Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testingthe influence of competence and work environment on work motivation, and organizational commitment of employees of the University of Jabal Ghafur Sigli. This research was conducted at the University of Jabal Ghafur Sigli Pidie District, The object of this research is all employees Jabal Ghafur University. The sample in this study was 161 respondents.The data used in this study is primary data sourced from 161 respondents. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22. The results showed that the variables of work competence and work environment had a positive effect on work motivation. The results of the mediation variable test show that work motivation partially mediates the relationship between work competence and organizational commitment.Work motivation fully mediates the relationship between the environment and organizational commitmentJabal Ghafur Sigli University employee.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menguji pengaruh  bauran  pemasaran  produk  wisata kuliner terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dampaknya pada loyalitas di Kota Banda Aceh. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, lokasi, layanan. Sampel yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  sebanyak  150  orang  konsumen.  Pemilihan  sampel dilakukan  dengan  mengunakan  metode convinance sampling.Metode  analisis  yang digunakan  adalah kuantitatif  dengan  menggunakan model  SEM  (Structural  Equation Modeling)  atau  Model  Persamaan  Struktural  dengan  program AMOS  4 .Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  produk,  harga,  lokasi  dan  layanan  berpengaruh  terhadap  kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: produk, harga, lokasi, layanan, kepuasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Job Description dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli Kabupaten Pidie”. Dimana variabel independen yaitu Job Description (X1) dan Fasilitas Kerja (X2) dan Kinerja Pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli Kabupaten Pidie yang mana jumlahnya 46 pegawai. Seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil sebagai Sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi berganda Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji F dan Uji t, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y =  4,641 + 0,392 X1 + 0,435 X2Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel Fasilitas Kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan sebesar 43,5 % terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen yaitu masing-masing variabel Job Description (X1) dan Fasilitas Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dengan indeks korelasi sebesar 92,9 % Ini berarti hubungan tersebut sangat kuat. Kemudian indeks determinasi masing-masing variabel Pengembangan variabel Job Description (X1) dan Fasilitas Kerja (X2) sebesar 86,3 %, ini berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rutan Kelas II B Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dan sebesar 13,7 % yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Job Description, Fasilitas, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dimana variabel independen yaitu Customer service (X1) dan Relationship Marketing (X2) dan Kepuasan Nasabah (Y)sebagai variabel dependen nya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Tbk) Cabang Sigli Kabupaten Pidie yang mana jumlahnya 100 nasabah. Seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil sebagai Sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisi sregresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi berganda Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji F dan Uji t, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = 3,838+ 0,422 X1+ 0,426 X2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel Relationship(X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan sebesar 42,6% terhadap Kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Tbk) Cabang Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen yaitu masing-masing variabel Costumer Service (X1) dan Relationship (X2) terhadap Kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Tbk) Cabang Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dengan indeks korelasi sebesar 81,1% Ini berarti hubungan tersebut sangat kuat. Kemudian indeks determinasi masing-masing variabel Pengembangan variabel Costumer Service (X1) dan Relationship (X2) sebesar 65,7% ini berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan nasabah Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Tbk) Cabang Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dan sebesar 34,3% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) how leadership, motivation, discipline, employee performance and the performance of the Department of Agriculture Pidie District (2) the influence of leadership, motivation, self-discipline on the performance of employees, (3) the influence of leadership, motivation, self-discipline on the performance of the Office Agriculture Pidie district (4) the effect of an employee's performance against the performance of the Department of Agriculture Pidie and (5) the effect of leadership, motivation, discipline to employee performance through performance Pidie District Agricultural Office. This research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture Pidie district by the number of respondents as many as 125 people. As for the object of this study is to show that leadership, motivation, discipline, employee performance and the performance of the Department of Agriculture Pidie district already well underway, leadership, motivation and discipline either simultaneously or partially influence employee performance, leadership, motivation and discipline both simultaneously and partially also affect the performance of Pidie District Agricultural Office, employee performance directly affect the performance of the Department of Agriculture Pidie and leadership, motivation and discipline indirectly affect the performance of Pidie District Agricultural Office through the performance of employees. Abstract

The objectives of this research were to describe the effectiveness of quality assurance system at Jabal Ghafur University and to find the relationship between management responsibility, service quality accountability, and team performance with the effectiveness of quality assurance system at Jabal Ghafur University. This current research employed qualitative approach, x post facto research category of correlative description. The population of this research was permanent lecturers at Jabal Ghafur University. As many as 150 samples were taken from the population by using proportional cluster sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire and were further analyzed by employing Structural Equation modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of the research showed that (1) the effectiveness of quality assurance system, service quality accountability, and management responsibility fell into the average category of good, (2) the higher team performance was not followed by the more effective quality assurance system.
