Abstract

The fire department is a government agency that handles fire and fire prevention. After conducting research, quite a lot of activities or activities found in the fire department, especially in the field of fire prevention, one of which is managing data about the layout of providers of fire prevention facilities so that they can be useful information and help in fire prevention efforts by postal officers extinguisher. But in doing so, fire department officials find difficulties such as the difficulty of finding the location of the supporting aspects, misinformation of the layout of supporting facilities so that it takes a lot of time, and demographic data has not been thoroughly integrated and centralized with the main database. making it difficult to update and allow errors. Geographical Information System (GIS) layout of providers of web-based fire prevention facilities is expected to provide solutions to the problems above, thus facilitating the process of managing information on the layout of providers of fire prevention facilities

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, government agencies in general operate their management using a computerized system. The system is a collection of elements / elements that are interrelated and influence each other in carrying out joint activities to achieve a goal. The system is very necessary in an organization or company, or service. The smooth running of government and development is very dependent on the performance of the state apparatus, especially the Civil Servants as development planners and implementers. In completing various tasks and responsibilities that constitute an effort to carry out the duties of the Civil Servant, the employee needs to be fostered as well as possible. Performance appraisal is known by the term performance rating, performance appraisal, personnel assessment, employee evaluation is an evaluation activity carried out by the Office or company on employee work performance. Employees are people who are employed in a particular body, both in government institutions and in business entities. An employee appraisal method, namely management by objectives, is a process of approval of objectives within an organization so that management and employees approve these objectives and understand what their position is in the organization.

Abstract

In the current era of computerization, the computer is the tool used by each user, both individuals and institutions have to support the tasks and functions as well as obtain the required information in a way that easier and faster. Currently the department store room Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Company transaction process of repair and replacement of spare parts is still done manually, resulting data processing each transaction prone to error. The research outlined in this report aims to facilitate each employee Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Company, especially department Store Room in processing the data and monitor to be a good status. Thus the Store Room requires the design of information systems that can produce information quickly, reducing data errors occur, facilitate the search for the items required, so that all the transactions can be done easily. The methodology used for the development of this system is the Waterfall Model and storage of data using SQL Server 2005. With the design of Management Information Systems Repair and Replacement Parts Industrial Engineering Department Store Room is expected later in making applications run smoothly and can be applied in the company. After conducting research and analysis and discussion of the problem , there are some problems and obstacles that can be used as guidelines to improve the existing system so that in making this application program problems and obstacles can be overcome as well as possible to support the company's performance.

Abstract

The development of internet technology rapidly, as one of information medium can certainly provide an ease in accessing information for an education institution. Before growing the internet technology, information process could not be worked properly, effectively, and efficiently. By the existence the Web-based information system of student academic monitoring at SMP 1 Kota Serang, it could provide convenience system for students or parents in monitoring students’ academic involved attendance information and student academic score. Monitoring is an activity that can be described as awareness about what would like to know, the highlevel monitoring is done in order to make the measurement of time that shows the movement or away from it. Monitoring will provide information on the status and tend to that measurement and evaluation are completed repeatedly from time to time, monitoring is generally carried out for specific purposes therefore the information provided by the school may be accepted well for students and parents. This web-based information system of student academic Monitoring at SMAP 1 Kota Serang was designed by using HTML, PHP, and MySQL as based of data. While in creating system design, the writer used the structured of database design method in diagram flow data (DFD). With applying student academic Monitoring, it can overcome the existing problems and ease in process of service that can be handled quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology. Information technology can help in producing information systems that are fast, accurate, relevant and timely. information is needed in various sectors that will support developments in all fields and can help solve problems to get the right results. Web-Based Information System for New Student Admissions is a system designed to carry out automatic selection starting from the registration process, the selection process until announcement of the result which is made online and real time based. The online PPDB system is able to satisfy expectations among the people regarding the implementation of new student admission system that are objective, transparent, accountable, quick and accurate. In this Community Service, the focus is on the process of implementation new student admissions (PPDB) which is carried out online. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the online admission process of new students (PPDB) has only been running for a year. This research method uses the Waterfall method. certainly in the process of implementation PPDB online there are still some things that need to be considered. As well as the socialization that was carried out, because not all people understand the existing technology, need specific part in the verification process according to the field of certificate being verified.

Abstract

The Objective of this research is to easier in providing the waiter to the customer if you want to consult about a computer malfunction. The methodology in this research is the Waterfall method and for the method on the application form of the method Forward Chaining which is a method of inference that reasoning from a problem to a solution and Backward Chaining is Adopting the Goal-Driven, starting from the expectation of what will happen (hypothesis) and then look for evidence to support (or opposite) with our expectations. The results obtained from this research is the Knowledge Base Management System For Computer Troubleshooting integrated with the database to support the process of computer malfunction information easily, quickly, and accurately. The conclusion that can be drawn from this program, namely system reduces the Knowledge Base Trouble Shooting, will be help in gave the service to customers, storage has become a single entity, can reduce redundancy or redundancy of the data, can display information a computer malfunction that required so can easier the officer analysis computer damage

Abstract

Proses administrasi TOEFL pada Lembaga Bahasa FKIP Universitas Banten Jaya seperti pendaftaran, pembayaran TOEFL, penjadwalan ujian, perhitungan skor dan pengumuman hasil masih dilakukan secara manual, belum secara online. Mahasiswa harus datang ke kampus untuk mendaftar sebagai peserta ujian. Pada saat pembuatan sertifikat, peserta diminta mengirim kembali data diri mereka kepada Lembaga Bahasa. Pencatatan double entry ini, berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaksinkronan pada saat pencatatan data pendaftaran dan pencatatan data sertifikat. Peserta tidak dapat secara mandiri mencari berita atau hal yang terkait dengan ketentuan tes TOEFL, tidak dapat secara online melihat jadwal pelaksanaan tes dan pengumuman penting lainnya. Admin yang mengolah data peserta TOEFL juga mengalami kesulitan pada saat mencari data histori secara cepat. Pimpinan Lembaga Bahasa menunggu waktu lama untuk mendapatkan data karena harus meminta terlebih dahulu kepada admin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut dengan cara mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi administrasi TOEFL berbasis web untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pelayanan kepada peserta agar efektif dan efisien khususnya dalam pengolahan data. Metodologi penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan sistem adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan menggunakan usecase diagram. Tools untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi adalah framework Codeigniter dengan menerapkan arsitektur HMVC (Hierarchical Model-View-Controller). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mempermudah proses administrasi TOEFL dengan mengotomatisasikan beberapa proses bisnis yang ada, baik dari sisi admin TOEFL, pimpinan Lembaga Bahasa maupun dari sisi para peserta. Kata kunci: Sistem administrasi TOEFL, framework, codeigniter, HMVC, waterfall.

Abstract

Attendance is an important thing for an agency or company. Attendance says it is important because it can affect the salary or wages of an employee and attendance can also see the performance of an employee who is often present or absent. Therefore, the attendance process requires accuracy in its implementation so as not to hinder company performance. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system which is expected to help the performance of the company, especially in the Human Resources sector, to be faster and more practical. The research method used in this employee attendance information system is descriptive research method, while for the development of the system using a waterfall which includes requirements, system analysis, system design, system creation, system implementation, and system maintenance which is expected to assist in developing systems with work experience this clerk. This application development program uses a web-based application. In this system the data processing becomes more effective and efficient. The search for data is guaranteed to be easier.
