Abstract

Lapan Tubsat satellite has produced large number of videos or satellite images since the first launch from the Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota India, on January 10, 2007. LAPAN expect that the results of the satellite tracking needs a storage media that enables it to be more accessible and attractive to the public. Therefore, a facility is designed and implemented to meet the user requirements. The built of an interactive video gallery which is embedded with the site is the main focus of this paper. In addition, animations and video player are also implemented so that Lapan Polar Satellite Sites (SLPS) become more interactive and interesting to the site visitors.

Abstract

Komputer saat ini telah menjadi alat bantu utama bagi manusia, akan tetapi penggunaan Komputer itu sendiri belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Daya kreatifitas para pemakai pun telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Telah banyak penerapan teknologi informasi di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Seperti aplikasi-aplikasi multimedia, teknologi internet, bahkan teknologi baru di bidang mikrokontroler. Komputer mempunyai saluran paralleldan serial yang mempunyai alamat masukan dan keluaran. Saluran ini menghubungkan antara alat-alat diluar komputer yang biasa disebut dengan slot ekspansi. Salah satu saluran yang terdapat dalam komputer adalah serial port atau yang sering disebut COM. Fungsi port tersebut adalah sebagai connector input / output untuk sarana interface serial.

Abstract

INCREASING TEACHER INNOVATION THROUGH STRENGTHENING INFORMATION LITERACY AND SELF-EFFICIENCYTeacher innovation is closely related with new knowledge, methods and strategies as well as learning service. Those aspects are very important to support the achievement of national education as well. This study aimed to find out that there was a relationship between teacher innovation increase with information literacy and self-efficacy strength. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using correlation analysis and SITOREM analysis. The research was carried out in 7 public high schools around Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The population of the study was 178 civil servant teachers. The results of the study as the following conclusions: 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between information literacy and teacher innovation (ry1 = 0.662), 2) there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and teacher innovation (ry2 = 0.643), 3) there was a positive relationship between information literacy and self-efficacy together with teacher innovation (ry12 = 0.801). The efforts that need to be improved in order to increase teacher innovation are; 1). utilization of information to solve problems, 2) introduction of required information, 3) commitment to goals, 4) creating new ideas in learning, 5) optimizing learning services, 6) developing ICT, 7) improving/renewing ideas in learning.

Abstract

Indera penglihatan merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang vital bagi rnanusia. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang cukup pesat di bidang elektronika meraka dapat dibuat suatu alat yang menggunakan gelombang ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi keberadaan suatu obyek atau halangan, yang nantinya bisa dipergunakan oleh orang yang mempunyai kekurangan dalam pengelihatan. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada perancangan alat bantu Tunanetra dengan sensor  utrasonik berbasis milcrokontroler AVR, dengan menggunakan frekuensi audio (buzzer) sebagai pendeteksi jarak dan lampu atau LED sebagai interface. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain Code Vision AVR dan Pony Program (ISP) sebagai downloader. Dalam Hardware, sebatas Pendeteksi halangan atau objek pasif atau diam yang dapat memantulkan gelombang yang dipancarkan oleh sensor. Sebagai media pengukuran dipergunakan gelombang ultrasonik, sedangkan untuk pengontrolan sistem dari proses penghitungan dipergunakan mikrokontroler, Kata Kunci : Sensor, Mikrokontroler, Ultrasonik

Abstract

The research aims to find ways and strategies to improve teacher work innovation by analyzing the influence of other variables that influence it. Reasearch using the Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management Approach (POP-SDM). At the initial stage Qualitative exploratory research was conducted on 7 principals of SMK to find variables that affect teacher work innovation. Based on the dominant variables found, a constellation model of research was built through theoretical studies and expert judgment. Furthermore, the research constellation model was tested through quantitative research using SEM-PLS on 157 vocational teachers of SMK. The sub structural models tested were: 1) The direct influence of proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge, and work motivation on teacher work innovation; 2) The direct influence of proactive personality and adversity quotient on technological pedagogical content knowledge; 3) The direct influence of organizational support on work motivation.The study found: 1) Teacher work innovation can be explained by the influence of proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation, R2 = 0.753 (75.3%) with the structural equation Y = 0.514X1 + 0.259X2 + 0.579X3 + 0.274X4 + 0.226X5 + ε0.497; 2) technological pedagogical content knowledge can be explained by the influence of proactive personality and adversity quotient, R2 = 0.355 (35.5%) with structural equation X4 = 0.408X1 + 0.303X2 + ε0.803; 3) Work motivation can be explained by the influence of organizational support, R2 = 0.417 (41.7%) with the structural equation X4 = 0.408X1 + 0.303X2 + ε0.803. The value of Q2 = 0.734 indicates the model has a GoF of 73%. (Good category). The results of hypothesis testing also concluded that the variables of technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation were not effective as intervening variables. Thus, the improvement of teacher work innovation is more effectively carried out directly through strengthening proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation.Sitorem's analysis concluded that organizational support variables and knowledge of pedagogical content had a major influence on teacher work innovation. As a follow-up to the research results, strengthening the indicators that are still weak in these two variables is a priority to be improved immediately.

Abstract

Teachers’ commitment towards organization is important to be improved. Strengthening teamworks, good situational leadership by the principal and strong self-efficacy can be used as an effort to improve teachers’ commitment towards their organization. This study is aimed to determine the commitment of private Senior High School teachers in Sukabumi towards their organization through the study of relationship strength between research variable, teamworks, Principal’s situational leadership and self-efficacy. The research used correlational analysis and quantitative method while data collection techniques are collected through questionnaires. The population used in this research are 240 private permanent school teachers in Sukabumi. The sample of the research are 150 teachers calculated by Taro Yamane formula with a significance level of 0,05.Based on the results analysis, there is positive and significant relationship between Teamworks and Teachers’ commitment towards organization with the correlational coefficient ry.1 = 0,0346. There is positive and significant relationship between Principal’s situational leadership and teacher’s commitment towards organization with correlational coefficient ry.2 = 0,465 and there is positive and significant self-efficacy and teachers’ commitment towards organization with correlational coefficient ry.3 = 0,319. The conclusion based on STOREM analysis shows that all teamworks indicators influence teachers’ commitment towards their organization. It means, the stronger the teamworks, the higher commitment teachers have to their organization. All indicators of Principal’s situational leadership influence teachers’ commitment towards their organizations. It means, the stronger Principal’s situational leadership, the higher commitment teachers have to the organization. All indicators of self-efficacy influence teacher’s commitment towards organizations. It means, the stronger self-efficacy; the higher commitment teachers have to the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to find a model of strengthening technological literacy in junior high schools. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with teachers in junior high schools in the Bogor city area. This study found a model of strengthening technological literacy. This model includes elements of communication and collaboration in the form of active participation in learning and research activities. It consists of components of individual competence in the form of usage skills, critical understanding, and communicative abilities. This research contributes to the model of strengthening technological literacy for junior high school teachers in the Bogor City area.

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah sebagai pimpinan sekolah merupakan faktor penyumbang keberhasilan dalam upaya penguatan tata kelola, akuntabilitas, dan pencitraan publik. Keberhasilan ini tidak terlepas dari kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam tugas, peran, dan fungsinya. Pemberian pelayanan yang prima kepada seluruh warga sekolah, mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan warga sekolah, fokus pada kinerja dan pertumbuhan serta dampak untuk kemajuan sekolah dan bagi masyarakat, kepemimpinan ini disebut kepemimpinan melayani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penguatan kepemimpinan melayani yang berupa model konstelasi pengaruh antar variabel beserta model matematikanya. Dari model tersebut kemudian diturunkan hipotesis penelitian yang selanjutnya akan diuji menggunakan analisa jalur (path analisis) pada tahap penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian diawali dengan mewawancarai informan yang dianggap kompeten dalam memberikan jawaban yang diharapkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data, kodifikasi data, display data, analisis data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta kabupaten Bogor pada periode Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan beberapa veriabel yang diduga berpengaruh positif dan dominan terhadap kepemimpinan melayani, yakni kecerdasan adversitas, kepribadian proaktif, teamwork sebagai variabel eksogen, komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Organisasi pembelajaran memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan membantu dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan survei penelitian pendahuluan, organisasi pembelajaran guru masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana organisasi pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan, seperti bagaimana dengan meneliti dan mencari hubungan tentang: 1) komitmen organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajaran; 2) pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran; 3) komitmen dan pemberdayaan organisasi bersama dengan organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sampel 110 guru GTT SMK Swasta Caringin yang dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling yang tersebar di 10 SMK Swasta Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sequential explanatory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan komitmen guru terhadap organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,478, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,531, dan terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan komitmen guru terhadap organisasi dan pemberdayaan dengan organisasi pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,579. Hasil analisis SITOREM menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 komponen komitmen terhadap organisasi, pemberdayaan dan organisasi pembelajaran dalam kondisi baik sehingga dapat dipertahankan, yaitu: (1) Akuntabilitas (2) Keterlibatan dalam organisasi (3) Keterikatan pada organisasi (4) Tanggung jawab (5) Kepuasan kerja (6) Refleksi (7) Komitmen pribadi dalam mengembangkan diri. Sedangkan indikator yang masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagai berikut: Keterbukaan dalam komunikasi (2) Membangun visi bersama (3) Penguatan kompetensi (4) Pembelajaran Tim (5) Pemberian Penghargaan (6) Kebutuhan Material (7) System Thinking (8) Penyediaan fasilitas (9) Kewajiban untuk menjaga hubungan (10) Penambahan otoritas.

Abstract

IMPROVING TEACHER INNOVATIVITY THROUGH STRENGTHENING PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCIES AND LEARNING ORGANIZATIONSThis study is intended to determine how teachers’ innovativeness can be improved by examining the relationship between teacher innovativeness with pedagogical competency variables and learning organizations The study was conducted using correlational statistical methods to determine whether pedagogical competency variables and learning organization have a positive relationship with teacher innovation. Based on these results, an analysis is then performed using the Sitorem Method to derive recommendations and determining the order of priority improvements that need to be implemented. The study was conducted to the government official teachers of  State Vocational School located in Bogor Regency where the total study population was 184 and the sample taken was 126 teachers. The results showed  that there was a positive relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher innovativeness where the relationship strength ry1 = 0.7655 and there was a positive relationship between learning organization and teacher innovativeness where the relationship strength ry2 = 0.2671. This proved that teacher innovation might be improved through strengthening the  pedagogical competencies and learning organizations.
