Abstract

Mathematics is the basic foundation for other sciences. Equation is a mathematical model that can describe real-life problems, one of which is estimating non-tax state revenues in the coming year. Non-State Revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak, PNBP) is the scope of state finances which is equipped with the State Assets and Auction Service Office (kantor pelayanan keuangan negara dan lelang, KPKNL) which must be reported on the realization of PNBP that will be deposited into the state treasury. Such situation happens because expenditures in each government agency will be available and increase every year by the government. Therefore, direktorat jenderal keuangan negara (DJKN) have to be more optimal in the management of the PNBP. This study aims to determine the results of the best estimates and exponential models in estimating non-tax state income at the KPKNL Bandung, Indonesia, in year of 2017 and 2018. This research includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results show that the calculation using the exponential 4th model is the best model for estimating PNBP such that the estimated PNBP results in 2017 is Rp. 574,775,677 and in 2018 is Rp. 798,022,691.

Abstract

Abstract—Simulation methodology has become popular among network researchers due to the availability of various sophisticated and the flexibility of simulation packages in model construction and the result’s validation. The objective of our research is to introduce a discrete simulator tools known as SimEvents toolbox that runs on MATLAB-Simulink with the advantages of graphical user interface (GUI) system and a total customized simulator design. In this paper, we design a model-based network simulator named as “CDNlink”. CDNlink is designed based on a queuing model and functioned to study the content delivery networks (CDN). As a result, we have designed the simulator for Client, Router, DNS, and Server. Moreover, we simulate the CDN system for packet round trip time (RTT) and server’s queue length.Keywords—simulink, content delivery network, model-based simulation, simevents, cdnlink.

Abstract

Car and motorcycle vehicles are vital needs in this modern era to help someone to a certain place. Inevitably the increasing number of cars and motorbikes with fewer roads to accommodate these vehicles results in congestion or long queues that are so crowded. So the government also conducted several methods to unravel congestion, including traffic engineering. This method can be said to be successful if congestion in an area can decrease from usual. However, not every successful traffic engineering, even congestion is getting worse. Therefore we need to test the results of traffic engineering. One of them is using the M/M/1 queuing model with Poisson distribution and then simulated by SimEvents in Matlab. As researchers, we can also provide solutions to unravel these bottlenecks. The traffic engineering that we are going to analyze is Cipaganti traffic engineering, Bandung.

Abstract

The smooth flow of traffic is one of the parameters of controlled transportation system management. As the population grows, traffic becomes more congested and causes congestion in various locations. One of the locations of congestion of national concern is the Cinunuk road that connects the Cibiru Roundabout to Cileunyi (BCC). The BCC is located in the Cibiru and Cileunyi sub-districts, the border of the City and Regency of Bandung. The congestion starts at the Cibiru roundabout and continues along the Cinunuk highway to the one-way intersection for each lane. BCC is the only Non-Toll road that connects traffic in northern West Java to the south and east coast via the city of Bandung. This condition results in high flow of vehicles that pass through the lane so that congestion occurs every day from morning to night. One alternative solution to unravel this congestion problem is to build a new alternative path known as the Cileunyi Circle (LC). This article discusses the study of traffic situations at BCC locations with LC alternatives through mathematical modeling methods and simulations. The application used for simulation is MATLAB-SimEvents on the basis of the queue model.

Abstract

Abstract. Traffic queues are a common problem serving various cities in Indonesia. One way to minimize traffic queues is to use traffic lights with appropriate cycle time settings. The existence of traffic lights is very helpful to curb traffic, but there is still a less than optimal use of traffic lights. For example, in the traffic lane in the Pasteur area of ​​Bandung, determining which flow should be green or red first and how long it takes the lights to turn on in each color. One solution to solve this problem is through the point coloring approach of the Graph by implementing the Welch-Powell algorithm and support with Queuing Theory as a representation of the traffic light model. Using the information about the direction of the currents in the Pasteur junction, a graph can be formed and the point coloring is performed using the Welch-Powell algorithm. The results of the implementation of the Welch-Powell algorithm obtained the duration of one new cycle at traffic lights. Furthermore, the results obtained by testing with Queuing Theory where the results obtained that the duration of the new pasteur traffic light is more optimal than one traffic light cycle based on field data. Abstrak. Antrian lalu lintas menjadi permasalahan umum yang dihadapi berbagai kota di Indonesia. Salah satu cara meminimalisir antiran lalu lintas adalah melalui penggunaan lampu lalu lintas dengan pengaturan siklus waktu yang tepat. Keberadaan lampu lalu lintas sangat membantu untuk menertibkan lalu lintas, namun masih ada kasus penggunaan lampu lalu lintas yang kurang optimal. Sebagai contoh pada persimpangan lalu lintas di kawasan Pasteur Bandung, penentuan arus mana yang harus hijau atau merah terlebih dahulu dan berapa lama waktu lampu untuk menyala dalam masing-masing warna. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah melalui pendekatan pewarnaan titik pada Graf dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Welch-Powell serta dikaitkan dengan Teori Antrian sebagai representasi model lampu lalu lintas. Melalui informasi tentang arah dari arus-arus yang berada dalam Persimpangan Pasteur, dapat dibentuk sebuah graf dan dilakukan pewarnaan titik dengan algoritma Welch-Powell. Hasil dari implementasi algoritma Welch-Powell didapatkan durasi satu siklus baru pada lampu lalu lintas. Selanjutnya dimana diperoleh hasil dilakukan pengujian dengan Teori Antrian dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa durasi lampu lalu lintas pasteur yang baru lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan satu siklus lampu lalu lintas berdasarkan data lapangan.

Abstract

Abstract. X is an institution that provides scholarships for students who want to continue their studies to college. There are several criteria for scholarship recipients: economics and sub-criteria the number of dependents and parental income, academic and sub-criteria absenteeism and parallel ranking, organization and sub-criteria forum activity and position, and memorizing the Qur'an and sub-criteria tartil and fluency in reading. The Analytic Network Process is a method of decision making that represents the relationship between the criteria. The purpose of this study is to apply the ANP method and compare it with conventional assessment by X. Based on the results using the ANP method, the value alternative obtained, alternative A is 0.0238, alternative B is 0.0223, and alternative C is 0.024. Then the ranking is based on the smallest value and the two best alternatives are taken, alternative A and alternative B. For conventional calculations the best ranking is alternative B with a value 58. Then for rankings 2 and 3 it cannot be determined because they have the same values it is 52. Abstrak. X adalah lembaga pemberi beasiswa untuk pelajar yang ingin melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan penerima beasiswa antara lain, ekonomi untuk subkriterianya jumlah tanggungan dan penghasilan orang tua, akademik untuk subkriterianya absensi dan ranking paralel, organisasi untuk subkriterianya keaktifan forum dan jabatan, dan hafalan Al-Qur’an subkriterianya tartil dan kelancaran membaca. Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) adalah salah satu metode dari pengambilan keputusan yang merepresentasikan hubungan antar kriteria penilaian satu sama lain secara timbal balik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan metode ANP kemudian dibandingkan dengan penilaian secara konvensional oleh pihak X. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan menggunakan metode ANP diperoleh nilai alternatif diantaranya untuk alternatif A bernilai 0.0238, alternatif B bernilai 0,0223, dan alternatif C bernilai 0,024. Kemudian dilakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan nilai terkecil dan diambil dua alternatif terbaik yaitu alternatif A dan alternatif B. Untuk perhitungan secara konvensional diperoleh ranking terbaik adalah alternatif B dengan jumlah nilai 58. Kemudian untuk ranking 2 dan 3 tidak dapat ditentukan karena memiliki jumlah nilai yang sama besar yaitu 52.

Abstract

Abstract. Optimization can be done through several methods, including the Lagrange method, substitution, linear programming and others. Linear programs can be used to optimize the profits of a company, both large companies, and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The general problem faced by MSMEs is how to properly combine the production factors they have in order to obtain maximum profit with minimal costs. MSME Aini Nabani @temen.nasi is one of the MSMEs that has been active since 2019, and produces 2 types of chili sauce, namely the production of Sambal Tongkol and Sambal Cumi. The research objective in this thesis is to use the simplex method in a linear program to optimize profits from chili production by MSME Aini Nabani. Based on the analysis using the Linear Program with the simplex method assisted by the QM for Windows V5 software, it can be concluded that the results of calculating the optimal profit for Aini Nabani's MSMEs are producing 200 tongkol chili sauce and 300 squid chili sauce with a profit of 5,000,000. The increase in profits was 42.85%, compared to the previous profit. Keywords: Linear Program, Simplex, Profit Optimization, QM for Windows V5. Abstrak. Optimalisasi dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa metode, diantaranya metode Lagrange, Substitusi, program linear dan lain-lain. Program Linear dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan suatu perusahaan, baik perusahaan besar, maupun perusahaan mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah bagaimana mengkombinasikan faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki dengan tepat agar diperoleh keuntungan maksimal dengan biaya yang minimal. UMKM Aini Nabani @temen.nasi adalah salah satu UMKM yang telah bergerak sejak 2019, dan memproduksi 2 jenis sambal, yaitu produksi Sambal Tongkol dan Sambal Cumi. Tujuan penelitian dalam skripsi ini yaitu menggunakan metode simpleks pada program linear untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan dari produksi sambal oleh UMKM Aini Nabani. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan Program Linear metode simpleks berbantuan software QM for Windows V5 dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan keuntungan optimal pada UMKM Aini Nabani adalah memproduksi sambal tongkol sebanyak 200 dan sambal cumi sebanyak 300 dengan keuntungan yang diperoleh 5.000.000. Kenaikan keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar 42,85%, dibandingkan dengan perolehan keuntungan sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: Program Linear, Simpleks, Optimasi Keuntungan, QM for Windows V5

Abstract

Abstract. Conditions regarding urban traffic, especially big cities, for example in the Soekarno Hatta area, Bandung City, until now transportation in the area has experienced rapid development both in quality and quantity, resulting in congestion. One of the traffic lights that experiences a buildup of vehicles in Soekarno Hatta, Bandung City is at the traffic light at the Soekarno Hatta SAMSAT intersection, especially during peak hours (working hours). One alternative solution to reduce or prevent the accumulation of vehicles at traffic lights is to analyze the traffic system at times that are prone to vehicle accumulation using queuing theory. Analysis of the vehicle queuing system at traffic lights at the Soekarno-Hatta SAMSAT intersection using the M/M/1 queuing model. Based on the analysis using the M/M/1 queuing model, it can be concluded that the calculation results obtained the value of the average time proportion required for vehicles to pass through the queuing system is 97,47%, the average number of vehicles in the system is 38,46, The average number of vehicles waiting in the system is 0,36. the average waiting time in the queue is 0,35 and the average number of vehicles waiting in the queue is 37,48. Abstrak. Kondisi mengenai lalu lintas perkotaan khususnya kota-kota besar misalnya di Daerah Soekarno Hatta, Kota Bandung, hingga saat ini transportasi di daerah tersebut mengalami perkembangan yang pesat baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, sehingga mengakibatkan kemacetan. Salah satu lampu lalu lintas yang mengalami penumpukan kendaraan di Soekarno Hatta, Kota Bandung adalah di lampu lalu lintas persimpangan SAMSAT Soekarno Hatta, terutama pada saat jam sibuk (jam kerja). Salah satu alternatif solusi untuk mengurangi atau mencegah penumpukan kendaraan pada lampu lalu lintas adalah dengan melakukan analisis pada sistem lalu lintas pada waktu yang rawan terjadi penumpukan kendaraan dengan menggunakan teori antrian. Analisis sistem antrian kendaraan pada lampu lalu lintas di persimpangan SAMSAT Soekarno-Hatta menggunakan model antrian M/M/1. Bersdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan model antrian M/M/1 dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai proporsi waktu rata-rata yang dibutuhkan kendaraan untuk melewati sistem antrian adalah 97,47%, jumlah rata-rata kendaraan dalam sistem adalah 38,46, waktu rata-rata kendaraan menuggu dalam sistem adalah 0,36, waktu rata-rata menuggu dalam antrian adalah 0,35 dan jumlah rata-rata kendaraan yang menuggu dalam antrian adalah 37,48.

Abstract

Abstract. Fuzzy Inference System requires several stages to get the output, 1) formation of fuzzy sets, 2) formation of rules, 3) application of implication functions, 4) composition of rules, and 5) defuzzification. Fuzzy Clustering is useful in forming fuzzy sets and identifying rules in a Fuzzy Inference System. Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means is a method of Fuzzy Clustering, which is a combination of Subtractive Clustering and Fuzzy C-Means methods to overcome the weakness of Fuzzy C-Means in determining the number of clusters, initializing the initial membership matrix and inconsistency problems. In this study, the biomedical voice measurement data from healthy subjects and subjects with Parkinson's disease made by Max Little were classified using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System which was formed from the cluster center generated by the Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means Method. The results of the Fuzzy Inference System formed, the highest accuracy for training data is 85.62% with a radius of 0.8 and 9 rules. The highest accuracy for test data is 85.71% with a radius of 0.84 and 8 rules. The highest average accuracy is 85.01% with a radius of 0.8 and 8 rules. Abstrak. Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy memerlukan beberapa tahap untuk mendapatkan output, 1) pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, 2) pembentukan aturan, 3) aplikasi fungsi implikasi, 4) komposisi aturan dan 5) defuzifikasi. Fuzzy Clustering berguna dalam pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan identifikasi aturan pada Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy. Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means merupakan salah satu metode dari Fuzzy Clustering yang merupakan penggabungan antara metode Subtractive Clustering dan Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengatasi kelemahan Fuzzy C-Means dalam menetukan jumlah cluster, inisialisasi matriks keanggotaan awal dan masalah inkonsistensi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan klasifikasi data pengukuran suara biomedis dari subjek sehat dan subjek dengan penyakit Parkinson yang dibuat oleh Max Little menggunakan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Mamdani yang terbentuk dari pusat cluster yang dihasikan oleh Metode Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means. Sistem inferensi fuzzy yang terbentuk menghasilkan tingkat akurasi tertinggi sebesar 85,62% pada data latih dengan radius 0,8 dan jumlah aturan sebanyak 9 aturan, akurasi tertinggi untuk data uji sebesar 85,71% pada radius 0,84 dengan 8 aturan dan total akurasi tertinggi sebesar 85,01% pada radius 0,84 dengan jumlah aturan sebanyak 8 aturan.

Abstract

The buying and selling transaction system that many people use today is the online buying and selling system. In this system, there is a process of goods delivery by one branch of a freight forwarder in Indonesia, namely SiCepat Express Baleendah. In the process of shipping goods, a delivery route with the shortest path is needed in order to minimize of the goods delivery process. The problem of the route of goods delivery can be solved by one of the algorithms in the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), namely the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) Algorithm. This study aims to determine the shortest route and distance for goods delivery using the CIH Algorithm by the Asymmetric TSP CIH application, as well as knowing its efficiency compared to the route that used by SiCepat Express Baleendah. The result shows that the use of the CIH Algorithm is proven to produce a more efficient delivery route than the route created by SiCepat Express Baleendah. Based on the goods delivery route from SiCepat Express Baleendah, the result of the total distance is 18.55 km. On the other hand, based on the CIH Algorithm, the delivery route obtained result is 13.45 km. The efficiency of using the CIH Algorithm is 27.48% better than the result from SiCepat Express Baleendah route.
