Abstract

ABSTRAK  Analisis regresi merupakan analisis statistik yang mempalajari bagaimana memodelkan regresi linear. Jika model regresi linear memenuhi uji asumsi klasik dengan metode OLS maka mempunyai sifat BLUE (Beast Linear Unbiased Estimator). Uji heteroskedastisitas,yaitu varian error pada setiap nilai variabel bebas bernilai tidak konstan. Akibat dari heteroskedastisitas yaitu nilai parameter yang diperoleh tetap tidak bias tetapi varian penaksir yang diperoleh menjadi tidak efisien, artinya uji hipotesis yang dilakukan tidak akan memberikan hasil yang baik (tidak valid) atau prediksi koefisien-koefisien populasinya akan keliru. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat heteroskedastisitas dilakukan uji White. Karena terdapat heteroskedastisitas pada skripsi ini, maka harus dilakukan transformasi dengan metode kuadrat terkecil tertimbang (Weighted Least Square).Kata Kunci: Uji Asumsi Klasik, Weighted least Square, Uji White. ABSTRACT  Regression analysis is a statistical analysis that learn how to model linear regression. If a linear regression model meets the Classic Assumption Test by OLS method, it has the nature of BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). Error variance at each independent variable value is not constant. It means that heteroskedasticity test is unfulfilled and  the classical assumption is not met.The result of heteroskedastisitas is that the parameter value remains biased but variance estimator becomes inefficient. It means thata hypothesis test wouldn’t give good results (not valid) or predictions coefficients of the population would be mislead. Therefore, to know whether there are heteroskedasticity, White test is conducted. Because heteroskedasticity exists in this thesis, transformation with weighted least squares method (Weighted Least Square) must be carried out.Keyword: Classic Assumption Test, Weighted least Square, White Test.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of chitosan as anti-inflammatory in rheumatoid arthritic in reduction of paw edema using plethysmometer. Chitosan was isolated from the shrimp shell on the Trisik Coastal were administered orally on 17-32th day with CMC 0,5%. This research using repeated measure design. To evaluate anti-inflammatory effect of the suspension, an arthritic rats model was developed using Complete Freund`s Adjuvant (CFA) on 1-16th day. In addition, the research was divided into 5 groups (n=6) including normal control groups, positive control groups, negative control groups, 1 group were treated by chitosan suspension at 50 mg/200 gram BW doses and the other group were treated by chitosan suspension at 100 mg/200 gram BW doses. The reduction of paw edema were determined every 3 day after 17th days then analyzed using general linear repeated measure test (p<0,05). The results showed that paw edema of arthritic rats were evidently decreased by chitosan suspension at 100 mg/200 gram BW doses (142,66%) better than chitosan suspension  at 50 mg/200 gram BW doses (117,23%). In conclusion, the chitosan from shrimp shell of Trisik coastal is found to be effective as anti-inflammatory in rheumatoid arthritic rats model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work environment on discipline of employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Branch Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study were employees of PT. Altrak 1978 Branch Pekanbaru 2015 as many as 87 people. Meanwhile, all the population are the respondent of this research, so the method is cencus. Analysis of the data using quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that compensation and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on the discipline of employees, while the partial test (t-test) showed that compensation and work environment partially significant effect on work discipline employee. Companies should pay more attention to discipline the employee to work with the maximum as leaders must have the courage to act decisively to apply penalties to subordinates who violate the rules. If there are employees who do not comply with work rules, the company reserves the right to give strict punishment for those employees. Sanctions here could be a suspension or dismissal of employees when the employee is no longer care for work discipline and reprimand from the boss.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment and Discipline.

Abstract

The emergence of radicalism problem has threatened disintegration of nation. Therefore, it needs a big role of education especially Islam religious education in preventing the understanding of radical religious teachings, maintaining the character of loving peace and nationalism values. Thus, this research is important to be conducted. This research aims to elaborate de-radicalization of Islamic teachings in Senior High School. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from the implementation of curriculum 2013 by senior high school teachers of Islamic religious education in Masamba, South Sulawesi. Data collection was done through direct observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. Data validity was checked through source triangulation and methods. The analysis was done by collecting, presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusion. The results of research were shown that de-radicalization in Islamic education faced several obstacles in achieving assessment standard. Nevertheless, Islamic education in curriculum 2013 can foster students’ character of religious, tolerant, democratic, and peace-love. As an effort of preventing, de-radicalization was done early through Islamic education. The practice of de-radicalization was carried out by teachers in a form of introducing and implementing religious values, tolerance, and nationalism in learning process by integrated with syllabus, teaching materials, and lesson plan.
