Performance at PT XYZ company.Indo (Version)Beton siap pakai adalah produk umum yang diproduksi di pabrik yang disebut batching plant. Semua pabrik campuran harus memiliki kinerja operasional yang diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa produk diterima dengan baik pada waktu dan kualitas yang tepat untuk proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan karakteristik pekerjaan (1) penghargaan (2) gaya kepemimpinan (3) dan kinerja manajer (4), mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman beton. Sebagai metode pengambilan sampel, kami mengadopsi metode pengambilan sampel kuota sebanyak 80 responden. Subyek penelitian ini berasal dari perusahaan beton siap pakai PTXYZ di pedesaan Banten, dimana terdapat delapan mixing plant yang tersebar. Hal ini perlu dianalisis dalam sebuah studi tertulis karena operasi manufaktur perlu meningkatkan kinerja operasional di PTXYZ.

Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta Airport branch office provides facilities in the form of an Automated People Mover System (APMS) or Skytrain. The facility is an unmanned flyover that functions as a facility in moving between terminals at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The Automated People Mover System (APMS) facility is connected to the airport train through an integrated building, making it easier for passengers to go to or from the Soekarno Hatta airport terminal. The purpose of this study was to determine the criteria for public interest in the use of the Automated People Mover System (APMS) based on the criteria used by researchers. The criteria of the research are aspects of ease/accessibility, comfort, security and time efficiency. The study used a mixed method approach in the form of collecting data from filling out questionnaires and interviews with a number of sources, namely experts in charge of service and facility Automated People Mover System (APMS). The methodology in this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis tool super decision software version 2.10.0. The results of the study indicate that the criteria for public interest in the use of the Automated People Mover System (APMS) is to prioritize the convenience criteria over other criteria. The weight or value of the criteria used is the highest criterion is the comfort aspect with a weight of 37%, then the security aspect 22%, then the ease/accessibility aspect 21% and the time efficiency aspect 19%.Keywords - APMS, Soekarno Hatta Airport, Facility, AHP, Super Decisio
