Abstract

Sipermetrin pada dasarnya digunakan untuk mengendalikan hama, penyakit dan gulma pengganggu pada kegiatan pertanian.  Tetapi oleh pengolah Jambal Roti digunakan untuk mencegah pembusukan sehingga daya simpan produk lebih lama dan kerugian bisa dikurangi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sipermetrin terhadap kadar ureum dan kreatininTikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus). Tikus diberi perlakuan paparan sipermetrin dengan dosis 0.00 mg/kg (K-), 0.05 mg/kg, 0.60 mg/kg, 1.10 mg/kg, 1.60 mg/kg, 2.15 mg/kg dan daging ikan yang mengandung sipermetrin 1.73 mg/kg (kontrol positif : K+). Kadar ureum dan kreatinin darah tikus ditetapkan berdasarkan metode Enzymatic Photometric.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sipermetrin berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar ureum dan kreatinin Tikus Wistar.  Kadar ureum sudah melewati normal pada hari ke-7 pemeliharaan untuk perlakuan sipermetrin dosis 2.15 mg/kg.  Rata-rata kadar kreatinin pada hari ke-14 semua perlakuan sudah melewati batas kadar normal, kecuali pada perlakuan K- dan 0.05 mg/kg. Kadar ureum dan kreatinin tertinggi yaitu 27.7±0.98 mg/dL dan 1.03±0.018 mg/dL diperoleh pada perlakuan sipermetrin dosis 2,15 mg/kg.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang aktivitas anti-angiogenesis dari ekstrak kasar dan fraksi protein dari sirip dada ikan hiu putih (Carcharhinus dussumieri) telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode CAM (Chick Chrorioallantoic Membrane). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas lebih tinggi daripada fraksi proteinnya. Aktivitas penghambatannya meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi yang digunakan.

Abstract

Kualitas perairan pesisir yang baik sangat penting dalam menunjang kehidupan organisme yang berada didalamnya. Adanya beban masukan dari daratan akan menyebabkan perubahan pada kualitas perairan baik pada badan air maupun pada dasar perairannya.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui status mutu air dan sedimen perairan Desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Labang Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pengambilan data dengan metode purposive sampling dimana lokasi pengambilan sampel adalah area penangkapan kerang simping. Pengambilan sampel air dan sedimen dilakukan pada 3 titik di perairan desa Sukolilo Kec. Labang Kab. Bangkalan. Pengukuran parameter fisika kimia perairan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Status mutu air dan sedimen ditentukan dengan menghitung Indek Pencemaran berdasarkan Kepmen LH No.115 tahun 2003 dengan nilai baku mutu untuk biota laut berdasar pada Kepmen LH No.51 tahun 2004 dan CCME tahun 2002. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Pencemaran air berkisar 5,662-6,269 dengan status mutu tercemar sedang, sedangkan pada sampel sedimen mempunyai nilai Indeks Pencemaran berkisar 8,834-9,474 dengan status mutu tercemar sedang. Kata Kunci: Status Mutu air, Indeks Pencemaran, Perairan Sukolilo

Abstract

Transactions with internet media in Indonesia have experienced rapid growth along with the increasing use of the internet in Indonesia. In 2018 internet users in Indonesia reached 171.17 million users, or 64.8% of the population of Indonesia. Of these, 96% of internet users in Indonesia have made transactions with internet media. Word of mouth communication is transformed into E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) along with the development of internet technology at this time. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions of e-Wom, namely the effect of intensity (intensity), valence of opinion (content of opinion) and content (content) on online purchasing decisions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique for a sample of 100 respondents scattered in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Bantul, Kulonprogo and Gunungkidul. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that valence of opinion and content are variables that have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. While the intensity variable has a positive but not significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. 24.6% of online purchasing decisions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are influenced jointly by intensity, valence of opinion and content, the rest by other reasons

Abstract

Gracilaria gigas, an edible seaweed was used as gelling agent. The objective ofthis study were to observe the effect of Gracilaria gigas addition as flat rice noodles’gelling agent. The experimental method was conducted to determine the bestconcentration of tapioca and concentration of Glacilaria powder (0%, 5%, 10%,15%,20%, 25%, and 30% based on total rice and tapioca flour weight) of flat rice noodlecharacteristic. The result showed that the best flat rice noodles made from 28.6% IR 64rice flour, 20% tapioca starch addition (based on rice flour weight), and 20% seaweedflour addition (based on total rice and tapioca flour weight). The addition of 20%seaweed flour (based on total rice and tapioca flour weight) on flat rice noodle gave thebest organoleptic acceptance and greater chewiness than others.

Abstract

Boiled fish has various disadvantages such as short shelf life, less attractive appearance, consumers are limited, so we need a better product diversification. Research aimed to diversify into shredded boiled fish through substitution experiments of banana male bud 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% (w/w) of the boiled meat mackerel fish. The results showed that the increased substitution of banana male bud tends to reduce levels of protein and moisture content, and tends to increase the fat content. Substitution of male banana bud against boiled fish up to 50% (w/w) produce shredded with characteristics of hedonic, fat content, ash content, and TBA are not-different from the substitution of 0%, but it has a higher yield, more fibrous texture, color brown more bright, water and protein levels the lower. The shredded of boiled fish banana male bud has a 54.26% yield, 5.97% moisture content, 25.86% fat, 33.04% protein, and lightness 34.83 (scale 0-100), so it is still included in the SNI shredded fish.
