Abstract

The diversity of culture is treasure the which is highly valued, but on the other hand, The differences that will not managed can give rise to various problems such as those often faced by this people. Communication cross culture could give variety in terms of culture and social organization in depth, Can learn about the development of individuals, family, gender, control over crime, and social inequalities. We can also said that the core idea of the communication of cross-cultural situated on a communication between people and different groups culture, Which are affected by the attitude, resources, and history and the process of interpretation and the interaction that influenced by participants in communication. Disparities economy, social, political, and inability people in understand the group has resulted in clashes. Education has been tending to give a serving that excessive aspects on planting competence hard skills and less member a serving that worthy on planting soft skills. Character education very influential to be able to cope with the human characters start from family , school , and environment communities through cross-cultural communication. Character of being characteristic of the one source of the environment. To improve the quality of learning in building character can through the habit of disciplined educator as well as learning atmosphere conducive using cross-cultural communication as education formation character. The learning of languages and literature Indonesian can develop human resource having intellectual and psychomotor about the rudiments speaking in relation to character education. In a system planting values character to the schools that includes components knowledge, consciousness or volition, and action to implement values through local culture.Keyword: the diversity, culture, education, communication, environment, learning

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat (GELMAS) di Kecamatan Monta Kabupaten Bima yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Bupati Bima Nomor 35 Tahun 2019 Tentang Gerakan Literasi di Kabupaten Bima Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Desa Sakuru. Pemilihan objek tersebut disebabkan pada ketersediaan delapan indikator yang ada pada Peraturan Bupati Bima tersebut dibandingkan dengan 13 desa lain yang ada di kecamatan Monta. Manfaat penelitan ini diantaranya adalah untuk mengetahui pola implementasi gerakan literasi masyarakat di desa Sakuru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Kepala Urusan Kesejahteraan, Karang Taruna, Pengurus Perpustakaan Desa dan Tokoh masyarakat. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, dan alat dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif berupa triangulasi versi Miles Huberman. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat di Desa Sakuru diantaranya adalah; (1) Kegiatan Ceramah dan Kajian Islam oleh Majelis Ta’alim; (2) Kegiatan Marawis Oleh Majelis Ta’alim dan Remaja Masjid; (3) Lomba Bacaan Ayat pendek oleh Majelis Ta’alim dan Remaja Masjid; (4) Pengenalan huruf Hijaiyah; dan (5) Bimbingan Belajar. (6) Lomba Kaligrafi; (7) Lomba Master of Ceremony. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Literasi, Peraturan Bupati

Abstract

Abstrak : Pendemi Virus Corona memaksa sistem pendidikan di Indonesia untuk menggunakan pembelajaran dalam jaringan mulai tingkat SD sampai Perguruan Tinggi, hal ini membuat guru dan dosen untuk menyesuaikan kebiasaan baru tersebut dengan melakukan pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi dalam jaringan internet. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar respon dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi google classroom sehingga dapat mempermudah dosen dan mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik survey dalam mengumpulkan data dilapangan. Sampel terdiri dari 70 orang mahasiswa semester 1 PGSD dibagi dalam 2 kelas yaitu kelas G sejumlah 30 orang dan Kelas H 40 orang. Angket diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti pembelajaran daring Mata Kuliah Konsep Dasar PKN. Jumlah pertanyaan diberikan sebanyak 15 pertanyaan dengan pilihan jawaban Sangat tidak setuju, Setuju, Ragu, Tidak Setuju, Sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rata-rata respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan Google Classroom pada tiap indikator penelitian adalah paling tinggi pada indikator pertama sebanyak 78,29% di Kelas G dan indikator pemahaman materi dalam google classroom sebesar 71,12% berada pada kategori setuju. Sementara di Indikator pertama tentang kemudahan mahasiswa menggunakan google classroom pada Kelas H sebesar 75,33% dan Indikator Pemahaman Materi dalam Google Classroom sebesar 75,16% yaitu berada pada kategori setuju.  Kata Kunci; Respon, pembelajaran, Google Classroom, Masa Covid Abstract : The Corona Virus pandemic forces the education system in Indonesia to use online learning from elementary to tertiary level, this makes teachers and lecturers to adapt to this new habit by doing online learning using applications on the internet network. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the response and readiness of students in using the google classroom application so that it can make it easier for lecturers and students to interact in learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with survey techniques in collecting data in the field. The sample consisted of 70 PGSD 1st semester students divided into 2 classes, 30 students in G class and 40 students in H class. The questionnaire was given to students who were taking online learning in the Basic Concepts of PKN. The number of questions given is 15 questions with answer choices; Strongly disagree, Agree, Doubt, Disagree, Strongly disagree. The results of the study found that the average student response to the use of Google Classroom on each research indicator was the highest in the first indicator as much as 78.29% in Class G and the indicator of material understanding in google classroom by 71.12% in the agree category. While the first indicator about the ease with which students use google classroom in Class H is 75.33% and the Material Understanding Indicator in Google Classroom is 75.16%, which is in the agree category. Keywords; Response, Learning, Google Classroom, Covid 19

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 is characterized by cyber-physical systems, starting to touched the virtual of the  world, in the form of human, machine and data connectivity, all of are  which everywhere. This term is known as the Internet of Things (IoT). The 4.0 industrial revolution changed the way of life of various sectors of human life, one of them was education. One of the challenges in the field of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the used of internet technology in learning which is part of 21st century learning. In 21st century learning, students are required to master their skills, knowledge, and abilities in the field of  technology. In order to relized it, a teacher's competency and creativity is needed to face these challenges. Teachers who mastering the  knowledge and ability to adapt in  new technologies and global challenges can influence the skills and knowledge of students. The inprovement of teacher competency in facing the challenges of learning in the era of the industrial revolution is to attended activity forums such as MGMP, scientific forums, training (training), Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) that can hone the skills of a teacher.
